Wolfenstein: Youngblood inherits the main series' involving and challenging shooting gameplay, with some welcome news like co-op support and a more open-ended levels design. It partly disappoints due to and easily forgettable cast of characters, a bit of repetitiveness and lack of local co-op, but at its price it's definitely a good buy for FPS action lovers.- MondoXbox

FIA European Truck Racing Championship surprised us with good gameplay, great tracks and a good and balanced gameplay; it feels like we're really driving these beast cars, with all their mass. It disappointment in driving wheel management, sound design and overall graphics, but it's definitely a game to try for lovers of racing games.- MondoXbox

Initial II: New Stage sports an entertaining and compelling combat system, but unluckily it gets dragged down by too many poorly developed elements like the repetitive and overly linear structure, a bad technical production, lack of polish and a poor english localization.- MondoXbox

SolSeraph mixes several genres like side-scrolling action, strategy and tower defense, but does it in an unconvincing way with every single aspect being weaker than other games in the same genres. A poor technical production with uncomfortable strategic controls and a noticeable input lag in the platforming section aren't helping, too.- MondoXbox

Bring to Light fails in providing any kind of thrilling experience, ending up instead in being very boring and repetitive. Not the best outcome for a horror game.- MondoXbox

Etherborn offers us some very clever platform-puzzle mechanics with a good artistic design. It sometimes feels a bit more difficult and frustrating than it should be due to how the camera works, but it's definitely a game to consider for lovers of the genre.- MondoXbox

Samurai Shodown brings back one of the most challenging fighters ever, making it a bit more accessible but not easier. Lovers of tactical fighting games will love it, but it would have benefited from more contents.- MondoXbox

Crash Team Racing Nitro-Fueled is a successful remake of the first CTR, adding contents from its sequels but keeping the highly satisfying gameplay of the first game, coupled with a great graphical boost. It lacks some of the features modern kart racers introduced and 30 fps feels a bit low on modern consoles, but it's still a must buy for lovers of this genre and nostalgics of the late 90s game.- MondoXbox

F1 2019 improves pretty much everything compared to the previous game, with a great Career mode where the new Formula 2 addition provides more variety and new challenges, an improved graphics engine and lots of modes and contents. The game to have for F1 lovers.- MondoXbox

Bloodstained: Ritual of the Night feels like a real, unlicensed 2D Castlevania sequel, with tactic combat, great variety and and impressive depth. It's not perfect, mainly due to a pretty much anonymous look and the lack of real improvements on the classic metroidvania formula, but it's definitely a must buy for any Castlevania lover.- MondoXbox

Eko Software's new game fails in successfully leveraging the huge Warhammer lore and it also feels underwhelming as a pure Diablo-like game, with an unsatisfying looting system and several technical problems. Where it does good is in its immediate gameplay and local co-op, but it definitely isn't enough for a Warhammer-branded game.- MondoXbox

Milestone manages to improve on the previous game with lots of contents, technical improvements and new modes. Too bad for the 30 fps frame-rate, a bit restrictive in a racing game; at least on Xbox One X we'd have liked the option to choose between resolution and performance.- MondoXbox

A very nice and satisfying top-down open word game, bringing back vibes of the first GTA games. It shines during the car chases, while the shooting system feels imprecise and the indoor thefs mini-game end up being boring very quickly, but this is definitely a game to try by lovers of open world games.- MondoXbox

Layers of Fear 2 feels like a step backwards from the first game, mainly due to many boring and/or frustrating sections that feel like superfluous filler to extend the game's length. And that's a real pity, as the game's concept, varied environments and graphics could have lead to a very good game, in par or even better than the original one.- MondoXbox

Team Sonic Racing sports the classic kart racer gameplay but with an added layer of tactics due to the new team play mechanics. It's less varied and modern than Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed, but thanks to many gaming options and contents and a great technical production it can definitely be considered one of the best kart racers around.- MondoXbox

Asobo Studio's new game is a rare gem, with a solid stealth gameplay and a touching and exciting storytelling. Maybe something more could have been done in the enemy A.I. and replayability areas, but it doesn't prevent it from being one of the most interesting games around.- MondoXbox

Darkwood offers a scary and thrilling experience, mainly thanks to a very good sound design and an oppressive top-down world. Where if fails, though, is in a slow and intricate gameplay, making part of the experience not so satisfying. It's, however, still an advised buy for lovers of horror survival experiences.- MondoXbox

RAGE 2 offers a tight open-world FPS experience, with a satisfying gunplay and a totally loading-free experience. Too bad for the forgettable story and lack of HDR and 4K support, two factors detracting from its overall value.- MondoXbox

Puyo Puyo Champions is a great puzzle game for people looking for a competitive experience against other players, both local and online, with lots of options and customizations. It might be a bit underwhelming for people looking for a single player experience, but at this price it's still a recommended buy for them too.- MondoXbox

Aside from the colorful and vivid graphics, Woodle Tree Adventures is too simple and short to be a real challenger in the platform games genre. Add to this several camera problems, and we get a slightly insufficient game.- MondoXbox

Capcom finally brings to Xbox one of the best visual novels sagas of the past, with its brilliant dialogues and great characters. Unluckily, thought, it feels like a weak porting effort, especially due to the lack of foreign (Italian, in our case) localization, a very penalizing issue for a text-filled title like this one.- MondoXbox

Black Desert manages to surprise us with great features like its deep character editor and a very dynamic and varied combat system, with a rich world that's a pleasure to explore. On the other side, though, an overly complicated interface, some technical problems and a too repetitive mission structure keep it from reaching its full potential.- MondoXbox

Assassin's Creed III Remastered brings noticeable improvements in visuals and overall environment quality to AC 3 and Liberation, especially for owners of an Xbox One X and an HDR-capable TV. The overall experience is still dragged down by some of the original games shortcomings, like a repetitive mission structure, but it might be a worthwhile dive in the past for Assassin's Creed fans.- MondoXbox

The 80's Swedish killer robots invasion plot feels intriguing, but the whole game feels underdeveloped with bad storytelling and clunky gameplay mechanics. Its vibrant and lush external environments are the only good thing in the game, but it's too little to save it from mediocrity.- MondoXbox
