If you missed out on the game the first time around, or simply came to gaming later on in life, this is both an excellent and depressing example of how far games could and should have evolved by 2012.- Modojo

Vainglory is an excellent showcase of what can be done with iOS 8's Metal engine, and exemplary of MOBAs in general. It could even go toe to toe with PC releases. For that reason, it's certainly one free-to-play title that you'd do well to download.- Modojo

Taking this into account, Man in a Maze is superb regardless of which platform you play it on, and play it you most definitely should. Meanwhile, cross your fingers for even more levels, contestants, and prizes in the months ahead. Yup, it's a winner.- Modojo

Although it's more difficult than its predecessor, there's plenty to love about Crashmo, from its wealth of puzzles to its cheery graphics and near limitless editing potential. A satisfying follow-up, this game belongs on every 3DS owner's system.- Modojo

Shoot the Moon is a very simplistic yet addictive game. Anyone will be able to pick up the game and have a blast playing it. They will also get a good laugh at the ridiculousness and quirkiness of the game itself. Suffice to say, it's worth a look.- Modojo

Temple Run: Oz isn't a revolutionary entry in the gaming series, but it is the most polished Temple Run experience to date.- Modojo

There's nothing revolutionary about the core gameplay of Men's Room Mayhem, and it's all very reminiscent of games like Airport Mania and Flight Control. But it is an exceptionally well polished game with an original twist, and the execution of the art, gameplay and music won't fail to win you over.- Modojo

The blending of mechanics, particularly in later levels, may cater a little more towards the hardened Cut The Rope veteran, but there's much to be enjoyed by everyone in this new adventure. It represents a bold evolution for the core gameplay, the levels are as tightly designed as you'd expect, and there'll no doubt be many more of them in future updates.- Modojo

There's no doubt that Dungeonism won't be to everyone's tastes. With its pretty but primitive graphics and sound, not to mention its roguelike flavors which give death an air of inevitability, you'll need an appetite for exploration and experimentation to get the most out of this experience. If that sounds like your cup of tea though, Dungeonism might just end up being one of your favorite games of 2013.- Modojo

What matters though is that mobile gamers can at last enjoy a faithful and enjoyable act of service to a treasured gaming franchise, and it's one that takes advantage of all the graphical bells-and-whistles that modern hardware spoils us with.- Modojo

Similar to Candy Crush Saga, you only have a limited number of chances to play, but the developers were generous, and the time to regenerate these "hearts" is significantly shorter. Besides, the better you are, the longer a single game will last, making the wait time almost insignificant.- Modojo

The game contains an intriguing blend of strategy, management and under-the-hood tinkering, and in contrast to the deceptive Tiny Tower there's much more genuine depth to the game beyond a superficial appeal to obsessiveness. Whether you felt burned out by that game or not, we highly recommend you try out NimbleBit's brand new addiction.- Modojo

Sega did a great job designing characters that appear yanked from hieroglyphics and Greek statues, then set them against old pieces of parchment paper. Then, to top it off, the developers added music that helps drive home the time period. No matter which device you play it on, Alexandria Bloodshow is one fine-looking title.- Modojo

Tap Tap Revenge Tour does a great job of living up to the legacy of one of the most popular music gaming series on the App Store. There's a huge amount of variety in the music selections, a pretty generous chunk of free tracks, and the Jam mode lets you carry on rocking even while you wait for the cooldown on your career.- Modojo

So Year Walk is much more than a single riddle, wrapped in a single, mysterious enigma. It's an intricately blended experience of puzzles and exploration, with seemingly forgotten clues returning to the surface later on. That those puzzles often unravel in a somewhat illogical order is the only real complaint we have about the game - it's more of a journey through a developer's imagination than a traditional game, and it's a relatively brief experience too.- Modojo

To be fair, the power-ups (magnet to attract rings, head starts) are quite lazy, considering most running games use similar items. That said, Sonic Dash is a quality experience that no hardcore Sega fan should miss.- Modojo
