Horizon Forbidden West is exactly what everyone thought it would be: an amazing game. It has an open world with plenty of things to do and places to explore, fights against some really well-developed machines and stunning visuals. The feeling is that the second game of the series improves on what was already great, and it feels rewarding and fun to play. It is another single-player masterpiece from Sony.

Indiana Jones and the Great Circle is a faithful, fun, and surprisingly effective adventure. Machine Games succeeds by focusing on exploration, cinematic storytelling, and accessible puzzles rather than intense gunplay. The game impresses with iconic locations and an immersive soundtrack. Combat leans into stealth and melee, staying true to Indy’s scholarly nature. While pacing can slow down and puzzles feel overly simple, the experience remains authentic, offering around 20 hours of main story and up to 35 hours of total content. A journey that honors the legacy of the iconic hero and stands out in the genre.

Hi-Fi Rush isn't a AAA ultra-realistic game with stunning graphics and intricate details. It goes against the grain as "just" a fun, rhythmic game that can easily hook you within the first ten minutes of gameplay.

Persona 3 Reload is by far the best game in the franchise. With plenty of new content, significant visual and performance improvements, fine-tuned adjustments in all gameplay systems, and a captivating story, it feels fresh on today's consoles. Saros marks the peak of Housemarque’s craft. Moving away from a more traditional roguelite structure, it adopts a slightly less punishing approach without sacrificing challenge or its highly addictive nature. Built around a strong sense of progression, the game delivers a rewarding feeling of evolution throughout the journey. With a well-crafted sci-fi universe and sharp, responsive gameplay, Saros strikes a compelling balance between demanding encounters and an inviting overall experience.

Epic. It's as simple as that when it comes to Final Fantasy XVI. Narrative, graphics, game design, combat. It's a flawless experience for both newcomers and hardcore fans. Innovative but also true to the franchise's roots, it's for sure one of the main titles of a really stacked 2023 for gaming.

If you were dying to see Nathan Drake in action again, you’re going to get it. UNCHARTED: Legacy of Thieves Collection is a blessing. Uncharted 4 and Uncharted: The Lost Legacy look stunning on the PS5, and their gameplay are just as good, reassuring that both games were ahead of their times and aged like fine wine.

Inscryption's PS5 edition deserves every single praise. It's as good as the PC version that was released last year. It is a mysterious story with fun gameplay and many twists during the game. There are a few differences from the PC version, but nothing that messes up the experience. Inscryption is a must-have for those who like card games and solving puzzles.

A fresh and cool take of the metroidvania genre. It has great exploration mechanics and a fluid and fun combat, with a really nice learning curve. Although it has some technical issues, Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown delivers great art, awesome gameplay and plenty to do.

Ghost of Yotei is a visually stunning game, with exciting and addictive gameplay, varied and challenging missions — improving on basically everything that was already pretty good in Ghost of Tsushima. To be perfect, though, I wish that Atsu was ruthless until the end of her journey instead of looking for some kind of redemption.

Silent Hill f… And this “f” stands for f... with your mind. An experience capable of generating anguish, tension, fear, disgust, contempt, sadness, disbelief. Emotion. Emotions. That mix of feelings that anyone who has ever played a chapter of this iconic videogame franchise knows pretty well. Silent Hill is back in a different way, but honoring the roots of what made it so memorable for so many people. Great story, great gameplay, great all-around game.

The remastering of Zero Dawn is a significant advancement over the 2017 game, with many technical elements that are truly impressive, especially in details that showcase the developers' meticulous work. Technically speaking, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered falls somewhere between Zero Dawn and Forbidden West. It’s not exactly a remake that shakes up the new generation of consoles, but it certainly brings more polish to the series. If you already own the PS4 version, the upgrade is definitely worth it.
