Aegis Defenders mixes platform, puzzle and the tower defense genres pretty well and gets a high score because of this. But the lack of story is what dings the likeability. Pretty sure few people won't understand what is going on with the story and so forth.

It's not the new king of the hill for turn-based strategy genre, but certainly a deep and pleasant game for anyone looking for a tactical challenge. Especially if you've played the previous games, you will definitely enjoy this one too.

Football Manager, needs strong rivals, just like a serious football team. While the FM isn't the most innovative and most impressive game around, it's still the best football management title.

Beyond: Two Souls is one of the most intense gaming experiences one can imagine. Simply a wonderful piece of art. It has better and worse parts than its predecessor Heavy Rain. But still, it's a must-play for every gamer out there.

While it can't live up to its predecessor's success, Mankind Divided still manages to be a great cyber-punk experience. Micro transactions and graphical optimization are a little absurd but still, give it a go if you want to continue Adam Jensen's story.

NBA 2K26 was a welcome relief after the game I played last year, which I thoroughly enjoyed. It's difficult to ignore the constant intrusion of microtransactions, which have been unavoidable for years, especially in a game sold at such a high price. However, the game has improved and improved in many areas. The visuals are impressive, the gameplay is smoother, shooting is improved, MyCareer mode is good, MyTeam is richer and more accessible with the WNBA, and The City is more compact and engaging. It's not a perfect basketball game, but it's easily the best one released in recent years.
