Dangerously close to the Duke Nukem Forever case, Aliens: Colonial Marines at last sees the light, bringing a correct FPS with good and bad aspects. With the first aspect we have a truly reliable recreation of Cameron's Aliens universe that constantly pays homage to its source with every detail of its scenarios, characters, soundtrack and weapons. On the other hand, the whole level of tension the game manages to create is lost in the battles due to a poor Enemy AI, graphical issues and unbalanced gameplay. A good experience for fans, but another common FPS to everyone who doesn't know the movie.- Meristation

Challenging and difficult, Ken's Rage 2 will put us on the ropes on many occasions, forcing us to give the best of ourselves. The epic battles against bosses are definitely the best thing in a game where the engine is lacking and some concepts are oversimplified.- Meristation

Dead Space 3 has lost some of the typical horror but it's a spectacular blockbuster. The co-op mode is a gift, nicely finished and inviting.- Meristation

Skulls of the Shogun is a nice game for starters in the genre, with a great visual style and a very funny screenplay. It's not the best turn-based strategy game around, but it's definitely a good one.- Meristation

Hitman: HD Trilogy is a good part of Stealth history in videogames. Blood Money is still great six years later, and Silent Assassin and Contracts have interesting gameplay elements. But, Where is Hitman: Agent 47?- Meristation

It is by far the best game we've seen on PSVita. As as enhanced edition of Persona 4, 'Golden' works perfectly as both an introduction to new gamers and a demanding adventure for advanced ones. Offering a handful of new additions to the franchise's core, it's a must-have for any Vita owner that's willing to expend more than 100h with a fantastic JRPG.- Meristation

Perhaps not as surprising as the first episode but still maintains a good narrative level and an atmosphere like few adventures have. Has some weaknesses, such as being shorter and with less pace but overall a highly recommended game.- Meristation

The follow-up to Corpse Party is Book of Shadows, an adventure packed with tons of dialogues, creepy music and the traditional Japanese visual-style. It's worth the try if we didn't have the time to try the first one out.- Meristation

Sumioni: Demon Arts isn't a bad game, but it's not a visual wonder. Very repetitive and loose in its gameplay, this PSVita downloadable hasn't many ideas and sometimes the control fails.- Meristation

A superb spacial spectacle, with a great style and sense of scale. The combat is fast, fluid and enjoyable, but the structure of the game and its poor checkpoint placement can tire and frustrate the player. Great experience if you have the patience for it.- Meristation

The Cave does a good job creating a cool character (the Cave itself) and using the classic point'n click engine in a whole new package. Is funny to play, also charming, and definitely feels like a Ron Gilbert Game. It has some problems related with the core mechanic, but as a downloadable title deserves at least one try specially if you like the genre.- Meristation

A pure act of love. This is what Ni No Kuni: Wrath of the White Which is for both Studio Ghibli lovers and gamers who want to embrace again that old fashioned, classic spirit from the RPG genre of 16 and 32 Bit generations. The makers of Spirited Away and the creators of Dragon Quest VIII -Level 5- join forces in a visually constant Tour de Force that contains one of the best scores ever written for a videogame and a battle system that mixes turn-based with real time action. One true jewel of the PlayStation 3 library.- Meristation

Poor, short, unambitious. As a visual novel it's completely forgettable given the lack of actual content, narrative or character development. As an "adult game" it won't arouse anyone with static images and poor descriptions of the actions, and as mini-game card title it's utterly boring.- Meristation

This version of Ninja Gaiden 3 is the best. It's complete thanks to new modes, Ayane special missions, the free DLC with Kasumi, more violence and, of course, off-TV option and touch assists.- Meristation

While most of the things displayed in Forge look pretty good, one can never take away the sensation that most of its features have been rushed and that we're all beta testing it. It could greatly use a few more weeks of extra work on the coding.- Meristation

There is nothing especially wrong about Denpa Man: the gameplay mechanic are OK, and as a dungeon crawler is not a bad one. But the lack of risk makes the game just 'another dungeon crawler' and not a pretty good one to recommend without doubts.- Meristation

It's one of the worst Ratchet and Clank but it's different. Low price and cross-buy make it more irresistible but its graphics are mediocre and it isn't well balanced. Online modes with cross-play PS3-PSVita.- Meristation

Black Knight Sword is a good return to the roots of the 16-bit action games, well crafted, with an amazing design in terms of setting and ambiance. The campaign isn't very long, but the most insane and bizarre high-level entertainment of the year is guaranteed.- Meristation

Primordia is an interesting adventure for fans of science fiction, but it is a pity that coming from an original idea as good as religion and moral conflicts of robots, the game turns into something as traditional as the search for a power core. Good game, but not at the level of Rue Gemini or Resonance.- Meristation

Miasmata suggests a different, intense and exciting experience. It makes an audacious bet with content strange to many, and which may pose doubts once we know its elements. The fears can continue during the early minutes of the game when one does not have a clear idea which objective is addressed... and are cleared fast when producing "the connection" with the protagonist. As the player happens to become Robert Hughes, Miasmata will make ours the emotions and doubts of the scientist, and his goal will become our target. Bob and Joe Johnson have managed to create a title capable of changing our idea of how to beat the game, for a constant desire to know more, to go forward and solve the mystery.- Meristation
