Using the same control scheme, the same mechanics, the same concept, and even the same engine as Killzone 3, Guerrilla gives the PS Vita one of its best titles to date. A powerful experience from the single player - maybe too short, buy replayability is on its side-, to the fun and robust multiplayer to the amazing graphics, Killzone: Mercenary is a must have for Helghast's fans, and for everybody who still believes in what the powerful Sony's handheld is capable of, which is a lot.- Meristation

Creative Assembly keeps showing their mastery over their own formula in a visually arresting strategy game. It lacks the depth of other games in the genre, and the AI deficiencies are still there, but it's a big, varied and spectacular game.- Meristation

An improvement over the original, with a refined combat and some welcome changes, but the formula need bigger changes to make better use of the One Piece universe.- Meristation

A Toy Box, one that is plenty full of possibilities. That's Disney Infinity. At last, Disney made a game that is really worthy of carrying the title Disney on the cover. It's a shame that the model requires to buy extra figures to play coop, or the way we have to discover all the items for the Toy Box mode, but the three universes of this starter pack and the creation mode, alongside with the quality of the figures, captures the Disney magic and will throwback us, the older ones, to our childhood, because that is what Disney can do best. Right now, one of the best experiences for kids, but one that could be expensive with the expansion/coop packs.- Meristation

Game Dev Tycoon is a simple, but extremely funny and entertaining game. It would be far superior just adding certain technical improvements and gameplay components. Those responsible should continue to develop this original idea. They could achieve a great title just by implementing a few changes and adding some content. A really nice offer.- Meristation

With a few eyes on Alien, The Thing or EA's Dead Space, Capcom make use one more time of an external western developer to carry a project. Spark Unlimited brings us back to where we shouldn't have left, to the frozen landscapes of that lost planet in a prequel where mechas are not carrying guns. Simple, straightforward entertainment, drive a gunless mecha and explore lost space ships in this TPS with touches of survival horror is fun, but there's nothing in this game we have seen a few times before on bigger titles of the genre.- Meristation

Gone Home is a great and necessary experiment in interactive narrative. But while the presentation of its story is fantastic, the story itself has its flaws and its emotional punches won't connect with everyone. A recommended experience, but only when its price gets cheaper.- Meristation

This is exactly the wrong way of making an homage to a classic. The original was stylish, mysterious and tense, this version just can be described as bland in every possible way.- Meristation

Europa Universalis IV is a fantastic reissue of the popular series and it is very necessary in order to adapt it to the present day. The depth of the changes and the new features included result in an entertaining game that is more accessible to new players. This is one of the best grand strategy titles currently available, and can not be missing in your shelf if you're a fan of this genre.- Meristation

With Ironside gone, it's much more obvious that Splinter Cell is not Splinter Cell anymore. The illusion of "going back to the roots" is just that, an illusion disguised as an option that is never as appealing as the stealth and elimination, "Panther" style the team is so fond of. Still, a good action game with plenty of content.- Meristation

2K Marin has done their best with the almost impossible task to create a narrative rich, tactic driven TPS that justifies the name of "XCOM". The result is a decent and professional effort from a team that could have done better without being tied to that name.- Meristation

Charlie Murder is one of the best beat'em ups we've seen recently on any system. Is not perfect and has some flaws, but his RPG elements and the funny mechanics are pretty good. Also, it has a cool co-op mode. If you like Castle Crashers, you'll love this one.- Meristation

Take the mayhem of Saints Row The Third. Now add some aliens, dubstep weapons, superpowers and rectal probes. What do you get? Just one of the funniest, craziest an entertaining sandbox games we've ever played. Some graphical issues and secondary missions are just that, some. Maybe it doesn't take things seriously in any moment, but if you want to spend a good and funny time (and feel like the real Neo of Matrix Reloaded), just get back with the Saints.- Meristation

Payday 2 is a very attractive offer for fans of the FPS genre and it's ideal for those who like frantic multiplayer games. We are facing a powerful title with big potential that will keep you glued to your monitor or TV for hours. The only thing to fear is the threat of an excessive repetition of its elements, which should be solved by distributing new types of heists and armament in sufficient frequency. If they do so, it could become one of the most played alternatives over the network.- Meristation

A nordic-esque fable narrated with a feeling of peace and sadness, Brothers A Tale of Two Sons is just the kind of game a fan of Starbreeze's last titles should avoid. The story of two brothers and their journey will take us on a ride similar to other jewels like ICO or Journey. A ride that maybe has a very peculiar use of the pad -simultaneously 1 player cooperative-, but where we can interact with two characters to a level never done before, in a journey of search that requires us to accept its rules and let us go into the experience by the hand.- Meristation

It really took its time to arrive on Western shores, but at last we have Tales of Xillia, a good example of the essence of true Japanese RPG. With two characters, a deep and customizable battle system, many options and strategies, the visual scale of the scenarios is as good as the new character's Tales of style, more realistic. Sure its not perfect -Motoi Sakuraba is not at his best precisely, Pop up in some elements around the towns, rough ending-, but its enough entertainment. Now, its time to ask Namco about Tales of Xillia 2.- Meristation

Shadowrun Returns is a fun game. It is solid and with enormous potential. What is being shown now is just a small part of what may be achieved and everyone knows that when the community has the necessary tools, they end up doing great things. Harebrained Schemes has managed where to draw the line between the possible and the ambitious, but seems to have behaved too conservatively and it shows with the lack of content. If those responsible and users know how to profit what has been created, we will have a game that will be worth much more. But all of this is about to happen.- Meristation

The Sims 3: Island Paradise is one of the most comprehensive and original expansions of the last years. It does not only extend previous content but also adds features never seen before in The Sims 3. We have no doubt that we are facing a number of additions that will surely have its place in future installments of the series, now that its third iteration could be coming to its end. It is a must for fans of the series. For others, an expansion that we should not pass up ... unless you hate everything related to the sun and the beach.- Meristation
