While theHunter:Call of the Wild touts itself as a hunting simulator we found it just as lovely at simulating a walk in the mountain. Although filled with technical and design problems, this is a game that provides something few others do.

Funny, non-stop and with a story that takes a look at the New 52, LEGO Villains is the second Lego game we play this 2018, and by far one of the best of recent years. Yes, the mechanics are all the same, no changes, but it includes a deep character creator, the voices of Kevin Conroy, Mark Hammill, Tara Strong and other well-known dubbing actors and a Campaign mode with a lot of rhythm. And the main attraction: BE THE BAD GUYS all the time. Fun for the kinds, fanservice for the adults.

Rockstar launches the best video game in its history thus far. A titanic development for a first category product that presents a gigantic world, with an unprecedented depth and an interaction that marks a step forward in the electronic entertainment industry. Top notch.

The creator of Papers Please offers us a modern classic again.Return of the Obra Dinn uses an original and personal narrative in a development that makes us feel like true detectives. Visually it is an exercise in retro love and good taste. Lucas Pope delivers us one of the games of the year.

Black Clover: Quartet Knights offers an interesting experience controlling the characters from the series through a brand new story created for this title and additional game modes plus extra contents. However it results in a generic game which doesn't stand out in any aspect and far from other titles in the genre.

Soul Calibur 6 is the best entry into franchise since Soul Calibur 3. Great roster, solid mechanics (sidesteps are as dynamic as SC2) and one of the best single player experience in any fighting game.

Warriors Orochi 4 is some kind of dream team in musou games, but has too repetitive mechanics and lack of news in it's formula.

Sanctus Reach is a classic turn-based strategy game, full of good ideas and with a high number of campaigns that guarantee many hours of entertainment. The three levels of difficulty ensure that it is suitable for both experts in the genre and for beginners.

Reigns and Game of Thrones are made for each other. The HBO and George RR Martin series have a delightful closure in this strategic card game.

An original, hard and fun action game. It's too short, but it is well designed and its challenges are worth it.

Dark Souls: Remastered for the Nintendo Switch runs very well performance-wise, but its audio issues are too blatant. It's what keeps an otherwise pretty decent port from reaching absolute excellence.

Although it excels over others when it comes to story, Martyr is still not good enough in some aspects that are too important to its genre, they cannot be overlooked.

Starlink Battle For Atlas revives the ‘toys to life’ concept but making a step forward in the process. Ubisoft Toronto achieves their intention to conjugate both exploration and flight phases with a true sense of wonder from the very start until the end. Recommended not only for children but also for hardcore players.

Black Ops 4 is the best Call of Duty game so far... multiplayer-wise. It has plenty of options and game modes, and its own Battle Royale mode —Blackout— can hold its own against the behemoths of Fortnite and PUBG, but it does really need a graphical overhaul.

Mega Man makes a comeback that feels natural, fun and great. 30 years later, the formula still works and it's as fun as ever, and the new additions work perfectly in the mix. It's not as inspired as other main entries of the franchise, but it's a good testament that Mega Man still has a lot of life in his circuits.

If not the best, one of the greatest games in the franchise: interesting RPG mechanics, new exploration mode, well written and with a wonderful main character. However, AI and stealth must be improved in the future.

If you can manage to endure the first terrible hours and the poor technical performance, you will find an interesting RPG, with some problems of pace and puzzling decisions, but full of good ideas and intriguing designs.

It's a great game, it has always been. And now it presents its final edition, without all the problems that we saw in the HD Collection. But we miss the first one, and the VR experience is not as good as we thought, neither like VR game, nor like ZoE.
