Super Street has a typically fun proposal, but it has several basic flaws, among which poor control. Decent, but there is no special reason to recommend it.- Meristation

The new adventure of the legend Larry Laffer is an excellent point and click graphic adventure that takes us back to the golden age of the genre. Sadly it offers an anticlimactic ending, few locations, and a somewhat obtuse logic for its puzzles.- Meristation

Masterfully crafted and impeccably designed, Hitman 2 is quite possibly the most excellent stealth title of our times and overall a perfect example of what a good single-player videogame must be. That it is also quite generous with its content is a wonderful bonus.- Meristation

The combination of a classic game like Tetris and a genius like Tetsuya Mizuguchi results in a rock solid playable masterpiece that aesthetically wouldn´t be out of place in a modern art museum and musically would fit perfectly well in a electronic music festival. Pure interactive art with no expiration date.- Meristation

Pokémon Let’s Go Pikachu/Eevee are the perfect examples of how the franchise can be adapted to every kind of player despite its cuts, because in terms of new additions, this revival of the Kanto region feels both old and something new at the same time. Same essence, same taste, but different methods to be the master at the Indigo Plateau. Remarkable in every nook and cranny.- Meristation

While theHunter:Call of the Wild touts itself as a hunting simulator we found it just as lovely at simulating a walk in the mountain. Although filled with technical and design problems, this is a game that provides something few others do.- Meristation

A strange metroidvania in that it puts its story wholly at its front, Timespinner is a unique time-travelling experience whose subject matter is more mature than it may seem. Plus, you get to have a partner dragon.- Meristation

Funny, non-stop and with a story that takes a look at the New 52, LEGO Villains is the second Lego game we play this 2018, and by far one of the best of recent years. Yes, the mechanics are all the same, no changes, but it includes a deep character creator, the voices of Kevin Conroy, Mark Hammill, Tara Strong and other well-known dubbing actors and a Campaign mode with a lot of rhythm. And the main attraction: BE THE BAD GUYS all the time. Fun for the kinds, fanservice for the adults.- Meristation

The creator of Papers Please offers us a modern classic again.Return of the Obra Dinn uses an original and personal narrative in a development that makes us feel like true detectives. Visually it is an exercise in retro love and good taste. Lucas Pope delivers us one of the games of the year.- Meristation

Black Clover: Quartet Knights offers an interesting experience controlling the characters from the series through a brand new story created for this title and additional game modes plus extra contents. However it results in a generic game which doesn't stand out in any aspect and far from other titles in the genre.- Meristation

Starlink Battle For Atlas revives the ‘toys to life’ concept but making a step forward in the process. Ubisoft Toronto achieves their intention to conjugate both exploration and flight phases with a true sense of wonder from the very start until the end. Black Ops 4 is the best Call of Duty game so far... multiplayer-wise. It has plenty of options and game modes, and its own Battle Royale mode —Blackout— can hold its own against the behemoths of Fortnite and PUBG, but it does really need a graphical overhaul.- Meristation

Mega Man makes a comeback that feels natural, fun and great. 30 years later, the formula still works and it's as fun as ever, and the new additions work perfectly in the mix. It's not as inspired as other main entries of the franchise, but it's a good testament that Mega Man still has a lot of life in his circuits.- Meristation
