Super Street has a typically fun proposal, but it has several basic flaws, among which poor control. Decent, but there is no special reason to recommend it.

An interesting concept that doesn't quite come out right. Tuning your car is fun because of the tremendous amount of parts available but unfortunately it's the game itself that needs tuning. Controls are terrible. AI is atrocious. Physics are all over the place. The game is riddled with bugs. You won't find anybody else online. All of these issues could be patched out but in its current state this game is a car wreck. A pity.

A disappointment in all aspects. Clunky driving, a blurry presentation, generic sound design, boring upgrade options, and mind-bogglingly terrible physics all mash together into one “arcade” racer you’re better off avoiding, especially at its launch price of $49.99 USD.

I can see why a lot of people didn't like it at first, but the first update improved the game an enormous amount. There is not that many games anymore that try to bring this type of gameplay back to the current gaming era. That's why I respect and like what these developers are doing. I can't wait till the next update arrive. I have a feeling this game will get better with every update. Expand

I regretting buying this game within the first ten minutes of playing. I Started my morning with a cup of coffee and high spirits that II regretting buying this game within the first ten minutes of playing. I Started my morning with a cup of coffee and high spirits that I finally found a current gen game that has engine swapping and customization but I found very quickly this is not the case. They hamstring you into replaying the game for the sake of trying new cars because you can't sell your car you select in the beginning. The tuning and part customization is a absolute joke! Parts have varying prices but no difference in horse power gain, brake packages are the same let down. The car honestly feels more stable in it's stock configuration than it's tuned counter-parts. The races pay out very little but for obvious reason, they want you to do all the races and be funneled into a specific gaming experience which isn't rewarding in the least bit. The bugs are apparent with the AI driving like a chicken with it's head cut off, barely side swiping a car can result in destroying your car and objects that the AI take out for added nitrous will launch you into a barrel roll thus crashing again (yes you drive a junk yard car but some how it comes with a direct port nitrous kit). The sound track is terrible, cars sound the same and the music is terrible. The track design is reminiscent of the old NFS games on PS2 but lack the charm. This game feels like it was made for elementary school kids who are easy to please and have never actually done any tuning or racing in real life. I recommend not buying this game even if it is on sale (I bought it on sale for $20 and wish I bought beer instead). Expand
