A colorful island and a lot of challenges, with the best 3D Nintendo's console has in this first batch of titles. The worst is that it is very schematic and return to the origins of the old games. Besides, there aren't StreetPass, multiplayer, camera, or online modes.- Meristation

We could hope for a great platform and action game joining characters such as Jak, Ratchet or Sly. What we didn't expect, until it was announced, was a collection of minigames that aren't able to make the most of these great franchises. Fun minigames, but not as fun as we would like, too many of them taking into account their lack of variety. Anyway, a good option if you bought a Move several months ago and don't know what to do with it, but not a reason to acquire a new one.- Meristation

Probably one on the best beat 'em up that we've seen on PSP so far. There're a couple of new elements that slightly changes the battle system, but that's enough to improve what Dissidia offered back in 2009. It's very much the same, but better.- Meristation

THQ assures that Homefront tries to be something different in the FPS genere, but it's just another copy & paste from the Call of Duty series. For all those Monster Hunter friendly fans out there, God Eater represents one of the best choises to make nowadays if willing to play some hunt-and-roll style. New year, new MotoGP. Monumental Games has been able to increase the realism this year, by adjusting the behaviour of the motorbike and tweaking the physics engine (in fact, it's a new one). Still not at the level of best simulation racing games, but approaching. The same game modes from last year, give enough variety to enjoy alone or online. Also, this year you can count a new member in your team, in career mode and split screen, which is an excellent idea.- Meristation

Top Spin 4 is a strong entry in the series, with a realism that is more polished than ever. The matches are hard but, at the same time, it feels really satisfying to fight until winning the point. Yakuza 4 is based on an excellent core from previous installments of the franchise. In fact, there are no significant changes to the gameplay, and the focus of SEGA was in the story elements. The idea of introducing four different characters gives the plot a variety of situation and allow us to know what's happening from several point of views. As it was divided into several acts, the game manages to avoid boring us after a few hours, and taking into account its length, that's a good thing. Sadly, the great scenario situated in the red district of Tokyo becomes rubbish when we progress and discover, again, that there is no realism at all and we are playing and absurd tale. At least, there are no zombies... yet.- Meristation

Stays true to its previous releases without compromising on innovation. The developers have chosen to resemble the campaign mode more like multiplayer games and this leads to awesome confrontations. Kill with Skill is a perfect slogan for an action game with so many ways of executing enemies. Filled with a great sense of humour, the main campaign is the star in this game. It was designed in a way that we always find new things to do, completing the incredibly large list of skills with a good variety of weapons and situations. You really have to think before you act, planning how you're going to attack in order to get greatest amount points that is possible, taking into account not only the enemies, but the environment. But when you finish the game... you have two options: you're really competitive and want to be the first one in the charts, or you just abandon the game because of its lack of cooperative mode or an interesting multiplayer. Regardless, but you should not miss such a unique campaign.- Meristation

The game is fun and engaging, but it has so many flaws overall that it's not as good a game as it should have been. The great but repetitive gameplay, along with the average visuals and very few tracks, won't make this game remarkable. But it can be a fun alternative for fans of the genre.- Meristation

Mickey's latest adventure's a mixture between graphic epicness and some strange decisions that affect the gameplay style of this Epic Mickey. It's one of the greatests games of this console, but it isn't flawless at all. If you like its cinematic style, just go and buy it. If you're looking for an incredible experience and something by the like, bear in mind you'll have to be patient. It takes it time, but in the end it's a successful experience.- Meristation

EyePet, the PS3 alternative to virtual pet games such Nintendogs, makes the leap to PSP with the help of the Go! Cam. Now the youngest of the house can play wherever they are, in a game that lacks some options present in the original version.- Meristation

Sonic Colours on Nintendo DS is as good as its big brother on Wii. It's a fun, speedy and charming adventure, with many things to do and great boss fights. The Wisps are the greatest adition to the franchise to date, as the powers they grant Sonic make all the gameplay even more addictive and unforgettable.- Meristation

NBA Jam is on fire! The classic arcade basket game has returned and better and ever. The variety of game modes add much more depth to the fun and simple game we always loved in the 90s and it even includes multiplayer through Xbox Live and PSN. Incredible dunks and amazing jumps are waiting for you in their 2 vs 2 matches, you only have to say... BOOM SHAKA LAKA!- Meristation

One of the worst games that we've tried on Nintendo's platform - with a pathetic graphics engine, no internet options and a shameful script, be advised: keep some distance from this one.- Meristation

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood is the most complete game of the franchise yet. The main feature we will find in this entry is the huge array of missions we can take, with more variety, and all of them in just one city, Rome; an enormous city. The multiplayer is simple and fun, which makes this series even more interesting.- Meristation

Black Ops's on Wii very much the same that we will find on the X360/PS3/PC versions, meaning: an entertaining game with an outstading script. It's an amazing experience for the owners of this platform, no matter if it looks better or not than in other consoles.- Meristation

The best Sonic so far for Nintendo's Wii, and probably also the best Sonic that we've played on this so-called 'next-gen'. Totally awesome.- Meristation
