Although we’re real fans of co-op action, we couldn’t help but to feel disappointed. It’s just not well structured and doesn’t seem to offer any real exciting moments. Some of its mechanics are well implemented, but there are some other cooperative shooters far better than this one that don’t even have to pull these kinds of tricks. [Apr 2008]

Falling short of the excellence usually offered by Bioware, as it invests in some repetitive elements of exploration and combat, this game has a simple mechanic, puzzles and a nice tactical element in battles. Despite the story’s slow start, in general it makes good use of the Sonic universe, presenting many known characters. [Oct 2008]

Pro Evo appears to be tired and probably needs a break. It’s still a great soccer game, and when enjoyed with friends it’s still one of the best multiplayer games on consoles, but its stagnant state has to be recognized even by the most ferocious supporters. [Nov 2007]

In this effort to regain the title, PES plays it safe and recovers the classic gameplay that conquered the players in the last decade. But while it can be enough to hold on the fans, the reused formula and the comeback of the same old flaws can be a growing problem for the future. [Oct 2008]

If you like fast paced beat ‘em ups and you’re familiar with the anime, you can find some fun here. But some of the combats with very specific victory conditions can be quite frustrating and the exploring before the fights could have been better. [Dec 2007]

We welcome with open arms the change of attitude and approach of this new Need for Speed. With its peculiar fighting system, it’s the best recreation of the fights that we saw on TV, that really come alive with the great cel shading visuals. More than 150 characters, the campaign and tournament modes and the encyclopedias make it just perfect for DB fans. [Dec 2007]

As for party management and battle functionality, the premise of the game is very original. But the rhythm and automatic decision during combat makes them a little boring. It’s a pretty competent turned based strategy RPG that Disgaea and Phantom Brave fans should find interesting. [July 2008]

We can say that the co-op multiplayer adds something new to this tired franchise. But there aren’t many different objectives and the Xbox 360 version is a mere port of the PS2. Maybe someday Crash can recover its old glory, but that day hasn’t come yet. [Dec 2007]

Only die hard action fans will find reasons to be interested, and only if they can get over the terrible plot structure and some of its gameplay problems. It had a lot more to offer, but leaves a bitter taste of disappointment. Not Io’s greatest moment, a company that’s really capable of so much better. [Dec 2007]

Promising to crush the opposition, Impact! concentrates on the gameplay, overlooking everything else. This way, it has strong points in the gameplay and graphics, but then there are the flaws in the AI, the limited set of moves, the lack of content and a very limited Story Mode. But the future of the series can be bright. [Oct 2008]

Although it tries to reinvent the franchise it doesn’t represent a step forward. Quite the opposite. It throws away some of the promising elements of previous titles in favor a new structure and gameplay with little depth. And it still fails to offer the same flair as other Street brand titles from EA Sports Big. [March 2008]

It doesn’t manages to even threaten EA’s or 2K Sports’ franchises. Even running at 1080p it can’t hide the serious control problems, the AI and the lack of a good career mode. An absolute “air ball” that should make Sony rethink the future of this series. [Feb 2008]

The classic debuts on the DS with a lot of what was to be expected. That is to say: nice graphics, sound, and very classic gameplay. A Continue option would be welcome; unfortunately it’s not present and it will be necessary to repeat the game from scratch if Tiki runs out of lives, meaning it tends to become a bit repetitive. It’s not perfect, but it’s still fun and should please those who appreciate this genre. [Feb 2008]

For its target audience, one of the strongest points of this game will be the fact that they can play with Ben, and the super heroes he can transform in. Those who only wish that can add a few extra points to the final rating. However, the remaining players will have to deal with the fact that the game is too limited, too easy, and too repetitive.
