DOOM Eternal will not have the same impact as that Doom 2016 game did, but when it puts the pedal to the metal, there is no comparison. DOOM Eternal is an injection of pure adrenaline with intense combats that demand a lot from players, leaving us extremely satisfied when we complete them. The Doom Slayer's legend is in good hands and we will continue to enjoy his destructive power for a long time, because his battle is eternal and our spirit is unwavering.- Malditos Nerds

Kentucky Route Zero begins on the road and expands to dozens of stories, all of them unforgettable. A must-play mystery and surreal adventure that took almost 10 years to be complete and has defined the ways of telling stories in video games, influencing many different titles.- Malditos Nerds

Persona 3 Reload is one of the best examples of what it means to bring back a title as complex as this into our hands. With all its changes, it feels fresh without losing its originality and sets a precedent for how to seamlessly blend so many gameplay styles into a perfect mix that looks, plays, and sounds top-notch.- Malditos Nerds

On PS5, all the visuals of Ghost of Tsushima Director's Cut stand out even more, to a point that it practically feels like a next-gen title. Thanks to the Iki expansion and all the content that was added and will be added to the Legends mode, Ghost of Tsushima is today one of the most complete games that Sony has to offer.- Malditos Nerds

Final Fantasy VII Remake is undoubtedly among the best of 2020. The first part of this remake meets every expectation, beyond its technical problems, and we are already hyped of what is to come. I dare say that it is one of the best installments in the series so far and I hope that this will become a new quality standard for Square Enix.- Malditos Nerds

Final Fantasy XVI is the perfect combination of narrative, visuals, pacing, tension and combat and tells the most adult story in the series. The game is, without a doubt, one of the year's best, as well as one of the best Final Fantasy titles to date.- Malditos Nerds

Gran Turismo 7 can be recommended to everyone: to those who are looking for the "must-play" racing game, for real car lovers or even for those who are only going to use it to take car photos or have a nice dynamic car screensaver on Your tv. It's offer a bit more of the same, that's true, but in this context, what the game offers is enough to make it refreshing.- Malditos Nerds

The most important thing in this type of work is what it conveys. Neva achieves this correctly and clearly, despite occasionally feeling a bit photocopied. It has an identity of its own that at times is diluted in the format so attached to its predecessor. It's a solid experience about growing up and the changing dynamics of motherhood, where we can understand it both as children and as parents.- Malditos Nerds

There's no way to have a bad time with Spider-Man Remastered. It's succeeds better in gameplay than in narrative, and it's a pleasure to come back to it, encountering a wide spectrum of controls and a great experience, which isn't perfect, but it doesn't have to be.- Malditos Nerds

F1 2020 is the highest point of the series. What Codemasters shows with this game is that they also understood that they have a game on their hands and that it isn't wrong to make it more fun; that the rules can be slightly bent in pursuit of a more inclusive and more content product, without neglecting its essence.- Malditos Nerds

Death Stranding on PC is the best version of a true masterpiece. The pace of the game is relaxed and the open world is immutable, so conquering it requires great effort and patience. This makes it boring for some players. But, for others, it will be tremendously rewarding because our steps, however small, have an impact on the game's world.- Malditos Nerds

Bloober Team found the balance between innovation and respect for the original work. What made Silent Hill 2 an unforgettable title is still there. However, horror is a gimmicky genre, of emotions and impacts, and repetition is its greatest enemy. Because if the scares are repeated, they are no longer scary, but frustrating. Silent Hill 2 Remake has the same pacing flaws as The Evil Within or Silent Hill: Downpour: it's a satisfying game that sees us reach the credits with a good taste in our mouths, but when we recap, the overall experience deflates more than once.- Malditos Nerds

Prince of Persia: The Lost Crown has some things that overshadow the experience, including the classic Ubisoft bugs and a visual performance that at times is controversial, but there is no doubt that it is a great, enjoyable and complete experience. A step in the right direction. The game is the result of great ideas that worked well in other recent games, and were very well captured in this new installment of Prince of Persia. I hope the numbers go with it, because I would love to see in the future how they can make a sequel with much more confidence than what this game represents.- Malditos Nerds
