A simpler party game compared to Top Spin 4. If that sounds good to you, this is probably your kind of tennis.

Dragon Ball games have had a steady downward trend for several years now. But with Xenoverse the series makes a great debut on the new consoles, with fun and accessible battles. There is still plenty of room for improvements, but it is a good start nonetheless.

A platformer that doesn't do anything new and never excels in any way. In the end it's ok, but not much more than that.

It's fun to swing around the city but the rest of the game is rather bleak and feels like an attempt to copy Batman Arkham City.

Shelter is a game about being a badger and strange as that may sound it is first and foremost a pleasant and beautiful little adventure. It doesn't really strive to anything majestic but it's still a great game for those who want something different.

Madballs in Babo is as the name implies a quirky arcade shooting game. It doesn't bring anything really new to the table, and what's offered is in no way innovative or especially impressive. But if you're in the market for an oddball shooter, this title will entertain, if only for a little while.

With Blackguards, German Daedalic offers an adventure in the vein of a dice RPG. Unfortunately also some irritating moments follows from that kind of games, and when pure chance can decide a difficult battle it all feels quite frustrating. But Blackguards is an entertaining game with well-made elements, and definitely deserves a chance to prove itself.

It's a shame that Overlord: Dark Legend is riddled with bugs and performance issues. If you look beyond these shortcomings you'll actually find a really enjoyable adventure with lots of evil and playful charm. But the various issues coupled with the short lifespan means this game is best suited for the younger audience at best.

With Web of Shadows developer Treyarch builds on top of the foundation they laid with Spiderman 3. As Spiderman the player is put in charge of saving the city from a state of decay. The substance that spawned Spideys arch nemesis Venom has run amok in the city with total chaos as a direct result. The premise of the game is interesting but a horrible game camera and an overall lackluster framing makes the experience passable at best.

MySims Racing is a typical kart racer you've gotten to know and love(?) on Nintendo consoles - oddly shaped characters, colorful environments and boxes filled with weapons is what's offered on the menu. Some portions of the game is better than the genre behemoth Mario Kart but overall this is a lesser game. This is a competent alternative to the Nintendo franchise but if you're still enjoying your Mario Kart sessions there isn't all that much news or innovation to be found here.

Monotonous, stupid and downright ugly. But all drawbacks asides, EDF 2012 succeeds in one thing - it's amazingly fun. There's an unmistakable feeling of panic at all time, and players needs to keep moving while thinking strategically. A bit to pricy though.

Hawx 2 is an entertaining flight action game with great graphics, control and variations of missions. Unfortunately the game is also dragged by bugs and a few dull missions. In general the game is fun and offers good variation of action. If only the story was better and the flaws had been ironed out it could have been the best action flight game so far – in gaming history.

With your Mii characters you try to conquer 80 mini games, some of which are really fun. The better you succeed with them the better chance you have of winning the various game modes. What disturbs the overall impression is that everything is a bit too simple. The game is ugly, sounds bad and the game modes are not as funny as the genre colleague Mario Party.

This latest entry in the Buzz-series brings us fun quiz-based entertainment, wrapped in a simple and intuitive interface. A nice feature is the ability to enjoy a game of multiplayer even if you only have one PSP to pass around. The one major flaw here is the content, or lack of it to be specific. You'll easily blast through all of the questions in one evening, drastically reducing the lasting appeal of this title.

Walking with Dinosaurs is a game that tries to entertain and educate at the same time. The result is that it does neither. The knowledge is shallow and the gameplay even more so. It feels more like a cheap use of a license to sell a poorly made game to kids.

EA Sports Active 2.0 is out to make exercise fun. And it does, there's a lot of diffirent moves and exercises to do and it's easy to make training programs and schedules of your own. But the Kinect-controls aren't working properly and can interrupt some of your sessions. The two player-mode doesn't feel very well thought-out. It's a fun alternative for exercise even though the pricetag is pretty hefty.

Samba de Amigo was originally released for the Dreamcast and has now made it's way to the Wii. With a maracas in each hand your challenge is to shake to the beat as best you can. The motion sensing abilities of the Wiimote does unfortunately present itself as an obstacle to the experience. On higher difficulty levels it makes the game almost unplayable. As is, this a decent party game at best.

Burial at Sea could have been one big salutation of the first Bioshock and in some moments, it is. But unfortunately the concept is wasted by not having a good enough story. Hopefully the second episode will make Burial at Sea worthwhile. Meanwhile, save your money.

A half-hearted HD update of a game that had a lot of problems when it was launched ten years ago. Problems that have not become easier to forgive as time have passed. During all scrap hides, however, hides a really fun game, but the only big fans should consider a return to Albion.

Ninja Blade is like an old school b movie with a total lack of taste and gory fighting to boot. Even though the actual fighting is done well here the tasteless and somewhat schizophrenic design leaves much to be desired. If you're in the market for some ninja action this is a fun brawler, but a lesser game than the recent entries in the Ninja Gaiden series.

Infinite Undiscovery treats us to an unusual title but a familiar concept. The world is bound to the moon which unleashed a torrent of monsters onto the world. You set out to save the world in the usual fashion but the story does get interesting after a while and the real time combat system works really well. Some technical issues mar this experience, and overall it's nothing spectacular, but it's a good adventure none the less.

In the videogame adaptation of the Ice Age 3 movie you'll get to control several characters from the movie. Most levels have a unique flavor of their own which leads to a varied but also somewhat splintered experience. Everything from Indiana Jones inspired levels to controlling dinosaur spaceship is represented in the game. Though it might be a somewhat uneven experience Ice Age 3 is still the best movie based game for kids thus far.

Lords of the Fallen succeeds in what it sets out to be. The influences from the Souls-series are obvious and frequent but with a few own tweaks. However, the game world is far too claustrophobic and the story fails to entertain.

Family Ski offers exactly what you might expect out of a title like this, but there is precious little to be impressed by. The controls are actually the best offering in this title, but the lack of content and overall lackluster production value makes this a questionable purchase.

As a fusion between platforming and puzzles, this is definitively a pleasant title. Unfortunately the developers haven't given the game the second level of polish you'd expect from a retail game. Controls, graphics and gameplay all do their job but never stand out compared to competing titles.
