Tex is back and it's right where he left off, ignoring more than 15 years of gaming evolution. It would've helped if he kept himself a little more up to speed.

What is it like to start with a few thousand dollars and end up in an office full of people producing multi-million gaming hits? This game lets you find out and makes it worth your while. [Nov 2013]

Strong atmosphere in an extremely stylish platformer is spoiled by some frustrating parts and overall shortness but yet Deadlight is definitely worth trying. [Oct 2012]

Falconeer shoutouts get boring way too easy and no matter how well crafted are the basic game mechanics, it simply lacks anything special or fun in the long run. [Issue#308]

So complicated is the combat system and character management, one may overlook the excellent story in this unusual JRPG. [Nov 2008]

Minimalist graphics and enchanted music arises your imagination and shows that the great story doesn’t need any scripted sequences. Such a pity the game ends too soon to ignore. Add some levels and Bluberry Garden is a sure nominee to the Hall of Fame of games.

Put modest tendency to realism together with some new mini-games and you get a shiny new game. Or don’t you? New tennis sim is slightly above average – but only for those with quite powerful hardware. [July 2009]

A game full of action and ambition. An open world offering dozens of funny hours for certain kind of players, but ... Just Cause 4 unfortunately fails because of its flatness and terrible technical issues. [Issue#292]

Mostly hardcore gamers appreciate this real time strategy series because of its high difficulty. Interesting campaigns from the attractive Vietnam War era offer lots of tactical possibilities but you have to endure the A.I. glitches along with objectionable camera controls. [Oct 2011]

A myriad of worlds, alas all of them offer a dull experience based purely on boring duels, so it soon ends with pure boredom. [Issue#278]

A positive experience in every way. The main focus of the game is combat and it works. Thanks to the options to upgrade and equip your characters, it doesn't get boring. The story is interesting enough to make you want to keep playing, and the steampunk setting doesn't get boring either. There is nothing to fault the game for, it delivers what it promises. Rogue Mage is an enjoyable card game that I was happy to spend a few evenings with. However, it lacks the greater depth and addictiveness of classic rogue-like titles for prolonged play. As a result, this version of the cards isn't bad, but it's unfortunately the weakest of all on offer. [Issue#321]

Penumbra is back … and this time is completely different. Connected to previous parts by notes and recordings, the third Penumbra is an interesting Poral-clone. Thanks to a different approach to level design and to solving puzzles you can’t blame it for copying. [Oct 2008]

The game is not bad and serves you a lot. You want a hero? You have four. Want big missions? Usually you have about three going at once. You want side missions? You've got a city full of them. Which doesn't mean it's a great game. Just good and solid. [Issue#323]
