If Monster Energy Supercross 4 is ahead of the new generation from a technical point of view, we regret the little care given to the old-gen inclination. Cliping and strong aliasing on Xbox ONE and PS4, it is hard to raise the license in our esteem on its media with this new iteration. Purists can simply console themselves with the few novelties of career mode and the improved scrubs present on both versions, but will face other similar flaws. Pity!

On Nintendo Switch, Kingdom of Amalur: Re-Reckoning is the perfect example of a successful port. Complete on cartridge, and very technically correct, failing to really offer the (mysterious) graphic improvements of the remaster, the title now in the hands of Kaiko is ready to welcome Nintendo players for the first time. As such, it becomes only essential, especially when no bad surprise comes to spoil the party.

If we will deplore the fights of great classicism, an often routed AI, an insufficiently dense multiplayer mode or a campaign without flavor in terms of stakes, Warlords always retains the pleasant character of the series in its management aspect, and satisfactory when our army creates breaches in abundance in the enemy ramparts.

Yes, because of its lower definition, It’s About Time exhibits sluggish panoramas. Nothing too intrusive for overall readability, except perhaps for times when the character is sliding from one rail to another at full speed, but the downgrade should be noted.

The epic is just more beautiful and smoother than the original one, sometimes giving the impression of being in front of a real animated film, especially in front of the carefully animated cutscenes. On PlayStation 5, adaptive triggers add a little extra to the immersion.

If the heart of Apex Legends is present, this shooter is not in top form. It was obvious that concessions had to be made for Respawn's title to find its way on Switch. Unfortunately these cuts tarnish the gameplay to the point of regularly putting players at a disadvantage by hiding their opponents behind weak resolution and marked aliasing. Dying because you can't see your opponent in a hard-to-identify cluster of pixels is frustrating, and it happens a bit too much in this version of Apex. Still, if this is your only way to reach your friends playing on other media, this version may help you out. It is not, however, representative of what Respawn's Battle Royale can really be.

Talpa Games delivers here a solid platformer all in lightness, with a simple and controlled gameplay, pleasant levels to go and a nice progression curve. We will do so with pleasure the five to six hours of the adventure. But we often regret a level design that is too wise, the iterations of which are not sufficiently daring to make this ride a memorable adventure. Still, a happy walk in the sun always feels good. And that's what the title offers us.

A bit tight in terms of content on the single-player campaign side (for the moment), the title makes up for it with the possibility of downloading many levels created by a community that already seems very active. [Early Access Review Score = 75]

The FPS, yet using a particularly aging engine, therefore takes all the codes of its ancestors with bravery to allow players to evolve in levels built with intelligence, to participate in joyful and dynamic clashes and to observe sublime panoramas. However, taking the old formula literally, the title is sorely lacking in identity. We will then have to face a universe that we have already crossed 100 times. Unfortunately, this is not the only problem with retro production. The title also suffers from a certain repetition, the fault of a particularly shy bestiary. [Early Access Review = 75]

If it is not free from flaws or free of any bugs or annoying moments, Mortal Shell remains a quite solid choice for fans of the genre, who will have to accept, a small development team obliges, to have a game less dense and deep than those of From Software, but strong enough to be played without displeasure.

While the automatic aspect of clashes isn't meant to tie us to our seat, it makes it an app of choice for multitasking and alt + tab enthusiasts. If we regret that the start of the run was not the most thrilling and that grind is necessary to achieve the real fun of the game, it is nonetheless a good game for those who like to be in the oven and the mill.

Because we must not lie to each other, opting for an old-fashioned challenge is a real risk-taking for the publisher and such an approach will not suit everyone. It's a real niche game! But qualitatively, Ghosts'n Goblins is a complete success that will only indulge the more daring. We died but we loved it!

If you're into the Japanese publisher, this Capcom Arcade Stadium compilation might just catch your eye. Unlike some productions of the same genre, this one is very polished and received a lot of attention. The developers have made sure to reproduce the ambience of an arcade room and have incorporated a host of options (display, difficulty, etc.) so that players find the formula that suits them.

Well paced and written, served with a nice DA and soundtrack, the title forms a coherent whole which never does too much. To regret, however, some unnecessary back and forth and designs that sometimes lack personality, and also technical problems on Switch. But if you want to have a nice adventure with platform and challenge, that's all good.

The biggest criticism that we can make to the title, it is its battles, rigid and imprecise when it is necessary to destroy the basic enemies (of which the bestiary is not very large), which you will have ample opportunity - or even the obligation - to do during your game, Shattered based like his fathers on a system of souls to be collected to improve his character.
