    Life is Strange: True Colors is an experience that can be appreciated in the sweetness of its journey, sublimated by shimmering colors, animations more accomplished than ever and very beautiful melodies. With this episode, Deck Nine Games chose to explore empathy from top to bottom; a preponderant aspect in the powers granted, the narration and the construction of the characters. The whole provides a very neat adventure on a human level, but which undeniably lacks a certain liveliness in its actions and the unfolding of the plot. The result is an investigation that lacks a certain panache.

    Tales of Arise brilliantly succeeds in breathing new life into the Tales Of saga. With its universe and its successful characters, the title delivers a striking adventure that takes advantage of superb environments thanks to a unique graphic rendering. The fights are not left out either since they show great intensity with always more spectacle, sometimes even if it means confusing the action. If we can blame it for his clipping, its talkative side, or its redundant bestiary, we still salute its many qualities which suggest good for the future of the series.

    With its widespread irreverence and punchy visuals, the work of the Polish studio does not leave you indifferent. Soaked in pop-culture references, the game - which is translated into French - will appeal to any regular in the genre, but it arrives with its bundle of bugs and suffers from a bit too repetitive structure. Fortunately, its original universe and its pace make it possible to mitigate its shortcomings and one would almost come to hope for a more successful sequel. Because as it is, it is better not to be too picky to fully appreciate it.

    Under its broke survival horror airs, Tormented Souls is much more solid than it looks, not least thanks to its very controlled production and atmosphere. It is with great pleasure that we walk through the corridors of a very mysterious manor, until we find ourselves faced with puzzlingly difficult puzzles, further weighed down by a map that is sorely lacking in information. The thrill of discovery then turns into a frustrating stroll, especially during a second part which requires going through most of the rooms already visited. Other flaws (animations, inventory) add to the overall weight even more, without overwhelming it. So we end up with a nice tribute to Resident Evil and Silent Hill of the time, but not especially in the face of an unmissable survival horror. To try anyway.

    Golf Club: Wasteland can be seen as a kind of skillful outlet, a highly relaxing experience carried by a peculiar post-apocalyptic vibe and effective minimalist gameplay. In particular, we get an impeccable soundtrack, intelligently alternating between musics and precious testimonials for the scenario context. And if the adventure is short, it is given good replayability.

    With Marvel Future Revolution, Netmarble has given itself the means to achieve its ambitions. Pushed graphics for mobile, dynamic gameplay, mechanics of numerous evolutions, dimension MMO and open zones ... The title wants to exceed the limits of its support to the point of being particularly greedy in terms of resources and battery. If the title has something to keep players in suspense thanks to its content, once the "whaoww" effect is exceeded, we are a little more cooled by the progress at times tedious and the overload of menus which make the experience less pleasant to browse. It remains to be seen whether the game will be entitled to a follow-up as exemplary as that of Marvel Future Fight to become in turn one of the essential Marvel games on mobile.

    If we have to compare Madden NFL 22 to one of the two quarterbacks on its cover, the latter is more Tom Brady than Patrick Mahomes: he becomes thinner and more complete over time, but still idles like his last years. The game is running out of steam from a technical point of view, and the difference between the next-gen and the PS4 / ONE versions is not so obvious on the visual, especially as the online and solo bugs are still also common. On the other hand, Madden does not fall into the trap that made Opus 21 a failure, namely to give a second youth to Franchise and Career modes via cool additions (Momentums, coaching staff talent tree ... ). For the rest, we will wait for the real "slap" episode that the new generation of consoles deserves in the years to come.

    Behind the Frame is one of those games that you can imagine playing by the fire on a rainy evening. For the general public, this highly accessible interactive cartoon is proving to be as sweet as it is relaxing, carried by lovely visuals and absolutely exquisite music. A touching tale to which the short duration as well as the puzzles and writing on the surface are nevertheless lacking.

    Unfortunately, No More Heroes 3 misses the mark. This episode is sorely lacking in ambition and does less well than its predecessors released ten years ago. Too bad, because his combat system has taken off in the meantime.     If Aliens: Fireteam Elite will not turn your life as a player upside down by offering a refreshing formula, the cooperative shooter does all the same with an effective recipe. Nervous, complete and faithful to the cinematographic saga it adapts, the production of Cold Iron Studios will keep you occupied until the next big releases. In other words, if you have enjoyed World War Z or the gameplay of the Gears of War saga, we can only advise you to take up arms and make dozens of Xenomorphs bite the dust.
