Milanoir is playing with your nostalgia of a time where stupid action movies were actually cool. It’s a fun shooter game, with right-on-target jokes, before it turns into a succession of repetitive levels.- Jeuxvideo.com

Onrush looks like a racing game, plays almost like a racing game and feels like a racing game. But it’s not a racing game. It’s more of a MOBA game, and this is a cool concept, but it simply doesn’t really work.- Jeuxvideo.com

There’s nothing fresh in this new season’s opening but the narration is appealing. The characters and their relationships are well-written, which foreshadow only the best for the upcoming episodes.- Jeuxvideo.com

This fourth episode, out of five, of The Concil, is not as great as the previous stories, due mainly to technical issues. While some sequences are quite good and show consequences in our choices, we're still waiting for the big reveal.- Jeuxvideo.com

Less inspired than its predecessor, that second episode is more of a transition for the second part of the season. But there’s still some good stuff, among which its good writing.- Jeuxvideo.com

Were Spyro games actually good 20 years ago ? That’s what we wondered when we first launched Spyro Reignited Trilogy until we gladly discover that yes, they were. And still are, despite an outdated first episode.- Jeuxvideo.com

The icing on the cake: the whole thing is accompanied by a very nice artistic direction and a nice soundtrack (repetitive in the long run). A great success.- Jeuxvideo.com

It remains an effective game, quite enjoyable and is without doubt the one that most faithfully respects the spirit of the famous brand, with that same nostalgic and passionate vision that we could have had ourselves, a few years earlier.- Jeuxvideo.com

Lemnis Gate is a clever and damn well-designed game. Emphasizing tactical choices over pure skill, this original turn-based shooter impresses. Its successful concept mixing FPS and time loops gives rise to refreshing clashes. Too bad some of its content neglects strategy in favor of less interesting direct confrontations. Hopefully his already sparse player base doesn't dwindle too quickly, as Lemnis Gate follows through on his excellent concept.- Jeuxvideo.com

Wearing the three Crysis, renowned for being absolute technological showcases in their time, on a machine like the Switch was a daring bet. And yet, it is clear that Crytek did very well: so certainly, this is the least impressive version among all those offered (by far) but the whole shows an impressive rendering for the machine. from Nintendo and above all perfectly playable. If we prefer to tackle it in nomadic mode to avoid plunging body and soul into textures and a resolution below the average, Crysis Remastered Trilogy is nonetheless a small feat in this case. A successful challenge that we want to envy despite its obvious but mandatory graphic concessions. As for the Crysis themselves, it is clear that a number of mechanisms are now aging: they remain good titles, but never speak of excellence ... It's up to you to see what you are looking for.- Jeuxvideo.com

With its neat pixel art and millimeter-tuned gameplay, Vagante is a roguelike that manages to stand out thanks to its dark-fantasy vibe and dynamism. Drawing on the best ideas from the competition, it reveals its true personality as one progresses and demonstrates that a small team can bring a fascinating game to life. It doesn't have the outfit of a Hades and would have deserved more biomes to discover, but it's an experience that should delight fans of the genre.- Jeuxvideo.com

With its fan-service and multiple references, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure All-Star Battle R is above all dedicated to the community keen on the work of Hirohiko Araki. A pampered remaster of the eponymous title from the PlayStation 3 toy library, it offers an impressive cast and gameplay that is as technical as it is dynamic. If the balance of forces is not optimal (some characters are much more powerful than others), CyberConnect2's game has enough assets to convince fighting enthusiasts. Provided you know the manga or anime. Otherwise, Battle R may be far too hermetic for neophytes and non-connoisseurs of manga.- Jeuxvideo.com

Beautiful, rich in content, varied in what it offers, The Crew Motorfest is a very good 100% arcade open world racing game. Riding on the heels of Forza Horizon, it is currently one of the most successful clones of the genre leader, even if this means that the French studio preferred to take the lead from its British competitor rather than plow its own furrow. The Ivory Tower software is more effective than surprising, but its qualities are numerous enough that we do not look at its predecessors, in retro, with regrets.- Jeuxvideo.com

The developers at WarioWare seem to have once again gone above and beyond to offer us completely insane mini-challenges in Move It!, to our delight. The title is a pretty medley that is still crazy and delirious, full of crazy ideas, coupled with the fun of motion gaming. This is enough to promise a few sessions of great fun for several people and for all ages. But it is still clear that this episode suffers from certain inequalities between these multi modes, a lack of inventiveness at times and an interest that quickly becomes limited after a few hours of session. WarioWare: Move It! is nevertheless the perfect episode to publicly embarrass yourself in ridiculous poses and that's so Wario...- Jeuxvideo.com

The Bloober Team delivers a psychological and supernatural thriller with multiple controlled influences, and a story that is both dark and touching. The Medium is an artistic work in its own right, both visual and musical, whose universe deserves to be explored. The Polish studio also manage to take advantage of this playful duality between the physical and spiritual planes without necessarily innovating too much during a linear adventure. The threat weighing on Marianne, as intense as it may be at times, loses too often in intensity to permanently mark the players. The Medium is ultimately an “arty” horrific experience like the developers' previous productions.- Jeuxvideo.com

Over the course of its expansions, The Elder Scrolls Online continues to deliver what is expected of it ... or almost. With Blackwood, the content available is certainly interesting, especially when you are a fan of Oblivion, but you should not expect more. By choosing to direct it towards new players, Zenimax Online is probably forgetting its hard core a little on the side of a road that is too monotonous. The observation made in 2019 as in 2020 is therefore the same here, and what could be understandable at the time is much less so in 2021 when the competition sometimes competes with ingenuity to surprise us. A first warning shot that must however be weighed in view of the work carried out on the lore, which is still as fascinating as ever.- Jeuxvideo.com

That's it, CI Games and HexWorks finally have the Souls-like they wanted to add to their portfolio. Making a clean slate of the past is never easy, but Lords of the Fallen has definitely risen to this second chance. Yet anchored in a very classic formula which could have been detrimental to it, Lords of the Fallen does not rest on the laurels of others and delivers some interesting ideas which set it apart from the competition. Despite everything, the title still has too many small flaws and frustrations to climb to the top of the rankings. That being said, we are convinced of the potential of the license, even if it will need more effort to assert itself and flourish. This is not quite the case yet, but the second (a sequel?) will perhaps be the good one, as the destiny of the franchise dictates.- Jeuxvideo.com

Tango Gameworks' video game proposal will be a milestone. Without ever reaching perfection, Ghostwire Tokyo marks the spirits. The 1:1 scale reconstruction of the Japanese capital, the exploration of a supernatural and urban open world as well as the ethereal combat system alone are worth the detour. Admittedly, the story is sometimes set back and a certain feeling of repetition appears at the end of the course, but these few flaws are compensated for by the very singularity of the work imagined by Shinji Mikami and his teams. Ghostwire Tokyo is indeed that long-awaited memorable trip.- Jeuxvideo.com

South of Midnight proves to be a marvelous auditory spectacle driven by exceptional artistic direction. The captivating world of the Gothic South, enhanced by stop-motion aesthetics and a masterful soundtrack, immerses us in a fantastic and touching story. But the offering is hampered by a cruelly generic gameplay loop that undermines a memorable adventure for its artistic purpose, and one that deserves to be discovered despite its few pitfalls.- Jeuxvideo.com
