Neversong is a good take on Playdead's turf, but if it has lots of strengths, the game still has some problems in its story and gameplay.- JeuxActu

Song of Horror is a good surprise with a creepy atmosphere and a very unpredictable foe that keeps you on your toes. The only worry is about the future chapters yet to be released, and the locked camera that feels quite old.- JeuxActu

I am Setsuna is just a good J-RPG with nothing that makes it really shine, but nos real drawback either. With 20 to 30 hours of gameplay it is a good investment for the RPG gamer.- JeuxActu

Hotline Miami 2 is the rightful heir to the previous games as nothing really changes. The games remains a good loaf of fun and it should delight those who liked the first episode.- JeuxActu

PGA Tour 2K21 has improved on many aspects, especially around the gameplay experience, and the way it allows for a more precise monitoring of the hit's power, but the visual are still appalling, and the licensed content is pretty limited.- JeuxActu

That new Trackmania isn't really new as it recycle most from Trackmania 2003 and Trackmania Nations, and the most revolutionary thing is it's subscription model. On the other hand, most of it is available for free, and it's still feel as great as ever.- JeuxActu

Despite some qualities, among them the new supernatural theme, enthusiasm is not really the word that comes directly to our mind while playing The Sims 3 : Supernatural. Of course, it is pleasant to play as a werewolf, or to create terrific potions that could turn our Sims into zombies. However, the surprise is no more, especially when you know a eighth expansion set will be released soon with not so many new features.- JeuxActu

Visually outdated when it came out, this remaster of Saints Row : The Third can't manage to bring the graphics to the modern era, and it's still filled with bugs, but if you like that kind of humor, the game is still fun.- JeuxActu

Just like both games before, One Piece : Pirate Warriors 3 will be loved by a large part of the manga's fanbase, and probably by those who keep buying all the Dynasty Warriors. But for the rest of the players, there's a huge risk of being bored after some hours.- JeuxActu

Take a large measure of Dead Island, a pinch of Mirror's Edge, a handful of Left 4 Dead, a little of Dead Rising and a few grams of Far Cry, and mix the result. You'll get Dying Light, an open-world game which tries to bring something new without really being able to do it.- JeuxActu

This first try is an interesting one, but it's far from being a perfect shot. Mordheim : City of the Damned doesn't lack any depth, that's for sure. But the very hard first missions and the disastrous interface make it a game we can recommend only to the fans.- JeuxActu

Unfinished and yet terribly ambitious, The Secret World stirs up a hornets' nest among the MMORPG titles. Its fantastic and modern universe does not bother introducing the usual elves and dwarves, and offers a great graphic experience. Moreover, by introducing investigation side quests we could find in the game In Memoriam, the title moves us away from the traditional fight sequences against monsters.- JeuxActu

Besides the impressive 150 character roster, an exclusive script a bit of humor and some available playtime, LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham has nothing new to offer. If the fans of the IP will surely buy it, most players would be better off with another game from the LEGO line-up.- JeuxActu

Nobody saw it coming, but Wuchang: Fallen Feathers has ended up being one of 2025’s biggest surprises. When we tried it out at Summer Game Fest back in June, we knew it had potential as a solid Souls-like, but we didn’t expect it to be this good. he Chinese studio Leenzee didn’t just try to copy the Souls formula, they really took the time to understand what makes the genre tick, and then built something that feels deeply rooted in Chinese culture. That unique identity is one of its biggest strengths, and it brings a refreshing brightness and atmosphere you don’t usually see in these kinds of games. Technically, Wuchang Fallen Feathers also delivers, it’s stable, smooth, and well put together. Thanks to Unreal Engine 5, the game looks stunning, with beautiful panoramas and a nice variety of environments. Now, sure, it’s not perfect. Some parts can get a bit frustrating, the enemy variety isn’t always amazing (though the boss fights are seriously cool), and there are a few difficulty spikes that feel a bit off. But honestly, those flaws don’t take away from the overall experience.- JeuxActu

Fifteen years after its initial release on GameCube, Luigi's Mansion comes to the 3DS with a few new features, but those can't make up for the fact that the game is too short, and offers no interest for players who have already played it. On the other hand, if you haven't played it yet, this is the version to go for.- JeuxActu

It took 20 years for Peach to be the main character in her own game again, the last one dating back to 2005 and we were on Nintendo DS. Times have changed, as have morals and Nintendo has understood this well with Princess Peach Showtime, which also stands out from Mario by moving away from the classic platformer. Here, it is more of an adventure designed to highlight the many abilities of the character, capable of changing outfits as well as gameplay, all surrounded by a perfectly crafted theater theme. Ninja, swordsman, mermaid, detective, superhero, pastry chef, skater or downright kung fu expert, we move from one style to another with great pleasure, even if the absence of challenge risks making the players wince the most seasoned. In any case, the game is clearly intended for younger people, those who will be less demanding and will not complain about the sometimes incomprehensible framerate drops.- JeuxActu

Like snow or Christmas decorations, Call of Duty shows itself by the end of the year. Like every year since Modern Warfare. This time, it's the turn of Call of Duty: Black Ops 2, developed by Treyarch. Unlike its predecessor, the story sets in two distinct eras, the 80's and the year 2025. Two viewpoints which allow the game to offer many side roads in the story, and 8 different endings. This is a first for such a mainstream series. Of course the game's core remains the same on the basics: cinematic action, epic scenes and a percussive score. Even if Black Ops 2 reuses old recipes, it does it really well and remains a great experience.- JeuxActu

For those who doubted its success, Tokyo Jungle appears to be a great survival title on PS3. With chihuahuas, lions, and even raptors to play with, players will be pleased every second to star as the potential animal king of a post-apocalyptic Tokyo. Moreover with its great game length, and its intuitive gameplay mechanics, Tokyo Jungle proposes an exotic journey, despite a disappointing graphical experience.- JeuxActu
