Staffer Case faithfully follows the standard example of well-made mystery solving games. Shocking events, well organized deployment, meticulous reasoning process and even surprising twist are there. Furthermore, the game also combined the psychic power in the background to differentiate from ordinary mystery genre.- INVEN

We all know that Breath of the Wild was an unparalleled game with no match at that time. But, Tears of the Kingdom shows an exceptional experience that make BOTW feel like a prologue for a grander sequel. I was even frustrated from the fact that I had to rush the entire game in order to write the review.- INVEN

The official sequel to Darkest Dungeon seemingly chose to abandon the management system and offer more rogue-lite fun instead based on the theme of carriage travel. While the concept proved itself with much deeper combat mechanic, but it barely feels like fresh gameplay.- INVEN

The title has implemented the high replay value shown in various strategic games based on fantasy worldview. Numerous customizing elements are supporting the diversity in both combat and city management. Whether you are a fan of 4X games or not, you'll eventually find yourself spending quite a time on this game.- INVEN

A fine combination of shooter, TPS and platformer action based on the cartoon art style. While the overall playtime is quite short around 10 hours and are many loopholes that make the game rather too easy, but its sloppiness also works as a driving force for anyone to try without worry.- INVEN

A collection of Nordic telltales, easy to understand for everybody. While gruesome visual is increasing overall immersion, it is quite regretful that the game is offering somewhat short story, monotonous boss battle and puzzles.- INVEN

A title that feels incomplete in every perspective. At least the Vampire hunting was a good experience, but only the boredom and stupid AI are the ones that fill the hollow open-world. On top of that, a lot of bugs and insufficient optimizations are making the experience even worse.- INVEN

From classic JRPG-style turn based action to the latest cartoon graphics, even the cross-platform. Honkai: Star Rail truly is a dream come true for the fans of the genre. Attractive characters are backing up the well-developed combat system which encourages deep-dive exploration. However, if you are not the fan of anime culture, the story maybe a bit hard to understand because of the excessive proper nouns and concepts.- INVEN

Coffee Talk episode2 successfully inherited the advantages of the original while expanding the story even further. Instead of radical changes in system, the game tries to introduce new mechanics, characters and concept in more subtle, natural ways.- INVEN

The Minecraft franchise continues to expand its world, offering a unique blend of action and strategy gameplay. While efforts have been made to make the genre more accessible, the repetitive and simplistic level designs can cause players to lose interest pretty quickly.- INVEN

Aloy's new journey after a year from the release is as enjoyable as the main one. While the newly added weapon provides more fresh, powerful gameplay, It is somewhat disappointing that the new area doesn't offer much difference from the mainland in visual wise.- INVEN

An intense gameplay from fast phased souls-like combat, as well as visuals and scores that complete the dark fantasy worldview, are definitely a satisfactory. However, some of the elements such as insufficient accessibility functions and unclear map composition are still preventing players to immerse themselves.- INVEN

A huge improvement over its predecessor, also with new gameplay mechanics. While the story of young Jedi and adventure through vast, open fields both delivers captivating moments, slight frame drops here and there on the PS5 version may detract the overall experience.- INVEN

Dredge is a fine combination of fishing and adventure, gives you peaceful mind and thrill of an adventure at the same time. It shows a number of aspects to avoid repetitive gameplay that fishing games normally have. Also, it is a must-try game for the fans of Lovecraft.- INVEN

Resident Evil 4 quickly put to rest any remaining concerns of remaking from its previous work. It is safe to say the game struck the perfect balance of action and horror, and deserves to be called as a RE: TPS Masterpiece. It is not sure that the game will recreate the glory of the original in the end of the year, but the fact that the game is one of the best titles in this year remains unchanged.- INVEN

The finale of the Atelier Ryza Series. With the rejoin of the original scenario writer, both story and the system side of the game have been positively improved. In particular, the Seamless Field gives you a great taste of exploration, while the real-time turn-based action combat adds excitement to the progress.- INVEN

It turns out, light was not the only thing that has fallen in this new expansion. With disappointing story, the campaigns even feel like they were created for the fun of developers, rather than players. While these letdowns still interfere with overall immersion of the game, at least the new ability and revamped system are holding the expansion precariously.- INVEN

Limbus Company is an attractive game with a deep-dark concept world with characters with alienated nature. While personal tastes may differ, it delivers decent sound, visual and story as well. However, the game surely need for improvements in things such as frustrating grinding, complicated combat, uncomfortable and unfriendly UI/UX and so on.- INVEN

The developers of Octopath Traveler 2 have chosen to keep the elements of their previous game that emphasized the player's journey rather than individual stories. In addition, they have strengthened the gameplay mechanics to deepen each travel. Although there is still a lack of interaction in the storyline, the RPG's core theme of travel has been further strengthened.- INVEN

A game suitable for those who loves Sci-Fi creatures. It delivers the concept of facing various life forms during an adventure throughout an unknown planet quite well. A shooting action which requires puzzle-solving brain work is also quite interesting. However, you need to endure the unnatural modeling, stiff animation and unreasonable level designs before all these charms.- INVEN

An adventure with a classic JRPG-style combat and visual under the royal-road theme of 'a girl and monsters'. While the story can be seen as somewhat shallow and short compared to the developer's previous works, its emotional OST and compact storytelling with adequate visual have the power to pull the heartstrings.- INVEN

It is still an enjoyable experience where you can build your own frontier with a relatively easy system. However, the entire process to win the game is too long and boring to aim for a shift to a competitive RTS. It is not easy to motivate the frontier exploring since pretty much all activities are for just military buildup.- INVEN
