Tokyo Jungle is as crazy, weird, bizarre and unique as you've ever dreamed. The game has some rough edges and can be a little monotonous at times. Yet Tokyo Jungle is without a doubt an unique game that can't be missed. It's not everyday you get the chance as a gamer to make your pet dog the king of the jungle.- InsideGamer.nl

After years of carefully sculpting and expanding, EA finally managed to take the last hurdles. The goalie and the referee are near perfection and the AI has been much improved. This results in an incredibly realistic and dynamic game. Sometimes the pace is a little bit too fast, but with all the improvements that's easy to forgive. We get why Messi is on the cover this year; only the world's best footballer of the world's best team is worthy of the world's best football game.- InsideGamer.nl

LittleBigPlanet on the Vita is a true sequel to LittleBigPlanet 2. The touch and tilt functionalities offer a new way to create levels and the option to make iOS-style minigames, give LittleBigPlanet an endless amount of levels and games. The fact that it's not possible to play one of the seven million LittleBigPlanet levels made for PS3 is a bit of a bummer.- InsideGamer.nl

Borderlands is an amazing collection of bizarre weaponry, hectic fights and great humour. The different environments, crazy weapons and unique skills keep the game fresh from start to finish. The game might have been better off with a slightly lower pace when playing alone, but this is easily outweighed by the fun you'll have when playing with a friend. If you're going to buy just one cooperative game this year, let it be Borderlands 2.- InsideGamer.nl

Harmonix proves rhythm games are still as alive as ever; it just lacked some creativity these last couple of years. Rock Band Blitz might start of slow, but this is soon compensated by the fresh outlook the game gives on music games.- InsideGamer.nl

Sneaking, killing and disappearing. Rarely has the work of a ninja been incorporated into a game this well. The dark style, the tension of escaping the guards and loads of variation make Mark of the Ninja an awesome start to a fall filled with blockbusters.- InsideGamer.nl

Port Royale has many menus and weird systems that don't make any sense. On top of that the games fun is spoiled by some annoying bugs.- InsideGamer.nl

The season mode might not have changed, but the improved physics in NHL 13 compensate for that easily. More often than ever situations unfold like they would in a real hockey match. NHL 13 deserves to be crowned as the most realistic hockey game ever.- InsideGamer.nl

Tekken Tag Tournament is the most polished and well thought through part in the Tekken series. It doesn't matter if you're playing alone or together: everything is about fun and competition. And the lack of gimmicks, like a story mode, show that this game doesn't need anything more than strong core gameplay.- InsideGamer.nl

There is so much to write about Guild Wars 2, so much to see and so much to discover. Reading a review won't do the game justice, you'll have to discover the magical world of Tyria for yourself. Be surprised at how simple, yet amazingly complex a world can be. And above all: you can leave your credit card safely tucked away in your wallet, because monthly costs is one of the few things Guild Wars 2 does not have.- InsideGamer.nl

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive is still the great game we all know and love, only with improved visuals. The new Arms Race mode adds a good amount of variation to the game with some high speed action, but the normal, slower modes won't be to everyone's liking in this day of modern shooters. Still, for only fifteen euro's it's hard to turn down this new version of a monumental shooter.- InsideGamer.nl

After finishing Papa & Yo, we were left with mixed feelings. The game offers a unique emotional experience through the creative fantasy world of Quico, accompanied by great music. But the platforming and puzzling never really gets challenging and the game is filled with bugs and technical issues. This makes Papa & Yo an unique game, but not the game it amazing game it could have been.- InsideGamer.nl

Transformers: Fall of Cybertron offers a lot of fun, but has some minor issues. The campaign is varied and compelling, but has some rough edges and misses a cooperative multiplayer mode. The multiplayer is unique and fun, but misses a deeper layer to keep you entertained longer.- InsideGamer.nl

Sound Shapes is a game you simply have to play to find out how good it really is. You can easily play a single number, but the game is also well suited for long play sessions filled with synergy between the music and the 2D platforming. The campaign may be a little short and the Death Mode is simply unfair, but the simple yet complete level editor makes up for this.- InsideGamer.nl

Dust: An Elysian Tail is a near perfect Arcade title. The anime style isn't really as special as it could have been and not all the voice acting is up to par, but it has a deep and mature story line spanning easily fifteen hours (counting the side quests and challenge arena's) and a fighting system that makes you want to pick up the controller every time. Dust: An Elysian Tail is simply one of the best titles the Xbox Live Arcade has to offer.- InsideGamer.nl

New Super Mario Bros. 2 goes for gold with golden themed levels that bring simple, yet fun platforming action. It's not a punishment to play levels over and over again, finding all the secrets or trying to set a new record in Coin Rush. The addition of a compelling cooperative multiplayer experience makes New Super Mario Bros. 2 the best side-scrolling Mario-game to date.- InsideGamer.nl

War is obviously outclassed by big brother Death. The agility of Death makes the combat feel more fluid and makes the platforming more fun. The addition of several RPG elements is a step forward in the franchise and the length, of at least twenty hours (forty if you want to get all collectibles and do all the side missions), will make sure you'll be spending a long time in the world of Darksiders 2.- InsideGamer.nl

Pokémon Conquest is a successful experiment. The game successfully approaches the age-old concept of Pokémon in a new and unique way. Even though the game may seem simple at first, it soon turns out to be a game for aspiring tactical minds.- InsideGamer.nl

The Secret World makes a few big mistakes in important areas; the fighting system lacks depth, PvP bonuses bring unbalance to the server and the skill and ability system isn't always easy to understand. Yet the story, investigation quest and the atmosphere of the world make this MMO worth a try.- InsideGamer.nl

Freakyforms Deluxe might be one of the most bizarre games we have played on the 3DS so far. It's a chaotic combination of silly jokes, childish graphics, platform action, weird music and your own creative mind. One moment you're saving a king with a pink, smart phone owning dinosaur and the next you'll be scrubbing the back of your own car… underwater… with a moustache. In short: this game makes absolutely no sense, yet it is brought in a way that makes it quite fun to play.- InsideGamer.nl

New Art Academy is a fantastic virtual painting course. No need to buy expensive materials; a 3DS is all you need to start off your painting career. Of course the few lessons New Art Academy has to offer won't make you a master painter, but if you follow all courses you'll be able to create some fine digital artwork.- InsideGamer.nl

The Ratchet and Clank Trilogy is a strong remake collection. All the titles in the pack have received a facelift and are still as much fun as they were back in the day. The games have a lot to offer with a lot of humour, ingenious weapons and futuristic gadgets and are as much fun for players wanting to relive the past as for gamers new to the series. The only slight downside is the simple multiplayer mode.- InsideGamer.nl

London 2012 is undoubtedly one of the best Summer Olympic games, but everyone who has played a couple of those, knows that doesn't say much. Some sports impress, while others fall short. The way SEGA has handled the grand sporting event, still isn't up to par.- InsideGamer.nl

Deadlight is an original zombie platformer in which the emphasis lies on surviving and puzzling. The graphical style reminds us of other XBLA games, but Deadlight gives it its own twist. The few downsides to the game make it a living hell every now and again, but you'll quickly forget them when you chop your hatchet into a zombie skull.- InsideGamer.nl

The idea of piecing together your ultimate team is fun, but FIFA Superstars asks you the ultimate price for it. You don't have to pull out your wallet, but if you don't, you'll never get anywhere in this game. FIFA Superstars isn't free to play, it's pay to play.- InsideGamer.nl
