It is very obvious these games are made for a new generation of trainers. The Pokemon Go way of catching Pokemon is very successful, and the small changes to the beautifully crafted Kanto region are revolutionary. It is just a bit too simple for experienced Pokemon players.

There are few cute changes to the well known LEGO way of gaming, but the story is so hard to follow and the many characters that are not too well known make it even more chaotic. Too bad, cause this game is really funny, combined with excellent voice acting.

2K has definitely listened to the faults of the last WWE by improving some modes and adding a few fun ones. The commentary is still lacking, but 2K Towers is highly entertaining.

This game is not for everybody, but this is not the full simulator people might have expected. You can do that if you want, but you have a choice to just go through the sixty hour story. Whichever you may choose: take your time.

Transference is confrontational and uneasy. It makes you feel unsafe in places that are usually perfectly fine. It is not just a scary game, it is the story about the scattered family which really stays on the mind.

Starlink Battle For Atlas is probably the best way of doing a toys-to-life game, but the game itself is a bit repetitive. Thankfully the fights are spectacular and there are many amazing combo's to make, which kind of saves the game.

Soulcalibur VI is a fighting game for the masses. Its excellent for wasting a few hours. The game is not perfect, but there is enough there to make the seventh entry in the series amazing.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 is innovative in many ways. The multiplayer mode is amazing. Blackout offers many, many hours of fun though it does struggle with some technical difficulties at times.

Mega Man 11 brings back that old-school feeling, combined with modern things like the Double Gear system, multiple difficulty levels and an upgrade system. Accessible for newcomers and yet crazy difficult for retro gamers.

Life is Strange 2 might be a different story, with different characters on a different location: other than that this has the same feel as the first series. Amazing.

Super Mario Party has an awesome way of going back to the essence of the franchise. The gameplay might be a bit too shallow, the new modes and sharp graphics are epic enough to even impress hardcore players.

This is the best game you can play on Xbox One. The game might hold your hand a bit too long, that is just a minor thing considering the great racing adventure Forza offers.

Looking at the gameplay, NBA 2K19 is a very strong basketball simulator, filled with many modes and beautiful graphics. Unfortunately that is not all: there is not enough innovation and old faults are back too. A pity, cause essentially this is a good game.

Divinity Original Sin is a very loved game among fans of strategic RPG's. Larian Studios sets the bar even higher with this game, as you have even more races and classes to choose from, without losing the atmosphere of the original.

FIFA 19 is like an amazing soccer team in the Dutch league that only gets stronger. However, FIFA 19 is not the world-class game that is all about soccer. It is a bit too much sensation over quality.

PES 2019 is more about individuality and fluent gameplay than ever before. Especially when you play online it is noticeable, but it is a let-down when you play offline. And offline is what PES players love best.

V-Rally 4 stays on the safe side in the rally sub-genre. The result is a game that feels a bit too familiar, though it does come with some impressive rally tests. It's too bad the cars are too unpredictable.

It does not happen often that a remake is better than the original, but it is the case with Yakuza Kiwami 2. The plot twists are amazing, and the same goes for storytelling, characters, sidequests and the fighting system of this game.

LEGO The Incredibles is a bit same old, and the chaos that is on the screen in the co-op mode is just too much. Thankfully TT did bring some of that old-school teamwork back, which makes this a pleasant experience.
