Persona 3 Reload is a superb remake of a cult classic that successfully treads the line between faithful recreation and modernisation. Its gorgeous visual overhaul, much improved audio presentation, and myriad quality of life improvements easily make it the best way to play an RPG that is just as relevant today as it was in the early noughts. In some ways even more so..

Outer Worlds 2 is a smartly written, sophisticated RPG with its tongue firmly planted in its cheek. It’s hard not to see the parallels to real-world events played out thousands of light-years away, against a backdrop that is both at turns ludicrous but weirdly grounded, presided over by a cast of likable characters and a bevy of ingenious systems and branching paths that make for wildly different adventures Let me put it this way, I’m already planning my next trip to Arcadia.

Anglo-Saxons, Gaelic clans and Viking settlers battle for Brittania and the glory of forging a great empire. A change from the usual Total War games but a potential gateway to newcomers.

In conclusion, this game rocked and was a great walk or drive down memory lane with all the great bands who have lent their music to this game. The voice acting is pure class and the gameplay actually works quite well in a bizarre way that makes this quite an original game.

Death Howl blends tactical grid combat with deep deck customization inside a myth soaked world shaped by loss. Each encounter feels like a carefully constructed puzzle where preparation and positioning matter as much as raw power. It is demanding and deliberate, but for those willing to engage with its systems, it delivers a striking and emotionally grounded strategy experience.

With a campaign that not only treats the subject material with the necessary reverence but also injects a surprising amount of pathos into proceedings, some of the most solid multiplayer experiences on offer in years and what could very well be the absolute pinnacle of the Zombies sub-series, Call of Duty: WWII is an easy recommend to both long-time fans and those who may have strayed away from the series over the years.

A tough game for tough guys. I’m not tough (well, I’m not even a guy), but I like it anyway. A new upgrade provides some additional content to current-gens. It’s OK, though at 60 FPS it would be even better.
