In its greatest moments, Mafia 3 is one of the best games this year. But the road between those moments can be repetitive. It's worth playing to the end, just to experience the story of Lincoln Clay.

A Tower Defense game that absolutely could have been a lot more fun than it is.

WRC 6 is competing with the likes of Dirt Rally, and in that race WRC 6 comes up short. It's a fun game, but it doesn't stand out in the market.

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter is an amazing experience, that takes this series further than on the last generation of consoles. The game presents interesting cases with lots of variation, both in atmosphere and game design.

What was supposed to be a fun ride, turned out to be a huge disappointment. The awful presentation, physics and controls makes me wish that Microsoft will announce a HD-remaster of Motocross Madness at E3 this year. Anything but this.

Party Hard is a unique experience. The game blends humour and ultraviolence with stealth and a high difficulty level. Party Hard might actually be too hard for its own good.

There's some fun in Metroid Prime: Federation Force as long as you're playing together with others, but if you're looking for a deep single-player experience you won't find it here.

Shadow of the Beast is a respectful re-imagining of the Amiga classic from 1989. The combat in the game is fun, it has a nice presentation throughout and an interesting narrative design.

Dying Light is a better game, but it was Dead Island that started it all. If you want to take a vacation on a tropical Island during a zombie invasion, this is the game for you.

Sonic Boom: Fire & Ice is surprisingly good with a level design that actually takes advantage of the speed the character has.

Goat Simulator is fun at first, but it gets old quickly. If you can, play it on the computer where it controls much better.

The Park is a short experience. The game lasts an hour or two and the purpose of the journey is predictable. I enjoy short and well-told experiences, but my walk through this park isn't as memorable as I had hoped.

Armikrog should've been so much more than it is. Sure, it's nice to look at the visuals and listen to the music, but it's not really that entertaining to play.

Mario & Sonic at the Rio 2016 Olympic Games works alright as a handheld game, but I can't help but feel that this will be a better experience when it releases on Wii U.

The Technomancer might have been the beginning of a new and fresh role playing-series in the hands of a more experienced developer, like Bioware. It's a game worth playing for its story and setting, but the game's full potential is never realized.

Grappling hooks are always fun; but boring levels and questionable design choices together with shabby product placement make this ten year anniversary of Chibi-Robo nothing more than a shrug. Better luck next time, lil'buddy.

Star Ocean: Integrity and Faithlessness isn't a bad game, it's just another Japanese rpg among many others. We've seen this done before, and a lot better.

Dead Effect 2 might have been acceptable on mobile phones, but it doesn't work here. Every aspect of Dead Effect 2 is worse than other games in the same genre on Steam.

I had forgotten how fantastic it can feel to play a good Mega Man game. Mighty No. 9, with its wonderful boss fights and amazing combo system, is a good Mega Man game.

Moto Racer 4 is a game that demands a lot from the player both in terms of patience and dexterity, its graphics are not the best and the hyped VR mode is somewhat of a bad joke. But if you can ignore the forgettable heavy metal soundtrack and can appreciate the gameplay consisting of challenges instead of regular races, you have a lot to do here. Should you prefer to burn rubber around in circles though, is not the game for you. However, if you love twitchy arcade racers and like to challenge yourself, you should definitely pick up Moto Racer 4.
