A successful reimagining of an old classic that not only does what the original game did, but evolves its formula to show a more modern gameplay.

The Medium will not be the best psychological horror game in the world, but it engages like few others. Bloober Team once again raises a bar that dropped somewhat after Blair Witch and presents us at times two games in one, with quite effective mechanics despite its simplicity. A great gift for Xbox Game Pass subscribers who will enjoy it from day one.

A nice ending for Fire Emblem Fates, but not a perfect one. Revelation makes the same mistakes than the other two versions of the game.

One of the best games on Nintendo Switch. Very agile with a new vision of classic hunts.

War of the Chosen is a nice way to return to the Avenger and fight those aliens. The new content is good and the whole game feels like new.

Pikmin 3 Deluxe was one of the best Wii U games and it becomes one of the best Nintendo Switch games. The adaptation is good although it could have been deeper on a technical level, as well as a control that despite the improvements continues to be imprecise. But what a pleasure it is to complete each new day on this planet with these wonderful creatures. Hopefully Pikmin 4 is with us soon.

New engine, new characters, new combat techniques and new game modes. Tekken 7 is still the king of 3D fighting games, but there should have been some more risk and evolution of the franchise after so many years of waiting. The story of the Mishima is the central mode, but it fails to satisfy us as much as it had promised to the core fans.

It hurts to say it, but Final Fantasy XV is not the masterpiece we've been waiting a decade for. It is a title that possesses many virtues, but it is far from achieving the perfection of which we all dreamed.

Blasphemous exudes quality throughout its entire playable and narrative proposal. A game taken care of to the smallest detail. A superb metroidvania.

The Last Guardian has finally arrived after a 10 year long wait. Fumito Ueda manages to offer a game with its own soul, but at the same time has some mistakes that were more common on the games launched 10 years ago like its camera issues and the control inaccuracies.

Rise and Fall feels like an improvement on the original Civilization VI but we miss some risk in gameplay. The new alliances and the governors system are great but playing a new game in Rise and Fall is too much like playing a new game in the vanilla game.

Prey is a solid gaming experience in which we discover the secrets of the alien DNA investigation committed by TranStar. Its emergent narrative and cohesion between main and secondary missions augur us more than 25 hours of interesting and varied search of the truth aboard the Talos I.

An interesting proposal that closes a trilogy doing an excellent job on its narrative. The visual may be sub-par, and for non-English speakers the game will be difficult to understand, but besides that this is a must buy if you are not afraid of slower pace adventures.

As a generational premiere, Pokémon Sword and Shield are at a high level. Its attempt to combine different audiences and demands is well-received, although we expect much more from future games that should be more revolutionary and that would take advantage of the potential of a console like Nintendo Switch.
