NHL 26 doesn’t reinvent the formula, but for longtime fans of hockey or the franchise, it’s more than satisfying. Just be warned - if you’re new to this world, the game won’t be very welcoming at first, and the real fun only begins once you fully get the hang of it.

For a remastered game which doesn't offer anything authentic by today's standards, ridden with bugs, framerate drops and repetitive missions, potentially you will have couple of hours of fun with Reprobed, until you find some other ways of entertainment.

Missed opportunity to make the first real Mario Kart challenger. Chocobo GP in theory has it all, it works great, it has a popular franchise as a basis, but the free to play model and a bunch of microtransactions undo all that.

Good basketball and paywalls don't mix well but overall this game is a better experience than last year's edition.

Apart from the truly beautiful graphics and phenomenally designed environment that is a real feast for the eyes, Frontiers of Pandora has little to offer that has not already been seen in many other Ubisoft releases, unless you are particularly fond of the world of "Avatar".

Farming Simulator 25 is a unique experience of managing a farm, with frequent bugs, bad AI and unoptimized graphics, which should not happen to games nowadays. This title certainly has potential, but in this state, it's definitely not for everyone.

Sword Art Online: Last Recollection is a game that is primarily for anime series fans who don't mind many flaws getting in the way of them enjoying another adventure with their favorite characters, while new players will be in quite a pickle trying to balance between a story that won't make any sense to them and some good fight mechanics.

Exoprimal is a game that had unprecedented potential to be multiplayer entertainment for millions of mecha and dinosaur fans, and yet we got a pale unoriginal copy of typical competitive shooters.

Macross -Shooting Insight- brings iconic characters, planes, and music from different eras of the series, but the simple and unbalanced gameplay, along with limited transformations and incomplete localization, diminish the overall experience. At the end of the day, this legendary franchise deserves better than this.

If co-op is your comfort zone and you’ve got a well-oiled crew beside you, this year’s campaign will fit you like a glove. But if you’re going in solo, expect a few too many roadblocks - which is a real shame, because these 11 levels are bursting with creativity and some downright wild moments, even by Black Ops standards.

Kao the Kangaroo would not be the best 3D platformer even if it came out 15 years ago, but as a nostalgic return of the average and somewhat forgotten franchise, it brings more than we expected.

The emotional premise and nostalgic aesthetic aren’t enough to make up for the weak narrative resolution, poor optimization, and virtually nonexistent gameplay progression.

Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires is a mediocre strategy and mediocre Musou title as well. It's certainly not worth the full price mark and in case you're not a die-hard fan, it really might not be worth your time either.

Fans definitely expected more from these remasters, while someone who hasn’t gone through these stories before will probably still be able to see what’s great about them - despite the changes the remasters have brought. Without a doubt, the original season of Life is Strange and even Before the Storm prequel, are great adventures, but should be experienced in their original form that is still available.

If you gave someone who absolutely despises 3D platformers to make one, you’d probably get something like Epic Mickey Rebrushed. Even though this Remaster looks nicer than the original, it only managed to remind us how disappointing the original game was. As much as we love Mickey Mouse and 3D platformers, maybe it’s time to use the paint thinner on this one.

As much as we’d like to say that there’s a good stealth game for kids, Totally Spies! Cyber Mission doesn't deserve that praise. We really wanted to like this game but the frustrating enemies, fake co-op and other unpolished mechanics didn’t let us. Sorry girls, but this mission is a failure.

With a solid but simple combat system but all other aspects of the game in trouble, the new Valkyrie only barely manages to rise above the mediocre.

In essence, Extraction lacks excitement. More often than not it is a glorified zombie mod that would feel more at home in Siege. On the other hand, it seems somewhat of an odd experiment whose existence is difficult to justify. The result is an experience lacking in content which to newcomers might still end up feeling hostile while at the same time alienating veterans of the franchise.

Visually striking but overloaded with ideas and mechanics that mostly fail to enhance the fun, and built on a fundamental misunderstanding of what makes arcade racing enjoyable, Screamer comes across as yet another failed attempt by Milestone to create something outside the realm of hardcore motorcycle simulations.

Jujutsu Kaisen: Cursed Clash is a very lazy attempt to introduce new players to the anime and an insult to fans. While online modes can be fun, I simply couldn’t get over an uninspiring battle system and how the story was retold through static images.

If you're a super-fan of the franchise, you might be able to get something out of this package. It's more than clear that this is a rushed product that was supposed to be DLC for last year's game and not a full-priced "new game" - so it's up to you to judge whether it's worth your money.

Concord is a game that came out eight years too late and as a result is visibly lagging behind its competition in every way. This game makes sense to buy only if you are bored of every other hero shooter game and you have excess money in your pocket that you urgently need to get rid of.

Big Rumble Boxing: Creed Champions is one of those simple but fun arcade games that can entertain you for a while, but neither Rocky Balboa personally nor all the music from the movies are enough to cover up the lack of more meaningful systems and content.

Ilusion Island brings some unconvincing and lukewarm modern mix of indie platformer and Metroidvania where things are often so simple that you get the impression that the very existence of this title is forced. Mickey and friends had much better platformer adventures 30 years ago.

Although it is a descendant of the franchise that created the survival horror genre, Alone in the Dark from 2024 does not bring too much survival, nor horror. Apart from the new puzzles, this game does not bring anything interesting to the table.

After much struggle to survive and poor implementation of gaming mechanics, you get a game that is as difficult as previous titles on which the developers worked, but with little chance of taking the fight back to your opponents and winning it fairly. Wanted: Dead is definitely not worth your time, as there are many other games today that do a much better job at balancing challenge and difficulty.

The new Saints Row brings you... well, more Saints Row action just a little toned down this time, which makes the inferiority to the GTA series more clearer than ever. Still, if you've been missing games of this type, it can be fun at least in short bursts.
