Although Band of the Hawk is incredibly faithful to Kentaro Miura´s manga, it becomes boring after playing several stages. We miss multiplayer modes in this musou.

It delivers at making us enjoy while we suffer torture and it keeps the spirit of the franchise alive, although it can't help repeating the same mistakes the previous games had.

DONTNOD shows off its narrative muscle with an interesting proposal that, without great playable novelties, engages. While the first tape extends too much in showing all the cards, the second seems to be in a hurry to close everything quickly (it lasts half). Even that doesn't stop it from being a game that DONTNOD fans will enjoy, the rest.

Just what you would expect. Little surprises gameplay wise, but a lot of them in the story. Recommended for those who desire an adventure with a slow pace.

As with N++, Super Meat Boy and other games alike, The King's Bird focuses on control and gameplay over story. Gain "momentum" and use it to glide and rush through the levels it's the key to complete the game and conquer the online rankings. It's a challenging experience, if you're the kind of player that loves speed-running gaming.

It's for sure the most complete Dragon Ball game, although it shows some laziness in the process of evolving from the previous game. That being said, it offers really flashy visuals and tons of content.

Broken Sword is back. The series created by Charles Cecil recovers its essence and provides humor, mystery and adventure. A game made for fans and a tribute to the entire franchise.

MotoGP 15 is a great racing game. The control is very good and it takes profit of a very attractive license, but it looks like an update more than like a new game, as it reuses a lot of content from last year.

Cris Tales shines with its astounding aesthetics and the way it manages the time travel elements, specially in combat. But, at the same time, it seems to be stuck on the past, bringing most of the glaring problems of the genre (grinding, areas that feels as corridors, repetitive optional tasks...). And it's a shame, because it has potential.

Kirby and the Rainbow Curse is a platform game that runs away from standards to offer some very interesting mechanics, but, at the same time, it feels strange, like a portable game stuck in the pad of a home console.

Black Myth Wukong falls a bit short of the legend of the Monkey King due to a few bugs and design decisions, but it manages to offer an action-adventure especially designed for souls fans and those who like to... beat the monkey.

It's the same game of 2015, but now with all the DLCs included and the ability to play it anywhere. A reasonably good port if, as in other LEGO games' ports, you forgive some little issues, like some blurry textures. It keeps the Spanish voiceover, that always is a welcome news (although it's downsampled).

Steelrising has the necessary gears to offer a solid soulslike experience.

FIFA 21 is a very continuist game, and we will have to check what EA Sports can achieve in the next-generation hardware. This entry adds a few little changes to the excellent formula we have seen in the last few years, but it is more of the same. Just as Real Madrid’s roster this season.

If this is your first time with it, don't hesitate: it's one of the best written, more intense games in the franchise. If you played it before, the new features don't justify paying for it again.

We appreciate the effort to widen and reinvent the Dragon Ball Universe. Fans will find tons of secrets, surprises and tongue-in-cheek references, but the rest of mortals might feel this experience to be a bit repetitive and out of focus.

Relicta is a great puzzle game, which reminded us of Portal or QUBE 2. Each level is based on psychics, gravity and magnetism, and it also has a great sci-fi storyline. But it gets repetitive after some hours of play.

MythForce is an entertaining action and role-playing roguelite, which stands out for its 80's cartoon aesthetics and for being very oriented to 4 player coop. It has many "evils" of the subgenre (random level generation, repetition...), but if you're going to play it with friends, you'll have a great time. In solitaire, maybe not so much.

Milestone keeps improving its most important franchise. MotoGP 20 doesn’t take any risks, but it has some new aerodynamic wings that give it some extra speed. And this year it is a great substitute for real motorbike races.

Frantics delivers a fun multiplayer experience for anyone, even if they are not familiar with game controllers. This Playlink game includes 15 minigames.

Control and graphics are really competitive, although there is an obvious lack of modes compared to the previous games in the franchise.

Snowrunner is not for everybody, even if you are a fan of driving games. But if you are attracted to off road realistic driving it is engaging, and full of strategic elements.

This new version may not be able to rub shoulders with the current kings of the genre, but its great art style, direct gameplay and humour keep it as fresh as the first day.

Tomb Raider IV-VI Remastered is the usual Aspyr remaster: visually respectful (although without major changes), with small adjustments that improve the experience and with incalculable value as an exercise in preservation. They may not be the best Lara Croft games, but they are a treasure that deserves to be “looted”.

Disney Illusion Island is an entertaining platformer with metroidvania vibes that will entertain both children and adults with its cooperative mode for four players. Visually it's a joy, almost like an animated TV series, but unfortunately it is very easy and short, and despite its abundant collectibles, it is not particularly replayable.

Evolution Studios expands DriveClub with a content that can be seen in two different ways: as a DLC, people who played the original may find it plain, but, as an independent game for new users, it has a lot to offer.

Aliens: Dark Descent is a notable tactical action game similar to XCOM, respectful of the Alien universe, and which knows how to innovate in certain aspects. It is a love letter to the fans, which can also convince lovers of the genre, although with somewhat unfair difficulty peaks and with graphics and mechanics that need to be improved.

Honor of Kings is a free to play MOBA for mobile that does what it says it can do. Its accessibility means that many new players won't be overwhelmed and its gameplay is solid and addictive. However, it lacks more originality and has a few too many monetisation systems.
