Liberated is an ambitious and fascinating game from a small developer. Everything you see takes place inside a comic book - it's stylish and has a hauntingly probable story. However, uninspired platforming sections may be off-putting, but you should be otherwise very happy with this experiment.- GRYOnline.pl

My adventure with VirtuaVerse gave me lots of satisfaction, even if the plot wasn't as gripping as I wanted it to be. What's more, I became bored on more than one occasion. But this unique atmosphere of hacking and retro-tech made me stick to the very end. Point'n'click lives!- GRYOnline.pl

Minecraft: Dungeons stole 10 hours of my life, but it only took half of that to finish the game. When the difficulty level rises and Creepers multiply, the game becomes very enjoyable. However, to truly appreciate this game, you have to play it with someone. If you have a trusty team and love pixels - the game will be worth your time.- GRYOnline.pl

Gears Tactics requires a specific approach. Players looking for complex gameplay similar to the ancient UFO need to be warned - GT is even simpler than the newest XCOMs. It's definitely not a game to cater to core veterans. However, this is the perfect introduction to tactical strategy for anyone who found the complexity intimidating.- GRYOnline.pl

Regardless of the difficulty level, Chimera Squad doesn't let your soldiers die. Too bad, because the game could hugely benefit from this single change. Despite that, this new, mini-XCOM is worth the time. It won't be as thrilling as XCOM 2, but it's still a bargain.- GRYOnline.pl

The remake of Final Fantasy VII isn't perfect. It has some highly redundant and simply boring side activities that derail the narrative at times, and the visuals are very uneven. But all of these are minor hitches. FFVII Remake is so much more than a mere nostalgia act. It's probably the most daring game Square Enix has created in years - one that generates great emotions and tons of fun.- GRYOnline.pl

Capcom does it again. Resident Evil 3 may by shorter and more linear than I'd fancy, but the 7 hours needed to complete the story whizzed by and I was more than content. The game is pretty, interesting and has the one and only - Nemesis. Ah, Nemesis.- GRYOnline.pl

With Half-Life: Alyx, Valve has proved once again that they are the best. After a few underwhelming projects like Artifact or Dota Underlords, the developers went back to their roots and created a superb single-player game. Alyx has a great storyline with fun characters and offers unique gameplay utilizing a technology capable of delivering a new experience. This VR title is a true revelation.- GRYOnline.pl

In case of Animal Crossing, a dull slogan like "this game is addictive" becomes true. I have been, with utmost pleasure, fishing, and planting flowers; I have decorated my house and talked to the residents of the island, and it was all fun. And even though I've spend more than 5o hours with New Horizons, there are still lots I of things haven't seen. If you own a Switch and like a splendid grind, you simply have to play it.- GRYOnline.pl

Ori and the Will of the Wisps is a great metroidvania and a worthy sequel. The developers have used proven solutions borrowed from other games, but were clever and creative about it. The game is coherent and will surprise you more than once. Is it as powerful and the first part? No. Is it as fun as the Blind Forest? Definitely yes.- GRYOnline.pl

Nioh 2, despite being quite derivative, full of repetitive missions, and lacking true challenges later in the game, remains a riveting experience. This prequel looks like a mirrored image of the first game, but with some pretty ingenious level design, exciting enemies, and hugely satisfying combat and character creation systems, this game really hits home.- GRYOnline.pl

Wolcen: Lords of Mayhem deserves your attention and patience. You can clearly see the passion, commitment and a fresh look on the hack'n'slash genre. Right now the game is a well-made evolution of old ideas but it has a chance to become one of the best if the developers deliver all the promised content. Despite many technical issues, Wolcen is worth your time. The game is simply too much fun.- GRYOnline.pl

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance Tactics is a decent game despite some obvious flaws. If you compare it only to adaptations of movies and series - it's one of the best I've seen. The game is pretty, engrossing, reasonably priced - a must-have for all fans of the Netflix series, and a strong proposition for players keen on turn-based strategies.- GRYOnline.pl

If you're the type of person who loves revisiting Dragon Ball Z every year, Kakarot can be an interesting way to do it thanks to its unique approach. This mediocre game is surprisingly fun for fans of the anime. However, if you don't understand the phenomenon of Dragon Ball, don't expect this game to change that.- GRYOnline.pl

Transport Fever 2 has some serious pros - great system of logistics, sensible industry model, pretty environments and detailed vehicles. It's a great shame that two of the game's major elements fall completely flat, effectively nullifying its advantages - the economy of the game is opaque and flawed, and there are no real game modes to play.- GRYOnline.pl

I expected much less from Darksiders Genesis and I got a really pleasant surprise. What looked like a hack'n'slash, a weird version of Diablo, turned out just another Darksiders game, only isometric. Hell, I think it's even better than Darksiders III. Good stuff.- GRYOnline.pl

Pokemon Sword is a good game that demands serious changes. Fights are too easy and the storyline is really dumb - Pokemon needs a dramatic overhaul in terms of mechanics. There has to be more tactics than "water beats fire". Nostalgia is one thing but being archaic is another and far less enjoyable (even though it is extremely pretty).- GRYOnline.pl

For me Sniper: Ghost Warrior Contracts is one of the biggest surprises of the year. I was prepared for a rehashed Ghost Warrior 3 - a very tiresome production. Fortunately, the length and diversity of the new installment maintained my interest throughout the entire game. Contracts is definitely the best game in the series, far more enjoyable than Ghost Recon: Breakpoint.- GRYOnline.pl

After the abberration that Rambo: The Video Game was, Teyon delivered Terminator: Resistance - not just a "cool game" in and of itself, but also the best Skynet-themed game to date. Destroying terminators is really satisfying and I'm certain that this game will be one of the biggest surprises of 2019 to some shooter lovers out there.- GRYOnline.pl

Despite minor technical issues and sometimes underwhelming graphics, I had lots of fun. Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order was a trip down the memory lane; to the times when I played the best Star Wars games for the very first time. Respawn Entertainment can easily put their game on the same shelf as Jedi Outcast. The Force is strong with this one.- GRYOnline.pl

It's time for a revolution. Need for Speed: Heat is definitely the best game in the current-gen series, but that's nothing to brag about. This actually should have been the first NFS for the 8th generation of consoles - then, perhaps, we would still have remembered it as something special. But at this point, the game basically just goes through the motions. Not great, not terrible.- GRYOnline.pl

Stygian: Reign of the Old Ones is a treat for die-hard Cthulhu fans. The thick, heavy atmosphere of Lovecraft's stories drips out of every pixel. It's a pity that I couldn't ignore tons of bigger and smaller bugs (abysmal game stability included) that halted all the fun.- GRYOnline.pl

Planet Zoo is a great tycoon made in the age where tycoon games seem extinct. And it's pretty much the best game for animal lovers. But not for every animal lover. Patient and talented builders will create new and improved parks, achieving new levels of satisfaction. Others (and by this I mean almost everybody) will become bored after a few hours.- GRYOnline.pl

I have found the same joy and emotions in Death Stranding that I had experienced years ago after finishing MGS3. If you are willing to visit Kojima-land with all of its flaws, Death Stranding will become a true experience that will push you out of your comfort zone and stay with you for a long time to come.- GRYOnline.pl

After all the "divisions" and "breakpoints," Modern Warfare seems to come from a different planet. The multiplayer harks back to the days of Battlefield 2 & 3, and the single-player campaign shows war in a mature and realistic way. Finally, we have a game that makes no allowances for a lower age rating. Call of Duty is back at the top - hands down, the best shooter on the market right now.- GRYOnline.pl
