A love-letter to games gone past and to games in general, Lumo is a delightful if sometimes frustrating little puzzle platformer.

If you can look past pretty much everything the game offers you may find that there’s enjoyment to be had here.

A disappointing stealth title that could have been so much more, giving you little more than a few hours of enjoyment before everything begins to grate on you.

Its narrative is lacklustre and it’s over with far too quickly, but FATED: The Silent Oath has moments of strong immersion within a well-build but underused world. [Vive Tested]

Homefront: The Revolution feels like it's arriving a decade late and under-dressed, and although it reaches for the heights, it never approaches them.

It may not be genre-defining like its progenitor but it’s easily the best shooter on the current crop of consoles and one of the finest first person shooters of recent years.

More effective than any other Hearthstone expansion so far thanks to the new Standard and Wild modes, Whispers of the Old Gods brings some necessary changes in addition to keeping things fresh for Hearthstone veterans, all while making things more welcoming to newcomers.

A respectable effort in turn-based strategy, but if you’re after a story and a welcoming hand, you’ve come to the wrong place.

Invisible, Inc. gave me a few moments of feeling brilliant when I actually did manage to complete a mission, but more often than not I was left frustrated by harsh rules and insane difficulty.

An ambitious team shooter that struggles with its identity and is let down by a weak script and try-hard comedy.

I've loved this series from the beginning, but a new high bar has been set in Uncharted 4. Naughty Dog have created a truly memorable game, and one of the very best of the current generation.

Fire Emblem Fates: Conquest is one of the best RPGs available on a handheld device, offering a punishing challenge that is mischievously veiled by immaculate visual design and thought-provoking tactical gameplay.

Hitman's second mission in Sapienza is a great example of fantastic gameplay, with plenty of replayability and one of the most stunning environments I've ever seen.

Severed takes a gimmick in touch-based combat and actually manages to successfully wrap an entertaining game around it. The eerie, ambiguous, yet beautiful, world helps but I found that enough new aspects were added to the combat to keep it interesting until the very end. If this is the Vita’s swansong then it’s going out on a wonderful note.

MXGP2 will be able to appeal to most Motocross fans with it sheer amount of customisation options and playable events but the most important part of a racing game, the actual racing, needs to be greatly improved.
