Jettomero: Hero of the Universe is visually very beautiful, but it feels like a game that contains a number of unfinished ideas wrapped up in a gorgeous package.- God is a Geek

Structurally it’s a mess, with most missions playing out as grind-fests through dull-as-dishwater locales, and with the kind of misogynistic portrayal of supposedly-strong female characters that gives the genre a bad name, this is the very worst that JRPGs have to offer, and we can only recommend that you divorce yourself from any thoughts of shelling out your hard-earned cash on it.- God is a Geek

Aztech Forgotten Gods has a great setting, but that doesn't excuse how bad controlling the main character feels.- God is a Geek

This is a lazy cash in, a shoddy waste of your time with nothing to recommend beyond the fact it’s one of the cheapest games in the PSVR catalogue thus far.- God is a Geek

It is just sad that when the sport is on the crest of a wave of popularity, Cyanide couldn’t have done something to make their simulation more appealing to the general populace.- God is a Geek

Let me put it to you this way. I actually stopped playing The Amazing Spider-Man 2 to do some other work. I’d play a mission, decide I couldn’t take any more and go do something else instead, just to get away from it. Quite frankly, that’s the opposite of what a game should be.- God is a Geek

Inexcusable glitches, unresponsive controls, broken combat, bizarre gameplay design (hacking games, really?), unfair enemies and completely unnecessary loading times make for a monumental disappointment.- God is a Geek

That Babylon's Fall comes from Platinum Games is perhaps the biggest surprise here. A banal, uninspired hack 'n' slasher with no imagination or personality.- God is a Geek

Ultimately, The Deer God’s biggest sin is that it just feels utterly pointless. There is no emotional reason for me to play, and the gameplay is so benign and fruitless that it just made me wonder why I still held the controller in my hand. It may be trying to convey some important message about nature of survival, but it’s nowhere near engaging enough to be noticed.- God is a Geek

The gaming equivalent of a knock-off Rolex, Girl Fight takes all the concepts and themes of Dead or Alive, imitates its combat’s mechanics with no idea how to make them enjoyable, plays up its more repulsive features, and pretends to be the real deal when it’s nothing more than a cheap, tacky, disposable imitation.- God is a Geek

As a Switch port, this is very good but as a game it is not worth your time unless you’re a die hard for a Sin City like aesthetic and need a new match 3 game with it.- God is a Geek

There are a lot of characters here, and the game covers quite a bit of narrative ground, but the presentation and combat engine are just so clumsy that it’s impossible to recommend Saint Seiya: Brave Soldiers to anyone but the most desperate fans of the anime.- God is a Geek

Even at just shy of three quid, this feels like poor value. Small developers should be taking these opportunities to create interesting and worthwhile ideas, not pointless relics like Turtle Tale that belong on a Mastertronic cassette in the darkest recesses of gaming’s past.- God is a Geek

Young Justice: Legacy exists as a video game accompaniment to the TV series, and in this regard it’s a repetitive, unsatisfying, and unimpressive failure. There are better scrolling beat-em up’s out there, and there’s more than enough Superhero media around to help you avoid playing this.- God is a Geek

Rekoil is a banal title with poorly implemented features, confusing UI and ugly aesthetics. I can appreciate what Plastic Piranha tried to do, but sadly they have failed to deliver on promises of balanced, competitive gameplay – and even on some of the basic core mechanics of a competent FPS.- God is a Geek
