The Caligula Effect is an average JRPG with a memorable soundtrack that has some ambitious ideas for mechanics, but fails in executing them in a constructive manner.

A great first impression soon fails to deliver on its potential, with the promise of time travelling adventure soon falling to education. Mind you, getting eaten by massive underwater monsters is really cool. [Tested with Vive]

Carnival games falls so short of achieving anything good that it’s genuinely hard to think of a reason for anyone to buy it.

It's supposed to be terrible, because it's satire, but you reach a point where you begin to feel like the deliberate poor quality is an insult rather than a jape.

Football, Tactics & Glory is a simple management sim with a unique footballing twist that doesn't quite work. It needs more depth and polish to really shine.

There is still plenty of fun to be had when taking on some of the more successful mini games with a group of friends locally, but the game as a whole does come across as more of a re-tread of something we have played time and time again.

Download play in Kirby Battle Royale will give a group a burst of fun, but after that it’s unlikely you’ll return for more.

While I do have a fair few hours invested in Fade to Silence, its slow opening and lack of direction had me struggling for longer than I would like... [Review in Progress]

Dynasty Warriors offers a plethora of playable characters, large-scale battles, and a feeling of godhood as you smash through scores of enemies with a single thing. What more could you ask for from a Warriors game?

The Princess Guide is definitely one of the weaker NIS developed releases I’ve played. If the port was great things would have been a bit better but as it stands, the Switch version of The Princess Guide is good but not an essential from any angle right now. If you adored Penny Punching Princess and want something similar with some simulation aspects, you will enjoy this a lot but for everyone else, there are better NIS games to play on both PS4 and Switch.

The puzzles are fun, it could benefit from some polish in terms of presentation, but you'll enjoy Shadow Puppeteer more with a second player by your side.

Destiny Connect: Tick-Tock Travelers from NIS America does a lot right right and is a good beginner's JRPG but has some major technical and design problems.

An amusing and charming fighter RPG with some very unique elements. If you are able to overlook some of the combat's shortcomings, getting to play as Saitama will make it all worthwhile.
