A new sound! Instead of annoying Sims-music you can listen to songs from Katy Perry or Good Charlotte.

Anyone who likes Pokémon and wants to engage in the adventure with PokéPark will definitely have a filled day. At times, it is too simple and straightforward, but that is enough fun for especially young fans.

Crash Time 4 - The Syndicate is a racing game that introduces nothing new or innovative to the gamers and is just fun to play for a certain while. But the racing element is a welcome feature and the city of cologne is rebuilt in a very fascinating and detailed way.

The support of augmented reality is nice and collecting many different Denpa Men makes fun. If you're keen on exciting dungeons every now and then as well, The Depna Men may be just the game for you.

StokEd is a little bit disappointing. Especially in the first hours you always have to do the same things. I prefer Skate 2.

If you have enough patience and the rough heart of a hunter you will like the story mode, but arcade fans will be disappointed finding only a few action-paced shooting stands. Additionally you will have to play with the Top Shot Elite to enjoy the game the way it's meant to be played. A bitter-sweet symphony.

NyxQuest: Kindred Spirits with its gameplay ideas is an interesting take on the jump'n'run genre, the play experience mostly sullied by unfair checkpoints. On a technical level, the PC version can't however deny the Wii roots. And Topware's box version is flat-out overpriced.

NBA Jam is a good remake on the PlayStation 3 that is easy to learn and really entertaining.

It's a solid shooter, but its story is served too blatantly and boldly. Fans of robots will have a good time with the game for the next weeks, but the average shooter guy should test it before buying it.

We thought there would be a little bit more to the jetpack action announced. Surprisingly there is not. The lame story and always the same missions can’t excite for a long time. Dark Void ends up being just an ordinary “shoot and go” title.

A collection of five arcade evergreens in a new look. I've given them a try and got addicted. But: The collection is just a snack for in-between, not much more.

Booster Trooper is a platform-shooter in which you have a lot of different weapons, maps and modes you can choose from. It is especially a multiplayer game and is a lot of fun that way.

Just a little bit of fun and fast action for little breaks. Compared to the low price this game is ok.

A middle-classed first person-shooter for fans of the motion picture as well as hunters of aliens – not innovative at all, but solid in action and presentation.

It‘s cool that a sequel is already announced. The playthrough time is about 20 minutes, a typical mini, but the game is very interesting and gives every fan of the horror genre chills.

A nice setting and many hints on the German media landscape and known Hollywood movies will entertain you for many hours – if you want. But it is no game to play in between, because the economic planning takes time.

It features a great songlist, many options in terms of multiplayer and battles to the death. Unfortunately, only the guitar is worth playing – the other instruments haven't been implemented so in such a sophisticated way.

    AMY
Amy rises above the zombie splatter masses with protagonist Lana really coming across as a depsperate young woman rather than yet another survivor who's practically a Navy SEAL and can mow down anything anyway. If only it were always clear what you're meant to do next. Still, you'll actually want to learn more of the story – not every survival horror game can claim that.

Saw isn’t the great experience, but at least it is a good game if you remind yourself that it is based on a movie.

Everybody who liked Heroes will love King's Bounty. Professionals will not feel challenged enough, although they will claim heavy loses in the course of some battles. Small mistakes in the menu and scrambling of battles should be fixed next time. A sequel must come, because King's Bounty represents a ray of hope in the almost dead genre.

Sesame Street: Once upon a Monster offer young players a game that pulls them into a world of cuddly monters well enough. Biggest drawbacks: it's rather short and stupidly inflexible in places. Still worth looking at for parents as Kinect-active entertainment for their kids.

Dragon Quest VI is a good role playing video game, strongly attached to classic genre conventions like round based fights and a free choose able talent tree. But we've already seen this in 1995.
