Spectrobes: Jenseits der Portale uses the whole spectrum of the NDS, no functions stay unused! Also the story, which is conceptualized to entertain kids, is quite good, even for adults.

Apart from the lack of various maps, the game is fun to play; at least the free demo version is recommendable.

I wish I would have gotten more connecting factors to the original Fable out of this spin off – what remains is a nice beat 'em up for co-op fans without real highlights.

Defiance succeeded in making us patiently wait for the upcoming patches that are supposed to compensate the game’s weaknesses. The graphics aren’t more than okay, the story currently is lacking depth and the AI couldn’t act more predictably. Nevertheless, it’s this incredible MMO feeling that definitely saves Defiance from failing and provides decent fun.

The way the story of the Ninja Naruto develops seems to be very appealing and sophisticated. Suitable for both, Naruto-veterans and –newbies!

Learning with the PooYoos Episode 1 is a cute and good education game for children.

Beyond: Two Souls is one of those games which we want to applaud for its courage while we still regret how it stumbles over its own feet.

There are some shortcomings but on the whole MotoGP 08 is a game which offers lots of race-feeling and fun. Especially, the multiplayer-mode is very entertaining.

The developers stayed true to 100% Mech customization, with over 500 parts that seem to offer infinite possibilities. Unfortunately, the singleplayer experience suffers from most work clearly having gone into the multiplayer aspects. With those, however, Armored Core V offers an extensive Mech MMO.

Pressure is fun. That’s why we get back to it from time to time. It’s not designed to keep you going for hours, it’s more suitable for a quick round during your lunch break. The witty story, its decent sound and graphics and the fact that it’s simply to pick up compensate for the lack of variety in gameplay.

You liked Starship Troppers? You always wanted to fight alongside all the other bug killing soldiers? Then Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon is for you! The game offers tons of weapons and even more enemies to beat. It's not the best game in history, but it's damn fun to kick some bug butts.

For sure the developers invested a lot of time in this game, but the result is more average.

If you put up with the weak graphics and the strange sound, you will get some hours of fun due to the entertaining story and some nice gameplay features.

Wolverine is all about blood, gore and violence. The rest is plain and simple.
