This game is excellent, although very frustrating. I only made it past the Easy difficulty, I am not even going to try the Normal difficulty even if the real ending is behind it.

If you like "Gauntlet style" hack-n-slash style games, then Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance is definitely for you.

The graphics are excellent in this game and I noticed no slowdown even with lots of Orcs on-screen at a time.

In a time when some games seem to be out for making a quick buck ("Army Men," I'm looking in your direction), Car Battler Joe is like a breath of fresh air.

I would recommend it for kids especially except that some of the jumping puzzles just drive you NUTS because they are so hard.

Looking at this game I cannot get over the idea that Rare is stuck in rut with originality. Their collect-a-thon games are getting boring and adding that idea to the Zelda framework is just wrong in my opinion. This is a Gold Nugget, but nothing special.

I cannot stress this enough—this game is difficult. You will get frustrated. If strategy games are not your thing, stay far away from this one.

The action nature of this game makes the length shorter as there is little to no strategy as there is in turn-based games. I doubt many will want to go through this game again, but for the first time through the game was quite rewarding.

You could certainly play through this game again and get a good bit of fun out of a repeat, despite the fact that it takes roughly 12 hours to beat the game.

This game is about variety to the Nth degree. You can fight a hundred different ways and still never be wrong.

I'd say there are about 15-20 hours of play here, but I'd probably double that just for me as I kept replaying so many of the boards due to the fights I got in (and that next to last mission that I so vehemently despise).

The gameplay sucked me in, but the Franchise mode stole my heart. It’s deep, detailed and easy to get dragged into.

From a gameplay perspective, this game rocks. The controls are easy to get the hang of after a while and unlike Resident Evil, where you move your stick is where your character goes.

The lack of a single-player really hurts, and the AI for your computer-controlled partner is atrocious. I just came away wishing for so much more.
