    By far a 10, top of my list of games ever. Still blows other games out of the water...and I imagine number 3 will be just as badass.

Look at the PS2 reviews, this game lies within 6-8, if it weren't for the controls (PC style and Max Payne style without the slowmo) that brings it down to 6. Great concept, acceptable graphics (more Innocent people are lacking on the streets) and the sound could also create a better atmosphere. Don't get inflationary when you review games, you might mislead other games, and Honestly 10???? Get real, this is not a masterpiece and 10 = Masterpiece.… Expand
