A very entertaining mech combat title with lots of options and missions to keep you going for many a night.- GamingTrend

The game fails a bit in single player mode, but more than makes up for it in multiplayer.- GamingTrend

It may not be as innovative as "Mario 64," although I would argue the waterpack alone makes it innovative, but it is a challenging game.- GamingTrend

It’s the best looking, most enticingly put together football game this year, but playing it is about as enjoyable as watching The Jets get mauled the first few weeks of this season.- GamingTrend

This game is about variety to the Nth degree. You can fight a hundred different ways and still never be wrong.- GamingTrend

I'd say there are about 15-20 hours of play here, but I'd probably double that just for me as I kept replaying so many of the boards due to the fights I got in (and that next to last mission that I so vehemently despise).- GamingTrend

The gameplay sucked me in, but the Franchise mode stole my heart. It’s deep, detailed and easy to get dragged into.- GamingTrend

From a gameplay perspective, this game rocks. The controls are easy to get the hang of after a while and unlike Resident Evil, where you move your stick is where your character goes.- GamingTrend

The lack of a single-player really hurts, and the AI for your computer-controlled partner is atrocious. I just came away wishing for so much more.- GamingTrend

You will spend weeks in this game and not even come close to running out of things to do.- GamingTrend

You have to play the game in the dark, with the volume cranked up, to really appreciate all this game has to offer. If you're into scary games, you won't find anything better than this.- GamingTrend

The game is not that difficult, and the only thing you can really unlock is a few extra teams. The game is a little better if you can play it with someone else, but you will become quickly bored with it.- GamingTrend

The camera angles do get frustrating after awhile, but the story, graphics, and extra features make it worthwhile.- GamingTrend

If you are looking for a standard fighter for your Gamecube, then this is your only option. Keep in mind though that there are far better fighters for other systems.- GamingTrend

This game is crap. Much like "Smackdown" this fails to live up to the best AKI/Asmik has put forward in this genre. However this game falls even below Smackdown in my mind.- GamingTrend

Luigi is difficult to control and it will be a new experience to take him through the whole game, but it definitely adds to the replay value of this already huge game.- GamingTrend

While it won’t hold up to the likes of Zelda, it provides an entertaining romp while the game lasts. Air combat is a blast to get involved in, and the humongous worlds are amazing to fly through.- GamingTrend

With 25 characters and 29 stages, and only half of that available at start, you have a fighting game you'll be spending lots of time in. With almost 300 trophies available, you'll be spending lots of time trying to gather all of them as well.- GamingTrend

With it's beautiful graphics, easy to use interface, replayability and 2 player cooperative mode it should be the definitive hack and slash type RPG on the Playstation 2 for a long time to come.- GamingTrend

A masterpiece. The story and scope of MGS2 is much larger than the original and Kojima should be commended for creating a game that makes you feel like you are in the game. I never put this game down until I beat it.- GamingTrend
