Depending on what you're expecting from this backward-looking game, you’ll find its limited number of genres to be either repetitive due to minor changes between titles or reminiscent thanks to including all series updates, large and small.- Gaming Target

Yakuza’s a thoroughly enjoyable game that carries the burden of the usual flaws. A fighting system hurt by the camera and faulty lock-on, long loading times, and no real innovation.- Gaming Target

Top Spin 2 usurps its originator in every regard. The amount of detail is breathtaking at times and the career mode exhibits a vast amount of depth, not to mention the open-ended create-a-player feature.- Gaming Target

Worms may lack all of the bells and whistles that purists have come to expect, but the core game (especially when played online) still holds up – and that counts for a lot.- Gaming Target

Sega Rally Revo is a throwback game, before the modern day racing games that have to be loaded with stuff to do. That lack of variety does hurt it, but it's covered by the very solid gameplay that is both accessible and challenging, fun and at times, frustrating.- Gaming Target

Dante’s Inferno has taken a bit of flak from the gaming community for borrowing a lot (and I do mean a lot) of gameplay elements from God of War. But when it’s all said and done, Dante’s Inferno is a fun experience.- Gaming Target

WWE-All Stars is an all-star beginning for this arcade wrestling series. It's almost as fun as Aki's N64 wrestling games and it features a roster of legends and superstars that aren't available in Smackdown vs. Raw.- Gaming Target

So it came to pass that Molyneux's latest epic was brought unto Windows. Though it was a port lacking in polish, with graphics below those of the modern age, the people embraced it as a rarity. Gritty but immature, dark yet not steeped in the occult, it stood out amongst the science fiction and horror-fantasy that dominated the marketplace.- Gaming Target

It'll never be a game of the year candidate, but Pursuit Force does bring a unique, usually fun, definitely challenging, and ultimately solid title to PSP that doesn't fall into a franchise that's already known on PS2.- Gaming Target

It’s far from a killer-app or benchmark title, but it’s the best game of the launch crop and the only one that takes advantage of the hardware (save for the multiplayer), and thus a must-own if you’re really interested in the DS.- Gaming Target

The streamlined gameplay of Mafia II makes for a story that's simple to follow and easy to get sucked into for 12 hours. I just wish I could say the same about the environment. The open world is full of life and detail, but there's no encouragement to stray from the game's 15 chapters.- Gaming Target

As these concepts are nothing new and have been integrated better (way better) with bigger games already (e.g., the Metal Gear Solid series), and with a singular character to boot, Shadow of Rome isn't nearly as great as some other big guns it may be trying to imitate.- Gaming Target
