The early excitement quickly bores, add to that the relatively easy nature of the game and the repetitiveness in general and it results in the fact that Just Cause just doesn’t cut it.

Only if you’re a fan of the classic blue oval should you even consider plopping down cash for this budget title – emphasis on budget.

Lackluster graphics, some bad gameplay mechanics, and load times that last so long that you could build and finish a sandwich before it’s done all equal a package that’s not worth it for casual basketball fans, especially with better titles out there.

The problem is the hack-and-slash title is mostly a rehash and the AI is unintelligent at best.

A solid product that features stunning graphics and a tremendous open-ended online experience. Though the game has a slight drawback in the sound and single-player campaign, the multiplayer more than makes up for it.

I hate to say, but I really can't see anyone actually wanting to spend money to play this.

Despite the fact that Konami’s series has a static playlist, you’re better off buying another version of DDR than dealing with this piece of crap called Dance Factory. Or better yet, just pop in a CD and groove your own way.

It does feature a nice variety of games, a solid career mode and online play, but struggles in the graphics, audio and artificial intelligence which take the title down.

Disgaea 2: Cursed Memories is a fun trip for anyone who enjoys a light-hearted RPG that utilizes a lovely dose of deviant humor.

The gameplay is horribly repetitive relying on two buttons the entire game. Add to that the dull story, terrible enemy A.I. and the lack of a multiplayer component and N3 grows tiresome within minutes.

If you enjoy mindless destruction wrought by a bunch of maniacs driving at breakneck speeds through narrow, twisted tracks, then you may enjoy Flatout 2 as well.

The goal of the game seems to be that you level up to the point that you can walk through a new area without dying in the middle, and this isn’t enjoyable in the slightest.

If you’re looking for a fun, fast-paced arcade-style soccer title, then World Tour Soccer 2006 is something you’ll definitely want to pick up. It has easy to pick up gameplay, an interesting point reward system, and wireless multiplayer support, for both ad hoc and infrastructure mode.

Ultimate Ninja transcends the Naruto fandom; those who had fun playing Smash Bros. or even the little known Power Stone could easily find themselves having a blast here.

If you don’t mind a generic story, a simple battle system, and a lengthy, though at times slow, journey, then you may want to consider giving this a look.

Because those I-Ball controls are unresponsive and some certain broken mechanics like the anklebreaker meter, and a boring story mode, what And1 fans were given is a complete stinker.

Lackluster story, flat characters, and a mere fifteen or so hours of gameplay really make this hard to recommend even to the most hardcore RPG players.

Field Commander is definitely worth a look from any RTS PSP-owning fan. The gameplay is rich enough and the number of options, which includes a multitude of multiplayer modes, is deep enough to keep gamers coming back for more. And even if you aren’t a big RTS fan, like myself, there’s enough here to make you want to become one.

The developers really put together a nice product by keeping the wonderfully addictive puzzler experience intact, but still updated the graphics to give it a newer feel.

The Da Vinci Code does keep intact a solid storyline of conspiracy and corruption, but the actual playable aspects of the game are pretty dull. You primarily find yourself sneaking around, fighting enemies and solving puzzles, but none of these aspects are done especially well. Overall there should be no question for gamers that The Da Vinci Code is one mystery that should be left unsolved.

There is a nice variety of combat amongst Wolverine, Iceman and Nightcrawler and the voice acting by their movie counterparts is solid. Beyond that though, X-Men is disappointing in just about every other regard. The graphics are dull and lifeless, the enemies are predictable and the gameplay is brain-damagingly repetitive.

Taking the best interface cues from genre stalwarts like Command and Conquer, Warcraft III and Age of Empires, the player will become immersed in a global conflict pitting two well-balanced yet different powers against an unimaginable foe.
