We've been through years and years of Final Fantasy Tactics lookalikes and play-alikes, many of which I've enjoyed and will continue to enjoy. Valkyria Chronicles, though, is truly a much needed step forward for the genre. It proves that SRPGs can look great and can even further push the envelope of human tactics in a video game. Hands down, this is the best RPGs on the PS3, one of the best of the entire genre, and one of the best games this generation.- Gaming Age

Even by taking the plots from two films, the game is somewhat short, and definitely on the easy side when played on the default difficulty. The multiplayer is fun in bursts, but it's not going to draw players away from the big guns that are currently popular, so I can't imagine it having much of a community past the first few months of release.- Gaming Age

Resistance 2 is the "Halo 3" of the PlayStation 3... there, I said it. A hugely anticipated, platform exclusive FPS sequel with a slightly underwhelming single player experience and an amazing, addictive online multiplayer component.- Gaming Age

I think Namco has covered their bases on this, their most complete collection of titles on one disc.- Gaming Age

It's a ridiculously easy game, and doesn't take a whole lot of time to finish off the single player mode. While I do appreciate that the mini-games are somewhat fresh and definitely varied, they're hardly going to keep anyone's attention for very long, even the younger players that this might appeal to.- Gaming Age

All together, EndWar is a decent enough PSP title that's bogged down by some lackluster visuals and audio. The core gameplay is a lot of fun though, and it's well worth checking out considering there's not a whole lot of RTS style action on the system, but it's not going to draw in players that have no interest in the genre to begin with.- Gaming Age

What you get here is over an hour and a half of AC/DC at their best and live. The song list is extensive and will please any fan of the band for sure.- Gaming Age

A fairly short game / A welcome respite from Fall / Many games, no time.- Gaming Age

My issues with the game lie within the fact that whilst playing it, I wished I were playing something else. I wanted to play Bioshock for its heavy atmosphere and compelling story, or Mass Effect because I finally appreciate the dialog trees and voice acting. In Fallout 3, most of my decisions could be argued for the inconsequential feeling I associated with them. That's never a good thing, so it either means Fallout 3 wasn't my particular cup of tea or that it is actually that boring at times.- Gaming Age

While this incarnation of Sing Star is just an expansion of sorts, it is called Vol. 2 after all, that doesn't take away from the fact that this is great addition to the already fantastic PlayStation 3 game that came out just a couple of months ago.- Gaming Age

MotorStorm: Pacific Rift is everything I would have hoped for in a MotorStorm sequel. Sure, it still has some of those quirks found in the original that players may love or hate, but Evolution Studios has put together a well-rounded racer that improves greatly on the original in every way.- Gaming Age

While the features of SingStar Country are the same, that doesn't mean you can't add your own cowboy boots, spurs, and mechanical bull to the mix to have yourself a good old time.- Gaming Age

There are over 30 different maps to try out in Ninjatown, and a decent multiplayer mode to boot, so there's plenty of content here that'll appeal to strategy fans.- Gaming Age

LittleBigPlanet is a beautiful, happy, extremely eye-pleasing game that will put a smile on anyone's face who plays or merely watches it. Like Sackboy himself, it's impossible to not find the game both attractive and aesthetically pleasing.- Gaming Age

I would say that All Star Cheer Squad would probably make a solid game for a younger kid that's getting interested in the sport. The movements definitely mimic the stuff that actually occurs on field or in the gym, and even if you're not a fan of cheerleading you'll realize that you've seen this stuff before, just from watching a football game or two.- Gaming Age

The music creator itself could end up being worth the $60 price tag alone, but the core experience is just as fun here as it's been in previous Guitar Hero titles, and the small gameplay additions and changes are all welcomed.- Gaming Age

Fable is a rare role playing game that offers incredibly deep customization, style and exploration. It can be both charming and disturbing. Its missions offer equal parts of satisfaction and tragedy, and when you're not on a mission you'll be making your own bed in which to lie (including a dog, he's literally always around).- Gaming Age

Combat has seen some minor improvements, but the missions you're required to play and the side-quest stuff in the city are still pretty bland encounters for the most part, and it's those areas that really need to see the most improvement for the next Spider-Man installment down the line.- Gaming Age

I really, really enjoyed Far Cry 2, and I was happy to see that it's a pretty far departure from the formula of the first title. The open world environment is absolutely beautiful at times, and the little touches in the game really help to heighten the sense that you're in a real world setting.- Gaming Age
