If the mundane enemies that populate the world brought a little more challenge to the table, and if the basic environmental kills consisted of more than just impaling or beating someone to death, then I would have had much more interest in the title than just the boss fights and Bloodbath events.- Gaming Age

Still, there's not a whole lot to the game, and without some challenging puzzles, it's only something I can see appealing to gamers that feel like they need to hit that 100% completion mark.- Gaming Age

Do I believe eight year girls would like this game? Yes I do, until they get bored of doing the same thing one hundred and fifty six times.- Gaming Age

Disappointing lately, city filled with grime and filth. Soul gone. Inspiration gone.- Gaming Age

It's a shame to see that Ensemble had to close their doors after this, because it's really the best attempt I've seen at bringing over a solid RTS experience on consoles, and I hope it's a game that other RTS fans (and even non-fans) will give a try, because it's definitely worth picking up.- Gaming Age

HAWX was definitely a fun shooter, and while it's not something that I would see appealing to every FPS/third-person shooter fan out there, it's certainly worth checking out.- Gaming Age

What is the purpose of completing the tasks other than unlocking some mini games? I have no idea, but the tasks are usually not that bad. In fact, some of them are even fun. They must have had some creative writers on staff to come up with the tasks.- Gaming Age

MLB 2K9 belongs in the 'fun' category. It looks great, and most of the time the game plays great. But it's not kind online, and pitch counts and tendencies, and hitters that act like the real thing, aren't there.- Gaming Age

For the hardcore fan, the new additions are more than worth the price of admission whether you are utilizing batting practice, adjusting your now expanded roster, or just enjoying new graphical touches such as post game highlight reels. MLB 09 The Show is a significant improvement over last years fantastic effort, and I can just wonder what the boys have up their sleeves for next season. I'm sure it'll be a hit.- Gaming Age

The first-person view even has a sense of inertia that many FPS titles somehow fail to include, and all of this is trucked along in compliment by the game's gloomy and dark appearance. It's not gritty so much as it is heavy.- Gaming Age

Not bad or great but even worse, just in between where nobody even talks about it. It'll bite them back in the end, but let's hope it's a lesson well-learned.- Gaming Age

The community aspect, the interesting use of newly added PS3 features, and the whole "WTF is going on" level of amusement is well worth the price of entry.- Gaming Age

Blue Dragon Plus isn't a great title for the DS, but it's certainly passable. For players that enjoyed Final Fantasy XII Revenant Wings, I imagine you'll end up enjoying Blue Dragon Plus since they feel really similar, but for those of you that are coming over from Blue Dragon on 360, keep in mind that this is a completely different experience.- Gaming Age

It's a game about getting something out of it that the developers couldn't have planned for, in the same way LittleBigPlanet or other free-roaming or creatively-driven titles do.- Gaming Age

It's an interesting take on a form of entertainment that often puts destruction over creation, and I definitely think some interesting conversation can come out of the theme presented by this title.- Gaming Age

Think of it as the cheap seats at a game. If you know what you are getting into and have plenty of friends who wanna throw down with you online, then yes, the game does play a fun addictive game of arcade NHL action. If you are looking for a single player experience or will only play online sporadically, then the answer is an emphatic no.- Gaming Age

Now some may ask why I am so down on a game that I give a C+. It is not the game that I am so down on. It is the publisher for trying to charge for something that has been free for years.- Gaming Age

Once again, the LocoRoco 2 soundtrack takes center stage for me, with some great tunes scattered about the levels that are only aided by the different noises the LocoRoco and other creatures will make that seem to run in tandem with the music at times.- Gaming Age

In the end, the humorous aspect of the game and the unique story are not enough for me to continue playing. With boring retro type games, which RGC is centered on, and the need for me to unlock the games by playing challenges of which some are very difficult; I feel this game really isn't worth my time and I suggest you take a pass even if you are really into retro games.- Gaming Age

If you have any love for any of the old Genesis games or the system itself, $30 is a very fair price for Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection. In fact, if you look hard enough, you can find it for a little less, which comes out to be like 65 cents a game. Quite the deal.- Gaming Age

All together I really enjoyed The House of the Dead: Overkill, and while it does have a few technical issues that hold it back from being a great shooter, it's still a really solid attempt at making a console exclusive game out of a series that's always been more at home in the arcade.- Gaming Age

For me, Onechanbara represents one of the biggest disappointments I've felt in a gameāit looks silly, action packed, and a little fun. Instead, it's just repetitive drivel with a bit of cheesecake.- Gaming Age
