If you have not played a Battle Royale game before, or hate the two I mentioned above, do not sleep on Black Ops 4. Jump in and see what Battle Royale is SUPPOSED to be. If the only mode that interests you is standard multiplayer, maybe you will love it and maybe you will hate it. It truly just depends on what you look for in a multiplayer shooter today.- Gaming Age

Disgaea 5: Alliance of Vengeance is a good addition to the series and the story and secrets that Killia has will keep players coming back to see what he is hiding.- Gaming Age

While the title doesn’t soar as high as it’s predecessors it is an absolutely competent release in this pseudo series. Players of all ages will be able to pick up and play and it even provides hardcore players a hook to keep the game installed/inserted into the console. Given that it is announced that golf would be added as a free addon later in the year, one would hope that some other missing sports can be added post launch (give me back baseball and boxing damn it!). Let’s just hope that Spucco Square can be expanded to something like a rectangle or anything. The foundation is solid, let’s hope Nintendo will build more on it!- Gaming Age

Like I said, if you haven't already fallen for the series, you're probably not going to have your mind changed here. Conversely, if you've loved the previous entries in the series, you're probably going to be over the moon for Megadimension Neptunia VII, since this is the series blown up to its most massive size yet.- Gaming Age

Combat has seen some minor improvements, but the missions you're required to play and the side-quest stuff in the city are still pretty bland encounters for the most part, and it's those areas that really need to see the most improvement for the next Spider-Man installment down the line.- Gaming Age

The game definitely does not attempt to take itself seriously, and I personally found most of it hilarious...The one real problem I have with the game is the camera.- Gaming Age

It's old school for some of us, but regardless of how old these games are, the action is as engaging and challenging as anything.- Gaming Age

Worth picking up if your trigger finger is itching to blast away at something new, and even if you find yourself bored with the genre, the “Hot Swapping” feature is worth checking out at least once.- Gaming Age

You get a lot of slowdown my friends, which don't necessarily effect game play much, but does hamper the looks a bit.- Gaming Age

If you’re a fan of Lemmings – or even just a fan of heartfelt stories with nice visuals – there’s still plenty here you should be able to enjoy. Tin Hearts isn’t going to make you rethink your opinion of the genre, but if you’re already a fan, you’ll have fun with this.- Gaming Age

Killing Floor 2 only does one thing, and it does that one thing very well. Intuitive controls, good graphics and a stellar soundtrack all make for some awesome, Zed killing fun. It is easy to get burnt out on however if you aren’t a die-hard fan or don’t have a dedicated team of players. The room for growth here is huge, with the possibility of future modes, new bosses, new classes and double experience weekends to help move through a class faster, but as of right now it is just a very good, single experience.- Gaming Age

Here, by contrast, it feels like players are given too much agency, and the end result is a story that has all the right pieces, but comes off as disjointed when you're expected to make them all work together. I never thought I'd say this, but in the case of Lone Survivor, a little less freedom would've gone a very, very long way.- Gaming Age

Overall, while the game is still a great Mega Man title, it doesn't nearly live up to the fun of its predecessor.- Gaming Age

The last entry could have been a less conservative on the fighting gameplay, but it doesn’t prevent players from having a good time.- Gaming Age

The track list is lackluster and I could’ve gone for some more content in the box, but outside of these concerns, Rock Band 4 is a good return to the rhythmic music genre. I recommend it for anyone with an existing library of songs and people just looking to rock out.- Gaming Age

As it stands it's a largely enjoyable and well-made SRPG that represents the SMT style extremely well, but if you weren't blown away by the first title, the second entry will do little to change your mind.- Gaming Age

If you like endless death served up with a generous helping of moody Victorian horror, then Sunless Sea: Zubmariner Edition should definitely be on your radar. If that doesn’t grab you from its description, however, be warned that you’re probably not going to find the game itself any easier to pick up.- Gaming Age

I wish it had a little more going for it when it came to the whole use of Pirates, but as a new adventure in the Two Worlds II universe, there's plenty to like about it. If you've been looking for an excuse to jump back into the game, I can't think of a better reason than picking up this expansion.- Gaming Age

The only reason you should buy this game is if you’re eager to go online and blast away at zombies with others. There are worse reasons to buy a game, though, so if that’s what you’re after — and that’s literally all you’re after — it may just be worth your time.- Gaming Age

That’s really the best way to think of Dragon Star Varnir: as a much more interesting take on the Idea Factory formula. True, I may think differently if it turns out to be the first of a dozen or so takes on the high fantasy genre set within the same universe over the next decade, but right now, this seems like a fresh new direction for the venerable JRPG maker.- Gaming Age

It's a lot of fun when you're actually playing, but when it comes the story related material, it falls flat. If you enjoy open world sandbox style games, PROTOTYPE has a lot going for it, and there's certainly a lot of ground to cover through the entire city, and a lot of random stuff to find and toy around with.- Gaming Age

Given that we’re talking about a budget casual title and not some expensive extravaganza, this is probably all you should expect out of Instant Tennis — which is why I started this review off with that exact admonishment. There’s not a lot here, but what is here will provide you with a pleasantly decent experience.- Gaming Age

Mario Strikers: Battle League thankfully leans closer to original Strikers than Charged. While the changes to the gameplay does not necessarily shut out casual players, there’s some meat for those who want to take a more tactical approach. The game leans towards extensive online play, leaving more isolationist players a steeper hill to climb to unlock all the game has to offer. Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m off to some drills so these online skirmishes won’t result in too lopsided defeats.- Gaming Age
