The game is just as strange and flashy as it looks – but among that weirdness is a game that’s pretty darn fun.

Typical of the genre and is your basic side-scrolling, two-dimensional fighter. If you are not looking for anything more, you may want to give it a look.

Makes a better collector's item than it does a great playing video game. Star Wars fans will think it's cool, but only for a limited amount of time.

While the mini-games can be pretty fun experiences on the go, the basketball element needs a lot of work here.

A solid adventure game with some very nice improvements over its predecessor. However, the low difficulty level may turn off gamers looking for a challenge.

It is a challenging program, but lacks a fresh storyline and relies too much on the arcade elements.

This is pool, baby. And WCP has everything in the game that’s in the sport. Some trick shots may require a physics degree, but the game definitely plays true to pool.

Starts out pretty good, but ultimately falls prey to repetition and nasty camera problems.

The gameplay lends itself to be enjoyed with a controller, but falls flat due to its button layout. It still suffers from some setbacks and odd design choices, but unlike the first game, it is actually playable and, most importantly, enjoyable.

This is a mostly entertaining platform game that combines a mix of simple platforming with a few mini-games, collecting and in-game challenges. The result is somewhat enjoyable, but parts of the game can be annoying.

If you like just calling plays and watching the action play out on the screen, you may enjoy this game.

The beat-'em-genre is great when done correctly. I wish it would get more exposure because it has been years since I've played a game of this kind.

The levels have been designed fairly well for the most part, but sometimes it gets a little frustrating having to begin again and again on a few levels, because of inefficient camera controls.

By turns engrossing and frustrating, the game will appeal much more to those willing to look beyond the obvious flaws and those who enjoy B-movies because of their charm.

    Worth playing.

This is the best of its kind, but understand that the game uses a very repetitive formula. There was no way around that, not with a paddle, balls, and multi-colored blocks being your only gameplay pieces.

The game will certainly have some charm for younger players, but there are a few challenges to overcome while playing it. Even a 13-year old was surprised and confused when the game changed control options, moving from WASD and arrow keys to numbers, during one section.

    • 70 Critic Score
The gameplay is very basic – anyone who wants to learn how to play it will learn how to play it whether they've played a lot of games before or not. Expect the average non-gamer to get at least a few months out of this one.

It’s a surprisingly immersive and competently controlling first-person soaker from a completely unexpected source — a budget title with a generic name.

A year-old game newly ported to the PC that plunges players into a world of bad camera angles and overwrought control elements.

What it comes down to though is if this game can compete with other console platform programs. Only on an average level.

Sure, the humor is a little flat because of the restrictions of the GBA, but the graphics are very well done, and players will have no trouble jumping in and playing.

This is a fun game, and for wrestling fans of old, it will surely unearth some long forgotten memories. There is some lasting appeal in terms of different gameplay modes and multiplayer options, but I do expect the appeal to fade as the nostalgia wears off.

Not an overly complex program. It is fast-paced, and action packed. The game does have a few setbacks, but overall is a solid combat sim.

Does a great job in captivating its audience in a rich storyline and direful locales. However, with its slow-paced game play and unpolished effects, it fails in its attempt to raise adventure PNCs from the grave.

Everblue 2 has terrific diving scenes, and you may find yourself enjoying that aspect over and over while forgetting about the actual missions, but tries to blend them into a story that is not that solid nor well told.

It's fast, furious, and most importantly, fun. So much so that immediately after I finished the game, I started over again on a harder difficulty.

Legacy of Ys: Books I & II is a great deal for fans of the original series and old-school RPG fanatics, but likely will be far too outdated and traditional for many RPG players.
