The game seems to rush the story along too fast. That makes me think that this game might have been rushed out to meet the DVD release deadline. But it is a Star Wars game, and it is actually a good one.
-
Other than a few cool moments here and there, there isnt a lot going on that cant be gotten elsewhere. There are many other excellent side-scrolling games out there that offer a lot more play time, but those games dont have the Star Wars name.
-
It is definitely not the longest, or the greatest, Game Boy Advance title available. The production values here are well put together, but considering the extremely small length, we can only recommend it to rabid Star Wars fans.
-
The sheer amount of repetition in this title makes it seem longer than it already is and considering that it spans three movies worth of content that is quite a feat.
-
Nintendo PowerControl is solid, but some puzzles are nonintuitive. [Nov 2004, p.133]
-
Not a terrible game, and it does have redeeming features, but the game design is rather lacking in ingenuity and variety. Most players will find this game to be too repetitive and too easy.
-
Electronic Gaming MonthlyToo bad the side-scrolling gameplay is so generic. You're best off staying far, far away from this galaxy. [Dec 2004, p.170]
