Despite its shortcomings, though, it’s probably my favorite game Infinite Interactive has released yet. If you’re up for another helping of puzzle/RPG this soon after Galactrix, Puzzle Kingdoms delivers.

The game holds onto a lot of the same problems that plagued Frontline and that ultimately sours the experience. Plus, with no online play and murky graphics, the GameCube version is certainly the runt of the litter.

It does a lot of things right and tells a pretty good story, and if you’ve been a genre fan since the early 90s then it’ll definitely bring back great memories. Still, Black Sigil is frustrating in many ways, and if you aren’t familiar with the games it takes inspiration from then you probably won’t find much to enjoy here.

Its camera system and length certainly hold it back from getting a better score, but the gameplay itself is a lot of fun.

Worth the purchase if you love Yu-Gi-Oh! I mean REALLY love it.

Visually the game won’t win any awards simply because of the battle graphics. Yet I found Neverland Card Battles to be an engaging game that sucked me in with its intriguing gameplay.

Looks good but has some problems with control elements, which can only be described as sluggish in some instances.

I am a fan of this title, because it moves the series forward in a positive direction even if some other things are sacrificed.

A mixed bag of elements that are either very cool, frustrating or bland, Shaun White Snowboarding doesn't live up to the expectation of becoming the new snowboarding champion.

Light years better than the original game that was released last year. The controls are much better, the visuals are very similar to TV show, and it is an overall improvement.

If the idea of chat rooms appeals to you, if the idea of stepping outside yourself and trying on a different life and face (even a polar bear’s head) is something you would enjoy, this could well be the game for you.

This is a game that is a baseball purist’s delight, only dampened by the complex interface and steep learning curve.

One of the biggest problems with this version is the controller. It will cause much frustration when you are in the heat of battle, if it wasn't for the shrunken d-pad and awkward placement of the buttons, this would have been much more enjoyable game.

Comparing it to other cart-racing games, it is definitely one of the most fun-filled experiences you can find in that particular genre. But basing it solely on it’s value in the game industry, renting it just makes more sense.

Naruto fans will really enjoy this game and fortunately the way the game was developed, the rest of us will too.

The racing itself is very enjoyable and offers a real sense of speed, and trying to beat your best time can be addictive. Too bad the multiplayer mode required multiple game copies.

Even when completed, you can go back and play it over accepting different missions and/or playing with a different style.

If the Challenge Mode offered some additional options then I know the game could have scored higher. Yet if you’re looking for a game to play with your friends Mario Super Slugger should still be on your list.

Can't measure up graphically to the competition, and though this is a solid baseball title, it can be a little arcade-like and easy.

Scooby-Doo Unmasked doesn’t re-invent the 3D platform-gaming genre but is a fun-filled, if not short, game that will make please fans of the cartoon.

If you are more into structured RPGs or adventures with a little more plot, story, and character interaction...you may want to run to the video store for this one and see if it's for you.

Not a bad game, but do not expect to be blown away by the story or innovative gameplay. The Invite system is very nice, but the game moves slowly.

My biggest complaint about snowboarder mode is the process required to sign up for contests, as it seems too tedious when you're just getting started with the game.

There are only 12 tracks, but they're all fun, and there are quite a few hidden extras to keep you coming back for more. Most important is the first-time experience though, and I am very pleased to say that it is a blast.

The gameplay is fun, and while I wouldn't go so far as to say addicting, is still engrossing because of the exploration aspects.

Parents, be sure you know your kid's gaming styles and preferences before picking up this game, because if your kids don't like arcade play, then they won't like this game.

The controls are almost too easy. Some may be disappointed that you are forced to use the analog stick, both when batting and when pitching.

A tough game to recommend, even though it is a well-done game.
