A "classic" Assassin's Creed in all the forms of this definition (good and bad) - technically solid, with a great story and a gorgeous background. The best AC seen so far, for sure.- GamesVillage.it

So far, Superchargers is the best Skylanders we've ever played. Despite a relatively dull story and a multiplayer mode that needs some refinements, there is a ton of content that will keep you and your children busy for quite a long time, and the addition of the vehicles spices things up. A lot. Fortunately, it's also the first time that you'll be able to fully appreciate the game without having to double mortgage your house.- GamesVillage.it

This is the Destiny the world deserves. The Taken King offers a lot of new content, but most of all it gives the players a complete (and much needed) revamp of the gameplay and the leveling system.- GamesVillage.it

NBA 2K16 is, simply put, the best basketball game of the year. Spike Lee aside, the game is simply huge, full of new features and incredibly fun to play.- GamesVillage.it

Disney Infinity 3.0 is a lovely step forward for the series. The Star Wars brand is obviously the most captivating element in the game, but there are a lot of nice and important improvements, all over the place.- GamesVillage.it

This new installment of the FIFA series is excellent, and not just because it marks the debut of the female players. The gameplay feels even greater than last year's chapter, thanks to notable improvements to the AI. And the Draft Mode for FUT is simply top notch.- GamesVillage.it

The second installment of Cyanide's Blood Bowl may be more stingy in terms of races and general offer when compared to the latest edition of the first chapter, but is still excellent in summarizing the rules of the original Games Works board game, proposing them with much more clarity.- GamesVillage.it

Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse is an intriguing proposal for the fans of the adventure genre. The price is right, and the game itself is pretty good.- GamesVillage.it

The new Forza Motorsport is a magnificent, huge, beautiful and incredibly fun title. Despite some minor problems with the AI and the netcode for the multiplayer, this is hands-down the best Forza ever, in terms of content, gameplay and graphics. If you love racing games and don't own an Xbox One, FM6 could be the best reason to buy one.- GamesVillage.it

This strategy title from Koei Tecmo brings us in the Sengoku era, and offers endless gameplay possibilities. It's a fact, anyway, that such a game is most likely to be appreciated by people who love Japan and that particular era.- GamesVillage.it

This new DLC for Company of Heroes 2 introduces a new faction that brings some fresh air in the multiplayer arena. At the same time, only the hardcore fans of the game will accept the lack of a single player campaign.- GamesVillage.it

Mad Max and the Wastelands would have deserved a bolder characterization. Nonetheless, this is a good open world title, beautiful to see and fun to play. The gameplay draws from different genres, and despite the fact that it doesn't offer anything truly original, the overall result is a solid and fun experience.- GamesVillage.it

Super Mario Maker isn't just a powerful level editor, but a sincere, warm and passionate tribute to the most popular Nintendo character. The sixty+ levels created by Nintendo could easily justify the purchase, but the possibilities are really endless. A must have.- GamesVillage.it

The worst you can do when talking about Satellite Reign is to measure its value with the original Syndicate. That said, 5 Lives created an intriguing and strong RTS, with some unique features and some great homages to the original by Bullfrog.- GamesVillage.it

The new offering from Digital Eclipse is a nice really collection. It will probably be more appreciated by older and nostalgic gamers, but we must recommend it to the younger ones as well, because it represents an important piece of videogame history.- GamesVillage.it

Lara Croft Go is a nice surprise: the turn-based gameplay works well even for an hardcore adventurer like Lara, and the puzzles are really good. The learning curve is excellent, and there are no dull moments. The in-app purchases are not annoying, which is definitely a plus.- GamesVillage.it

Gears of War Ultimate Edition is a good opportunity to play one of the milestones of the TPS genre: Marcus Fenix's all gussied up (new textures, 1080p, 60 fps), the locusts are always eager to be slaughtered, and if you can look past the control system and some gameplay elements that did not age so well, you'll be in for quite a ride.- GamesVillage.it

The Phantom Pain is an excellent title, albeit a little bit inconsistent. The gameplay is simply extraordinary, almost perfect, deep and bound to pave the road for the future of the stealth genre; at the same time, the plot is very powerful, but could have definitely been bolder and braver. Well, it's pretty clear that something went AWOL during the development of the game.- GamesVillage.it

Until Dawn is a great mixture of all the cliches of the YA thriller genre, beautifully wrapped in a Heavy Rain formula. Supermassive Games did excellent work on the narrative; graphics and soundtrack are top notch, and so is the Italian voice-over.- GamesVillage.it

Escape Plan Bravo is by far the best episode in the Tales From the Borderlands series, and probably in all the Telltale production. A true emotional rollercoaster, filled with intense and bizarre moments. How the writers will untangle the plot, well, it remains to be seen.- GamesVillage.it

This is the Gauntlet we would have wanted to play last year: a lot of new features that increase the replayability, including two new game modes. There are still some issues with the camera, but overall this is a pretty good dungeon crawler.- GamesVillage.it

The Chinese Room goes back to its roots of digital storytelling, in a slow-paced sci-fi story delightfully quiet and deep. Probably less original than Dear Esther, but a wonderful and amazing experience nonetheless.- GamesVillage.it
