Maybe Secret Agent Clank scratches that Ratchet and Clank humorous blasting itch for you. For me it didn't. Too much repetition, too much stealth and too little story flow left me cold.

By the time it's all over, just after you've finished the dopey out-of-place boss fight, you're left with Generic Shooter Videogame Number Umpteen, drawn out with a few levels stuffed with filler instead of gameplay.

The bottom line is that this game is strictly for younger fans of the property, all others need not apply.

All in all if you miss the quaint old town and feel like returning for old time's sake then Origins mostly satisfies.

Tenchu works best when taken as a puzzle game that requires you to master your ninja sense and proceed step-by-step, error-by-error, to every stage’s inevitable boss. As a “stealth action” game, however, it falls short of expectations.

If you want to take a walk down the memory lane of video gaming and enjoy playing in short spurts, SEGA Superstars Tennis fits the bill. Otherwise, try before you buy.

It’s hard to ignore the fact that Hot Pixel is a blatant clone of Wario Ware, but try not to hold that against it.

While the multiplayer does add a little something to package, it’s obvious that the campaign – the true co-op campaign - is where the main focus is. As good as the game looks, and as huge as the bosses are, it’s not all that fun to go through alone.

Even offset by the low price and the arcade-style context, Battlestar Galactica just doesn’t have the punch to stand out in today’s market. Even the graphics engine is marred by low-resolution textures, small engagement zones, and dated special effects, and what bothers me about this game is how it could easily be a lot better were it simply blessed with more expanded gameplay.

Sideway comes across feeling more like one of the me-too Mario clones of the NES era despite its unique, singular look and perspective-shifting style. The platforming is nowhere near as tight or as taxing as in Super Meat Boy and it lacks the dynamism and genre synthesis of Outland. It's not even as compelling or innovative as IOS examples such as Mos Speedrun or League of Evil

Die hard fans of the show will enjoy it, however with no replay value whatsoever and an extremely short play time, there’s not much justification for buying it. Those that aren’t into the show’s scatological sense of humor, or those looking for a deep courtroom experience won’t find much here.

As it is, nothing really separates it and makes it unique. Despite the cool setting, this is by the numbers game design that you’ve played a million times before.

It may take some finagling to find it, but there is a solid flight game beneath the problems. It's just a bummer that you have to dig into several menus, find some buddies, and replay the campaign repeatedly to get to it.

Alice is a competent action-platformer with richly imaginative worlds steeped in allusive imagery. Half of the fun is seeing how American McGee has transformed the beloved stories into a wicked journey that nicely complements and embellishes its source material. Alice: Madness Returns can be darkly engrossing, but also, a devestating reminder that more is not always better.

The control scheme for each game can be set up individually to however you like within the options and menu settings, although most of the similar games found in the assortment can use the same layout for each.

If there's one true complaint we could lodge against Over The Hedge, it's the game's real lack of camera control.

As good as the game looks, this is a setting that is so familiar that you can’t just give the player a bunch of 20 minute tank battles and call it a day. Not when Relic has experimented with resource capture zones and static defenses in Company of Heroes.

While Capcom Puzzle World doesn't deliver as much gaming goodness as it could, the great implementation of Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo on the PSP is really worth the price of admission.

A significantly better game than the original. With better AI and unit pathfinding, and the inclusion of a more practical camera, it would be one of the better World War II RTS games around.

As an Undead Nightmare-like DLC pack for Yakuza 4, Dead Souls makes sense. As a full retail package, the combination of the zombie theme and the recycling feels desperate and ill-advised.

The puzzles are easily the game’s most enjoyable aspect, as the combat is underwhelming with few exceptions and exploring the linear facility isn’t tense or frightful.

For some bizarre reason, Konami thought it would be a great idea to make the screen as tiny as possible and make it as difficult as possible to fix it. You have to pause the game (while in game) to adjust the screen size. While in single player it’s not a problem, but during an Xbox Live game, it’s very much a problem.

Part action game and part puzzle game. While it isn’t the best at either genre, it is a rather entertaining but short and expensive game. If the multiplayer and other content is released at no cost, I reserve the right to revise my feelings accordingly.

It has the same lack of subtlety and rapid pace - plus it looks better. But it comes off as an average and unnecessary entry in the series.
