Unlike its previous instalment this shooter and tower defense game mix is focusing on a player and their character building. Therefore your hands are tied from the tower building perspective, and the title is counting on its cooperative multiplayer game. On the other hand, if you've never played the original instalment or you are not afraid of the changes, feel free to venture into Sanctum 2.

On the technical side perfectly mastered 4X strategy, which is simply not enough original or interesting. It certainly attracts newcomers more than the experienced veterans.

The environments are beautiful and varied, the combat is very well done and the PvE content is satisfying. But why would you lock it all behind daily limits and randomness?

Yesterday compensates its flaws for its great story - an element that's been the most important thing in adventure genre. If you get over its lower difficulty level and its brief duration, you might get some thrilling experience of great pace and with great atmosphere, and you will cherish that impression even after the game is over.

Football Manager’s new content deals with the future, which is great - but it should also focus on the present which, through its mistakes, dangerously resembles the past.

El Hijo will satisfy a craving for stealth games and it looks stunning, but it’s not very original and its weird controls are an endless source of frustration.

Very good building strategy offers a rich environment and the need to constantly balance the economy. Initial city construction is fun for everybody thanks to that. However, Anno 2205 loses pace after a few hours and only true fans would stay. It would need much more diverse content.

An eye-catching pointillism with a unique discovery mechanism with which you won't discover so much in the end. Even so, you will get a special experience and some printscreens from this cave.

Seasons After Fall is a nice fairytale game from the forest, which responds to the season changes. All this is complemented by a catchy soundtrack. Neither puzzles nor gameplay offer a serious challenge, but the game works miraculously even without them.

A playful driving model, plentiful tuning options, a career without microtransactions and an open city changing its whole identity with each dawn and each sunset. The sins of the past are gone, but the game is still way too similar to what you already know.

Eagle Flight is not a game for everyone because it will appeal rather to more casual players. Nicely done virtual reality and the bird's flight itself are, unfortunately, spoiled by not very imaginative tasks for which the game gives the impression as if it was pushed too hard to speed up the development.

2D strategy has a surprisingly excellent core, which unfortunately lacks larger amount of content. Kingdom is the really funny game, but not for a longer period of time.

An interesting explorative adventure from the creators of Myst offers both smart logical puzzles and dark mysterious atmosphere. But you can find better pieces among the similar games.

The third episode entertains again, but the series slightly loses its pace at the halfway mark - last time it was more fun. It is a wonder what great influence have your decisions from the previous part. Telltale is often not good in this stuff but this time the made a real fork in the story.

The mixing of cultures is very well done, the royal court itself not so much – it actually ends up being a disappointment. This DLC should have been better, but once you try it out, you’d miss it anyway.

A colourful urban action game that will torment you at first but eventually reward you with its loopy freestyle riding. The game has a bit dull and drab content, and our fellow country gamers will probably get annoyed experiencing humour of the American teenagers. However, as a smaller crazy alternative to GTA it works great.

This is a definition of an uncompromising retro mindset. Cute visuals and burtonesque atmosphere set this game apart, but the gameplay is basically unchanged from its roots in the 90s - including a confused camera and a pretty bland combat system.

Hidden Through Time 2: Myths & Magic is a presentable representative of the almost forgotten hidden object genre. It captivates with its graphics and musical accompaniment, hidden mini-stories, but its greatest strength lies in the editor and the promise of an endless array of levels from the community. Overall, it is a pleasant and relaxing pastime.

Episode Two is obviously shorter but still enjoyable and entertaining. It offers great voice acting and an outstanding plot again. Something doesn’t work as intended yet we can recommend the Rubble Without a Cause to all adventure players.

Biomutant is too ambitious for its own good. The combat is fun, especially when combined with a good crafting system and a beautiful world. Other systems are irrelevant, though, and the quests are boring, as is the damp squib of a story.

Planetiles is a good, intriguing puzzle game with a pleasantly balanced challenge that will entertain you, but in terms of content, it runs out of steam a bit too quickly. If you don't mind bite-sized gaming experiences, you won't be disappointed.

Milestone returns to the racing circuits in a solid shape. New MotoGP pleases with physics, maneuverability and admiration to a motorcycle history. The rest of the game, however, is -as usual- not dazzling.

Thrilling combat, captivating sound, and a breathtaking art style—these alone make Ghost of Yōtei well worth experiencing. The rest of the game, however, is harder to praise without reservations, and next time the developers would do well to embrace more experiments, rework the climbing segments, and bring in new writers.

A very touching remaster of one classic title that is like a reward for all the fans. At the same time it is a perfect time for the new gamers that missed the start of the series. This title brings along a new graphics engine and more or less of big and small improvements and also several enjoyable bonuses. Yes – Halo is still a bit old, but not old enough to hold you from your enjoyment.

A beautiful, nicely crafted puzzle game draped in a dream-like atmosphere and filled with appropriately difficult mysteries. It’s a shame that it will probably annoy you by its failed attempts to tell a deep story and wax philosophical.

In spite of its technical problems, Borderlands 3 is still a very solid looter shooter, generous with both shooting and loot. The magic of the second installment - and its excellent writing - is, however, gone.

Unravel Two feels more like a cooperative spinoff embedded in the same world than a perfectly polished continuation of the amazing first game. Its fun basics are still working smoothly, only the the game doesn’t work with them in an interesting way and doesn’t move them any further.
