This may be an ambitious project of an even more ambitious programmer couple, but the lack of budget that game suffered is unfortunately very easy to notice. What remains is an average game with awful graphics and buggy controls.

As a PC gamer I am at least completely happy with the wonderful multiplayer co-op mode which keeps up the multiplayer rating.

Considering a game featuring Clank as its main character I had my hopes high for lots of action with even more cool gadgets. We got the gadgets but the action kind of lacks: The sneaking may be fun at the beginning but with time you wished for more direct fights instead of avoiding enemies or killing them from behind (with the the same move) for the hundredth time.

Divinity II - Ego Draconis is definitely a very solid roleplaying game, which is unfortunately lacking at some points. For roleplaying fans nevertheless a must have.

EA's Fifa Manager 12 is a successful football simulation again. Especially simulation newcomers get an easier access than ever before. But für experienced FM players FIFA Manager 12 provides not enough real new things.

FIFA 10 for PC shows it's just a console game with dated graphics. Shame, cause the new features increase realism, but with graphics that look five years we can't recommend this version at all.

Back to the Future remains a satisfactory experience for fans of the movie - but not for adventure fans who will be disappointed yet again.

The Lost Crown is like watching The Ring, only longer. Technically it's just average, but the atmosphere is dense and haunting. Fans of atmospheric horror games should definitely take a look.

Sacred 2 has become exactly what we have all hoped for: One excellent dungeon crawler building upon the strengths of Sacred 1 and a worthy heir to the game’s legacy. Though it could’ve been much better as new ideas are a bit rare. Nevertheless, Sacred 2 remains a great game with high replay value. [Issue # 16]

Black Mirror II is not exactly scary but rather an interactive thriller with a (too) slow pacing. It's not a bad game, but not a highlight either.

As a fan of flight sims, I’m getting nasty headaches when thinking of “drifting jets” as they can be found in this newest chapter of the Tom Clancy brand. Nevertheless, even I have to admit, that H.A.W.X really did entertain me on a very high level and sometimes managed to simply stun me with its intense action and nice graphics. It probably won't grow into a "long-term relation”, but could very well become a regular for relaxing gaming sessions after a busy day at work.

If you're a big fan of the series you should most definitely check out this one. If you, however, are the number one groupie of the band, than go grab the bundle with the Aerosmith faceplate for the Les Gibson controller.

Some new content, some general bug-fixes – is that really enough to pay for again or would it have been wiser to provide Colonies as some free content update? One may think about that whichever way one likes to – also about the fact that Colonies players won’t be able to join those only owning the original game playing online. After all the game comes up as a nicely re-worked action shooter that will be fun to play for several hours – especially for those new to the series – but unfortunately that’s about it.

Everyone who likes to just freely roam about, shoot everything in his way and travel around in different vehicles like cars, boats and choppers is certainly on the right track here. If you are, however, looking for a more “serious” game, you might want to look elsewhere.

Thanks to the Fritz!-Algorythm every round is challenging, as the AI doesn't do big mistakes. With many extras like the puzzles Battle VS Chess is a nice game for friends of the game of kings. For beginners this could be a tough nut though - for them the "undo" option is essential. Still - if you like chess, this sure is an interesting title for you.

NFS: The Run has its moments. Unfortunately they are neither many nor long. On the gameplay and technical side it's still a good game though but with lots of wasted potential.

The port to the PC went pretty well for our bio-enhanced super-soldier Nathan Spencer, whose game is still a pretty good choice for action-fans.

The city-building simulation Cities XL in solo mode certainly makes a lot of fun and motivates to build even larger and more sophisticated cities. The announced features for the online mode are sometimes not available, and also do not always work as they should. A solid game for solo players, fans of the multiplayer mode should still wait for improvements.

It appears as if the extended wait for us PC gamers paid off. The graphics are way better than on the consoles and the possibility of combining voice-control and classic PC-RTS-control enables you to act much quicker then on other platforms.

If you like the Spider-Man universe and don't expect good storytwists or a sandbox style of freedom to move, you'll have lots of fun here.

Compared to the PC-version, the PSP-version seemed to have been worked on a little longer and even though I really missed the be-a-pro mode the instead featured mini-games really made for a good compensation - at least considering it’s a mobile game. So if you really want to win the European Soccer Championship on your way to school or work you won’t make a mistake by getting Euro 2008!

If you want gory action, then you have found the right game for your collection with Viking: Battle for Asgard. If you want a game with Nordic myth or good gameplay - then buying this game might be not as wise as you think. Personally I love this game and the brutality of it. The bottom line is that Cursed Mountain seems to be one of those highly ambitious titles that didn't really spark all that much interest on the Wii and was thus somehow sloppily ported to another system in the hope of being able to make a decent cut there.

For all you Lord of the Rings fans out there, this game is a major let down. But if you are in for some quick and simple fatasy action with no expectations what so ever you may be able to find some scrapes of enjoyment.

Family Ski & Snowboard delivers uncomplicated fun for younger players. It is a fun game that features flawless gameplay, but nothing more.

Why does Square Enix port a mediocre game like Last Remnant and not a hit like Final Fantasy?! Why do I need a Gamepad for perfect control?! We recommend Last Remnant only to those select few J-RPG-Fans, who don't own a console… which should probably be about 10 people worldwide.

Two months after its release Star Trek Online is still missing content, especially at the high level range and on the Klingon side of the game. The good point is that Cryptic is steadily releasing updates. But despite that the game is still a game more for casual mmo gamers than core gamers.

Nordic Myth meets Cyberpunk... Too Human has immense potential but unfortunately fails completely when it comes to meeting the high expectations.

Semper Fi brings HoI III on the right track, but due to lack of playful increments, it is more of a big patch than a true Add-On.

Undercover is significantly more fun than ProStreet and offers far more long-time playing motivation as well. [Issue#17]

Heroes over Europe can't deny its roots as a console game - especially in terms of controls. The real downfall for this title though are the missions which seem endless - despite the fact, that the game is actually rather short.

The developers preferred to concentrate on and perfect a few basic gameplay-elements, rather than cram so many of them into the game, that there's no time left to polish everything. Basically a good thing, but unfortunately not the best way to maintain a high level of variety and diversification for the player. Therefore, Dungeons feels pretty repetitive after some time, which makes it hard to really recommend it, despite its interesting genre-mix.

They could’ve made so much more of Turok. Some of the grave minus points were luckily eliminated during the porting from console to PC but the biggest demerits remain: Monotone graphics, linear level-layout, a loose story and an AI which I’d effortlessly be able to convince to jump into the gaping maw of a T-Rex. [Issue#14]

Supreme Ruler 2020 is definitely one of the most complex games of its kind and due to that bound to repel most of the gaming community. Players who are able to master the complicated gameplay are, however, sure to be rewarded with an amazingly detailed and nerve wracking simulation like no other.

The gameplay doesn't really satisfy me, but what's worse are the technical issues. Still, the game has its moments and can be great fun because of the story and the force powers.

DarkSpore is technically a good game, but unfortunately only technically. The gameplay becomes very soon quite boring even so you can play with your friends, which makes it slightly better. Long term motivation is the thing that DarkSpore lacks the most.

Battle March will entertain fans of Mark of Chaos for sure due to the increased difficulty and also many other gameplay improvements. Since many shortcomings of the original remain as well, however, only those fans alone will truly enjoy Battle March. [Issue#14]

In terms of presentation sweet, though story-wise seeming like a meek afterthought. If you’re a die-hard fan of vampires we’d understand if you’d give it a go, but otherwise you’d do well to keep your hands off it. [Issue#15]
