When all is said and done, Speed Racer: The Videogame is a licensed title that is actually a fun game, but it's just not complete.- Gamer's Hell

The biggest aspect of Lost in Blue is repeating daily tasks and trying to stay alive on the island. After a while this can get somewhat annoying when players want to go out and see what’s on the island, but can’t because they still need to gather food or supplies.- Gamer's Hell

It’s fun to drive round a city far too fast. There’s an imperfect framework in which to do that here, but it’s a vast improvement on its predecessor.- Gamer's Hell

Earth Defense Force 2107 isn't a great game, but it's a really fun one and unlike the grease bomb you score from the local burger emporium, it won't have any long-term deleterious impact on your health.- Gamer's Hell

Offers enough to amuse some friends on a Friday night, and more than enough to please hardcore fans of the original anime.- Gamer's Hell

On the whole, the game feels like it struggles with itself: On one hand it presents some enjoyable artistic and campy elements, as it plays homage to an old film genre, and delivers a star cast of mildly acted voice talent complemented by a superbly fitting rockabilly soundtrack; while on the other, it tussles with quirky gameplay mechanics that sometimes just don’t work.- Gamer's Hell

When all is said and done, a playthrough of Return to Ostagar moves quickly with plenty of enemies to dispatch. Though it's a short ride, it's a sweet one that is a welcome reason to pick the game up again if you've finished the main story, and is certainly worth the money. Though, if you're still somewhere in the middle of the tale, even better: Return to Ostagar will also help to set up the rest of your journey through Dragon Age.- Gamer's Hell

The control scheme could be improved upon, but as it stands, the motions are fairly intuitive and you won’t have a major problem with steering sensitivity.- Gamer's Hell

Madagascar certainly delivers for the younger demographic, but those older players may reach critical boredom pretty early on in the game.- Gamer's Hell

NITRO's point-based structure and pick-up-and-play gameplay caters well to those looking for quick spurts of action, but it's unlikely to see an intense cross-pollination from those in need of in-depth racing sessions on the Wii.- Gamer's Hell

Overall, DEF JAM ICON is a decent game, although a little disappointing in that the story line is unaffected by your actions and decisions throughout.- Gamer's Hell

I was frankly surprised at just how easy and flexible the coaster construction tools were; and the mini-games that introduce training, ride and attraction types were a nice change-up to the usual sim/coaster model.- Gamer's Hell

Roughly six years ago, the man known as Morpheus once said that to know the path is different from walking the path. To all Matrix fans, gamers, and fellow human beings, please take the following advice: steer clear of the Path of Neo.- Gamer's Hell

Be prepared to turn off the sound as soon as you install it. I do not exaggerate when I say your opinion of mankind will plummet after hearing these voice actors mutilate some of the worst scripts ever to leave the desk of a Dragonball Z fanfic author.- Gamer's Hell

The enjoyment in Joint Task Force does not come out of adrenaline-laced combat or any sort of quick thrills; instead, it comes from the satisfaction of seeing a well-laid strategy work.- Gamer's Hell

An interesting premise and setting is torpedoed by a lackluster presentation, and while Bleedout definitely kicks things up a notch for high-level players, it's hard to recommend Crimecraft for the kind of long-term commitment an MMORPG typically requires.- Gamer's Hell

With a bit more time refining environment textures, clearing up framerates, and creating a narrative, Web of Shadows would have been a solid game; as it is, its a buggy experience you have push your way through.- Gamer's Hell

In short, if Lost Planet 2 was a budget-priced multiplayer-only title, it would be hard not to recommend it; unfortunately it's a full-price game with a seriously flawed single player experience.- Gamer's Hell

The new fighting system of Suikoden Tactics is a success. By going back to basics and adding a new dimension to it through the use of affinities, the gameplay has emerged as a point of strength within the game.- Gamer's Hell

Despite the minor aesthetic flaws, World Racing 2 is a success in terms of improvement over its predecessor. The lack of an in-car view with full cockpit might leave some hardcore fans slightly disappointed, but the other features of the game more than make up for that loss.- Gamer's Hell

Essentially, this is a well-constructed game. It looks good. It plays well. It keeps you interested. But soon enough you’ll have finished it. It’s good at what it does, but you’ll wish it did more.- Gamer's Hell
