There are really too few game elements in The Walking Dead to justify calling it a game. Its amazing world, great voice actors and the tough decisions it throws at you constantly will have you completely forget about this though. It's a compelling story that grabs you from the opening of the game and doesn't let go until its controversial ending in the last chapter. The intelligent choice-system gives you the feeling that you're creating your own story, which is why you'll lose yourself in the characters in no-time. It never gets really challenging, but for those who enjoy a good story, it's a great enrichment of the Walking Dead-universe.- Gamer.nl

Primordia is proof that Wadjet Eye doesn't develop amazing games. This point-and-click adventure tells a good story in an interesting world, but is troubled by some annoyances and a lack of innovation.- Gamer.nl

Heroes of Order & Chaos is easily one of the most intense game experiences available on the iPad. Every game is a special experience thanks to a great balance between strategy, action and role playing.- Gamer.nl

Whoever spent dozens, or even hundreds of hours playing Skyrim, and still wants more, Dragonborn offers a great solution. A new area offers about fifteen hours of great entertainment of the same high quality we're used to from the original game. A lack of new elements and a few disappointing moments do bring it down a notch.- Gamer.nl

Ratchet & Clank: QForce shows that hybrids of different games hardly ever work well. The attempt at uniting tower defense- and platform-action, only works in the competitive multiplayer. This combination only limits the rest of the game.- Gamer.nl

ZombiU is the perfect Wii U launch game for adult gamers: there's violence, monsters and it's actually quite scary. Because the death of your character is permanent and zombies are very hard to take down, playing ZombiU guarantees sweaty hands. The GamePad adds on to this experience by pulling you even further into the game world. ZombiU is scary, unique and only possible on the Wii U. Nintendo couldn't have wished for a better launch game.- Gamer.nl

The impressive thing about Far Cry 3 it that it really sells the sensation of being on a tropical island. The huge, open world, gripping story and great sense of freedom will make you lose yourself in it. It's as complete as any game can get and can keep you occupied for hours on end without boredom setting in. The bad artificial intelligence is the only smudge on this otherwise sublime experience.- Gamer.nl

Picking flowers of the heads of monsters isn't something you do every day. Aside from this quirky game mechanic, Lili is also a surprisingly fun adventure in a world full of colorful characters.- Gamer.nl

The Wii-controller was instantly understandable thanks to Wii Sports. Nintendo Land doesn't do exactly that for the GamePad, but it does show that it can be a great addition to games, especially with friends. Thanks to an original concept – a theme park based on 12 Nintendo games – which is well executed, this is more than a simple minigame collection.- Gamer.nl

Hell & Damnation is a successful homage to the original Painkiller with a new engine, much better graphics and the same fast-paced style. It's pretty sad though, that the most fun multiplayer mode doesn't get played a lot. That would've extended the durability of the game significantly. Especially because the single player gameplay will get boring quite quickly if you don't take a break every now and then.- Gamer.nl

Tank! Tank! Tank! Is a questionable budget game that gets sold for nearly full price. Driving around in a tank and shooting everything into the afterlife barely manages to entertain for a few hours at the most, not in the least because levels have to be replayed over and over again. The multiplayer might entertain a bit more thanks to hectic action, but that too gets old really soon.- Gamer.nl

The ambitious PlanetSide 2 tries to make a massive and chaotic shooting game more alluring, in which it hasn't succeeded completely. It's a never ending, somewhat brainless deathmatch that is quite entertaining thanks to is firm and well balanced fundamentals. If the development continues on this path, PlanetSide 2 can only get better.- Gamer.nl

Dethroning Mario Kart is an amazing achievement in and of itself, and in that Sonic & All-Stars Racing Transformed succeeds. It does this as a gorgeous homage with big and small characters from SEGA's franchises, with great courses and gameplay. It's not hard to be impressed by this lovingly crafted, expansive arcade racer.- Gamer.nl

We can't help but compare PlayStation All Stars: Battle Royale to Nintendo's Super Smash Brothers, even though it's not very relevant. Battle Royale creates its own identity quite well by providing great and addicting gameplay. It is far from perfectly polished, but in its base is a gameplay concept that guarantees days and days of fun.- Gamer.nl

In an attempt to merge the best of two worlds, F1 Race Stars eliminates its chances at a successful classification. Without being able to drift or it offering an alternative that works well makes this 'funracer' inaccessible and unchallenging in the long term. Its charming appearance and the interesting game modes only redeem this game for the more youthful players.- Gamer.nl

His moustache remains the same, but other than that Mario finally went for a new and modern look. New Super Mario Bros. U does honor the history of the old plumber and brings back all the known characters and worlds, which are now more alive than ever. The graphical leap also allows for more experimentation with gameplay, which shows in a more challenging and fresh platformer than you might expect.- Gamer.nl

Natural Selection 2 is a mix between StarCraft and the multiplayer of Alien versus Predator. This real-time strategy shooter works excellently, but does require teamwork and a social leader. Both aren't guaranteed when playing online, which makes the game either very exciting or totally one-sided. This sequel just doesn't feel like a complete, modern game.- Gamer.nl

In essence Hitman: Absolution is still the stealthy murderous game you know. As usual there are dozens of ways to take out your targets, lots of disguises to wear and the environment can be scaled and used the way you want to. It's also as hard as you remember it, but doesn't linger in the past mostly due to an increased focus on action and it being easier to play and. Graphically the game looks wonderfully dark, the interface has been completely redone and Agent 47 is easier to control than ever. The artificial intelligence leaves something to be desired, but aside from that Absolution is a fine Hitman-game.- Gamer.nl

The world of Epic Mickey 2 has this new kind of Mickey-charm without having forgotten about the nostalgic past and everything fits naturally in the game's world. Unfortunately it doesn't translate this sensation as successfully to a charming experience. The story starts of slowly and there is little opportunity to get to know all of the colorful characters. Epic Mickey 2's gameplay is also double edged. It's challenging and interesting in some spots, but too little is done with the different options you're given.- Gamer.nl

Looking critically at the game, its developers probably realized that you can sometimes go too far in your quest for perfection. The result is a mode that brings the franchise back to the essence of a manager game. Football Manager 2013 is all about tweaking your players and humiliating your opponents tactically, and we're loving it.- Gamer.nl

We were hoping that this would be a game that we could easily pick up, play and enjoy, but When Vikings Attack's appeal doesn't last long. Even getting it on the PlayStation 3 as well as the vita for the same price doesn't justify what you spend on it.- Gamer.nl

There's really not much wrong with WRC 3. The controls are fine, cars are varied and the different game types and courses make for an interesting rally experience. The audiovisual presentation isn't of the same level though, which results in a lack of sensation in the gameplay. It also gets bogged down by some irritating mistakes.- Gamer.nl

Declassified drags the PlayStation Vita down to new-found depths. Absolutely nothing about this game is fun. The multiplayer is awful, the artificial intelligence is moronic and things that you'd expect to be there are blatantly missing. Fortunately the single player campaign takes less than an hour to finish, so you'll get through it really quickly.- Gamer.nl

The market for simulation games is bigger than one might expect. Farming Simulator 2013 built an active and respectable fan base in mere weeks. The game is guided by how you want to play it. It goes from peaceful to stressful, from attaining goals to being open ended, but Farming Simulator 2013 mostly offers a lot of fun and appreciation.- Gamer.nl

Book of Spells can't be recommended to the average gamer. Its pace is too slow and its base is too simple and boring. But your little sister or son should find magic here, thanks to the amazingly well implemented augmented reality features. He or she might have to listen and watch more than play, but is placed in a pretty and accessible world and eventually becomes a real wizard of witch.- Gamer.nl

Borderlands Legends is a nice little extra for the Borderlands-universe, but that's it. Its strategic take on the shooter action we've come to know and love should warrant its existence. Unfortunately Borderlands Legends is plagued by bugs and bad programming choices that really prevents players from enjoying it.- Gamer.nl

Black Ops 2 is a good and complete Call of Duty-game. The Zombie-mode is once again very entertaining and the single player the best yet thanks to the moral choices it presents players with. The multiplayer still plays the same way after all these years, which makes sense, but is slightly disappointing for those who hoped that the new setting and structure would've caused it to change. All of the modes are a lot of fun though, but to enjoy it you'll have to bite through pretty outdated graphics.- Gamer.nl

War of the Roses attempts to make you feel like an actual knight who takes part in enormous battles in the middle-ages. Once you master the gameplay you can become the hero of the battlefield, if your timing was correct and you're not lacking any tactical insight. War of the Roses rewards you well for these traits, but that doesn't make it a great game.- Gamer.nl

Giana Sisters: Twisted Dreams is an excellent platformer with an original twist. Being able to switch between a 'good' and 'bad' version of the game's world make for challenging puzzles and a test of your in-game dexterity. The amazing soundtrack and visuals complete the package and provide it with a great atmosphere. We just wish it was a bit longer.- Gamer.nl
