Rivals offers thrilling arcade racing of the kind the kind that you can just pick up and play a few rounds of, and has enough graphical prowess for you to show off your new console for your friends. We could do with a little more innovation next time, though.- Gamereactor Denmark

Rayman Fiesta Run might not be as great a platformer as Legends or Origins, but it takes the formula from Rayman Jungle Run and refines and expands that. With a harder difficulty and an option to cheat a bit, it caters for both the casual and experienced gamer. It is simply a fantastic platformer for mobiles.- Gamereactor Denmark

Besides being an excellent Assassin's Creed game, Black Flag is also the best pirate game we can remember playing, and makes us wonder why more studios haven't tried their hand at the genre. Black Flag delivers. Yo-ho, yo-ho, a pirate's life for me!- Gamereactor Denmark

Battlefield 4 is far from a revolution, but it is undoubtedly a peak for the series. It's everything you may have missed from the previous game, and on PS4 we finally get a console port that doesn't feel like a string of compromises. BF4 delivers multiplayer action of the grandest kind, and that should be your reason for getting the game. Single-player can safely be ignored.- Gamereactor Denmark

This reads as a harsh review, but the basic building blocks are still in place. And it's a good game compared to others. However it pales when stacked against the previous two masterpieces. Netherrealms take the framework of their iOS version of Injustice: Gods Among Us and puts Batman in charge. Nice look, solid controls and decent audio is let down by freemium that hardly lets you fight more than 15 minutes without paying up or waiting. What a shame.- Gamereactor Denmark

It’s like watching a great TV series. Out of the 12 hours you will only find about two hours of "real" gaming though, which might be too little for some. Xcom for iPad is an ambitious project. Most of the content from the console and PC versions have been crammed onto the tiny screen quite well. Unfortunately that comes at a price. The framerate isn’t amazing on iPad Mini and it’s clear that the game was designed for a bigger screen originally. Touch has been implemented admirably and apart from missing multiplayer (which is promised in an update) and the ability to chose colors for your troops this is definitely one of the deepest turn-based strategy games for iOS.- Gamereactor Denmark

The Last of Us is a stable and very decent action game, wrapped in an absolutely incredible presentation and story. When it comes to the narrative, The Last of Us sets a new golden standard that every game will be compared to for years to comes. The Chase Begins has high ambitions. It wants to deliver the same huge sandbox as the excellent Wii U version. But what it ends up with is a big world bereft of a lot of what made the Wii U game so enjoyable. The dialogue and story are boring, the draw distance is poor with lots of pop up, and the loading times are too long - especially for a handheld. The world's best mobile dungeon crawler is back to its former glory. Amazing looks, fitting music and sound, even the dialogue is much better that the usual stuff from Gameloft. Solid controls, tons of loot and varied locations makes this a no brainer. The freemium model is what keeps this from reaching the skies. Arkalis Interactive is trying to do what Telltale Games did with The Walking Dead: provide episodic content on a well known TV-series. While they do a fine job in delivering atmosphere, stealth missions and action, the game seems a bit lacking in gameplay and depth. Sim City engulfs you right from the outset, and everything is so intuitively designed that you're never in doubt of what needs doing, and what possibilities are available to you. It's a very ambitious game - although we'd wish that Maxis had set their sights just a little bit higher and made the playing field a little bit bigger, as there's a small tinge of unfulfilled potential. The rest is excellent, though, and Sim City stands as an incredibly well-designed and beautifully presented joy.- Gamereactor Denmark

It’s no match for the likes of Gears of War or Call of Duty, but if you can ignore the technical issues, Special Forces: Team X still has a lot going for it.- Gamereactor Denmark

Not the best action game to come from Platinum’s hands, and nowhere near the best Metal Gear game. Revengeance doesn’t live up to the franchise and the huge expectations placed upon its shoulders, but it remains solid enough to stand on its own. Just leave your expectations at the door.- Gamereactor Denmark

A freemium game that delivers a great arcade experience packed around a decent adventure. This is fighting as you remember it from classic 3D fighting games redone with the Unreal 3 engine. The freemium model isn’t intrusive after the first few weapons have been obtained (with in-game currency or real money) and the controls work like a charm. If you want a quick entertaining fighting fix for touch this is a good (and cheap) place to start.- Gamereactor Denmark

Sad, boring and at times buggy beyond belief. The Aliens seem weak, the tension absent and even though the set pieces are great, the whole game feels bland. The last half of the game improves a bit, but by then you have already lost all faith. Mediocre at best. In space no one can hear you cry.- Gamereactor Denmark

Dead Space 3 doesn’t know what it wants to be. It’s too busy with explosions and constant monster attacks to build up any tension, and thus fails as a horror game. On the other hand, its mechanics are too heavy and cliche-ridden, and the combat too repetitive, to work as an action game. And what are we left with then? A game that doesn’t impress in any of the areas where it really counts.- Gamereactor Denmark

Aside from the improved graphics and the addition of minecarts, there's not much here that's actually new. Other endless runners have raised the bar for what we expect from this genre. Still, even though Temple Run is no longer the king, it's still a fun game.- Gamereactor Denmark

Doesn't experiment too much with the TCG formula, but it's easy to learn and hard to master, making for money well spent. Sony Bend has obviously built the game with a lot of love for the Uncharted franchise, and that's why the game's biggest flaw is that it's just good enough to make you wish it was even better.- Gamereactor Denmark

Fun and simple mechanics, pixelated retro charm and nostalgic music. This could be a fun little distraction if it weren't because the game is full of in app purchases, so much that this has to be the most greedy attempt on grabbing players money seen in a long time. Too bad.- Gamereactor Denmark
