There’s nothing inherently fun about Pure Farming 2018, the fun comes from wherever you, the player, can obtain it. For me, like I said before, it was listening to country music and watching the days wind down one after the other. Despite that slow grind based enjoyment though, this title doesn’t offer a lot in the way of keeping me engaged. It’s a game that you’ll play and probably like for a time, but your enjoyment will slowly peter out until you want to play something that does more to keep your attention.- GameGrin

Angel at Dusk is a simple and fun game, but the visuals and ease of finding other games like this make it hard to recommend.- GameGrin

Galactic Delivery serves a purpose, similar to a Futurama double-bill that you've seen a dozen times before: you're not going to discover anything new from sitting back to enjoy it, but it's not an entire waste of your leisure time. A perfect procrastination game.- GameGrin

Collecting all my favourite characters in one game and letting me mix and match them in combat is great fun, but doesn’t last - especially when I chose to stop playing the story mode halfway through due to not wanting to spoil the experience of reading the manga. The combat too is not one of CyberConnect2’s greatest offerings, with the fighting feeling far too loose and disconnected - completely the opposite of their last JoJo game, All Star Battle.- GameGrin

Ultra Foodmess 2 has an adorable cast of food-themed characters and some fun mini-games to play, but a small selection of stages to challenge hurts the replayability.- GameGrin

As the “final chapter” in the SAO gameverse, Last Recollection is a disappointing end to a subpar series of games. A tight, fun combat system aside, this is one for die-hard fans only.- GameGrin

Crush Your Enemies is an excellent starter RTS, and a great way to practice micromanagement, but I personally think that it’s too shallow to have a lasting presence. It’s a well polished title with a great concept, but I can’t think why I’d want to play this over something that has more to it.- GameGrin

MaxMedia manages to create an enjoyable experience near the end of Hand in Hand, but its simplicity and gameplay contradictions in split-screen co-op make it hard to recommend it confidently.- GameGrin

A clear love letter to the Grendizer anime, The Feast of the Wolves is still a rather shallow title that may not have you on the edge of your seat, but it will provide a few hours of mindless robot mayhem.- GameGrin

As a budget title, this is a very pretty pool game and the addition of a snooker mode helps as well. But annoying music, iffy controls and an uneven difficulty curve make it difficult to wholeheartedly recommend.- GameGrin

Ultimately, The Low Road can be summed up with the phrase "what could have been.” The wonderful art style and soundtrack, great writing, memorable characters, and occasional moments of engaging espionage-themed gameplay all demonstrate what a unique, fun title it could have ended up being. Unfortunately, this promise is drowned out by bland, repetitive adventure game puzzles and it all ends way too soon for a game worth roughly £15. Pick it up when it’s on sale.- GameGrin

Growbot is great for children and more casual gamers, but the gameplay does become repetitive at times, and the puzzles vary in difficulty. Overall, the price is pretty steep for something you can only really play once.- GameGrin

If you’re a veteran strategy guy up for a challenge, then The Spatials: Galactology could be right up your street. Otherwise, it’s a hard sell. Some of the issues make me think that it might have benefitted from a little longer in Early Access.- GameGrin

Crystal Story: Dawn of Dusk is an interesting game, but there are little things that may frustrate players. As the first of an episodic series, it feels a little bit expensive, especially for the number of hours you get out of it.- GameGrin

That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime ISEKAI Chronicles is a fun enough sidescrolling adventure with some city-building elements thrown in, but is let down by a lacklustre execution, repetitive combat, and a relatively high price.- GameGrin

It would be slightly unfair to say that a lot of these changes feel like a user-made mod, but at a price point as high as this, I can’t in good conscience recommend it as a must-buy for players of the base game.- GameGrin

Klaus is a little too easy, and barely rakes in a few hours of gameplay unless you are a complete beginner, which can feel unrewarding. But it makes a refreshing change from frustratingly difficult titles, and serves as a pleasant way to experience plot in a surprising genre.- GameGrin

Hyper Parasite is a very challenging rogue-like game that features a lot of cool ‘80s inspired characters and a cool mechanic that has you playing as a parasite taking over different host bodies to survive. The game might not look great but is still addictive to play.- GameGrin

I’m going to give Earn to Die 2 a good score because I actually enjoyed my time with it, but I can’t recommend buying it to you. Get the mobile version, because this is perfect to play through one or two runs while you’re not doing anything, or else play the browser version because its pacing is much better for playing more than ten minutes at a time.- GameGrin
